And all of a sudden this lady employee is getting yelled at? she didnt seem like she was doing anything wrong and i think it was a manager yelling. But she definitely handled it the worst way possible. she should have asked the employee to go to the back and talked to her. but instead starts yelling at her in front of all the customers. and i had my children with me. They will take 20 peoples orders in the drive through and park them in the parking lot for 30 minutes while they catch up so beware. They will not tell you there are backed up and since there is no line you won't expect a wait, but they don't give a crap as long as their drive through metrics look good. read more

I ordered a caramel frappe. I paid for it and the man at the window said someone had to clean it but just pull up and he would bring it right out. After 30 minutes I went inside to inquire about my frappe and there was no one at the registers so I went through the drive through again and said I had been waiting over 30 minutes. She said to come to the window. I asked what the problem was and a manager came over and said "I had to clean the machine" and "don't be rude to my employee". He still hadn't made the frappe. I said why did you tell me you would bring it right out then not even make if after 30 minutes. He was very rude, unprofessional and starting cussing at me like it was my fault. The Lavonia, GA, McDonald's at Exit 173 on I-85 owes me $14. I waited 30 mins for my drive-through order on 11/18/23 at 9:30 p.m. and finally gave up and left. No one ever updated me on my order or apologized for having to wait. Unacceptable service. I will not be stopping at McDonald's again. Do better. My husband & I took our kids here, thinking it wouldn't take long for our food on a Sunday afternoon. We were 3rd in line and we waited 18 minutes for our food. The guest behind us got his food before we did but it didn't bother me because we had a larger order than he did. When we went to make our drinks, they did not have any large lids, and they were out of ketchup at the dispenser. The Dr.Pepper was clear (I'm guessing carbonated). The food was "good" and the fries were hot. The restaurant itself, was atrocious. I lost count at the flies buzzing around. If I didn't know any better I'd say they were raising them. Only 1 trash can was available. The other didn't have a bag in it and already had several things inside. There was some liquid in front of the trash can and it was hard to see at an angle. While I was at the counter waiting for ketchup, a lady from outside came in and asked where her food was at because she had been waiting 15 minutes. Besides the food being decent, this place is a joke. We typically don't complain, but this McDonald's was so awful, we felt it beyond necessary to address. read more

I rarely write a review I usually just don't go back to a place I had a bad experience. Back a couple months ago I went to McDonald's for a real late lunch. It was around 3:00. I got food to go and went back to office to eat, maybe 4 mins away. I got stopped at the red light at McDonald's, 100 yards from drive-in, so I reached into the bag and grabbed a fry. It was barely warm and mushy on the inside. I should have taken it back but I was behind so I went on to the office. When I opened my Big Mac box there was only one patty on my Big Mac. I wrote it off as it being 3:00 in the afternoon. It's been a couple months and I wasn't real hungry today so I went back to McDonald's at 12:23 pm. You would think that you would get hot fries during the lunch time but again they were barely warm, under-cooked and mushy on the inside. Then when I bit into my fish sandwich i didn't taste any tarter sauce. Opened the bun and there was only half a teaspoon of tarter sauce and it was toward the edge of the bun on opposite side of where I took a bite. Even spreading it around I only covered a third of the sandwich. This was almost a $10 lunch that probably cost less than $2 to prepare and wasn't worth that much when I had to toss half of it as inedible. I'm just complaining about the Lavonia GA McDonald's. I had lunch at the McDonald's in downtown Vancouver a few weeks ago and the fries were hot and crisp and the chicken sandwich was cooked about as perfect as you could get. read more

McDonald's is notorious for having a broken ice cream machine. However on this fine Wednesday afternoon this was not the case. After stopping at burger king and what a burger in search of milkshakes we were still empty handed. We decided to make one last effort and stop at McDonald's despite having low expectations for a functioning ice cream machine. To our surprise we got greeted by friendly employees and were able to get our mcflurrys. Upon pulling up to the window the employee told us she had to run to the back to get the mixer for our mcflurrys and nicely asked us to pull to parking spot number 6. We received our mcflurrys in a speedy manner. It is so nice to feel appreciated by employees such as Mia. Mia went the extra mile to make sure we got out mcflurrys quickly without sacrificing the quality. She deserves a raise! Thank you Mia! read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life!! I took my kids there the other night. I got from the box to put my order in threw the window to pay in about 30 seconds and of course when I got to the 2nd window I was told to pull up and not a single oh e car was even behind me . After 15 mins a little boy manager brought me cold food and was completely not anything I ordered. He didn't apologized or nothing just walked back in mumbling under his breath. Then 15 mins later "supposedly another manager" with no teeth and dressed like a slob that said her name was mary finally brought my order and her way of apologizing was "sorry" in a aggravated tone that sounded like she was implying this awful experience was my fault. She said she would have gave me some free cookies for my wait but they would have to cook them. So then I park so me and my kids can eat before I got back on the road and as I'm leaving "Mary" is outside kinda of halfway in and halfway out of a car smoking marijuana in the front of the building. Will never come back here again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you needed a hookup to get weed. They definitely need to takeoff. Since they're gonna allow drug use right in the front door then they need to takeoff that this is a good place for kids. read more

Not my favorite McDonald's. don't get me wrong, it is McRib season so you can't go wrong. My sandwich was served fairly hot which is good for the fast food giant. Sauce was very lacking and employees were just so so. They had some beautifully painted windows this December. They would have received 4 stars instead of 3, but the windows said happy holidays. I'm surprised there aren't any reviews for this particular location. My boyfriend and I were taking a road trip to Chicago earlier this month and stopped at this location for a quick snack and bathroom break ;) I was surprised as to how modern looking this particular "Mickey D's" was and noticed a trend at the other locations we visited along the way. I haven't been inside a McDonald's in so long that I forgot how "fancy" it looks inside these days. The decor reminded me of your typical hotel furnishings with earthy tones and fake greenery. The staff was "all smiles" and eager to serve. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and our quick visit was pleasant and enjoyable. read more

This shit slaps. Like hard. Cookies were so soft I could share with my toothless grandpa. The ice tea was also very delicious. I have been riding around all day in this heat and I was very replenished. Don't even get me started on the double quarter pounder. The meat tasted so fresh, like, like, it came from a cow raised by the Royal family. The workers were great, nothing better than all this served to you in less than 5 minutes. Quick service, only go to the drive thru But the fries are usually half full. When you pay close to 3 bucks you should get fries over flowing. But the hold the container side wss and you always end up with 1/2 large fries. Very nice employees read more

This location is the Chick-fil-A of McDondalds. Clean, attentive employees, and food as best as McD's food can be.

The employees were unbelievably helpful and kind, especially for being faced with a large mass of high schoolers at 6 am.

Friendliest employees I've ever experienced in a McDonald's. Made me almost feel home.
