I have gone to this location many times. Their AC leaks water on your car while paying and receiving your food. I have informed them regarding this. I went a couple of days ago and told them once again. I asked for the manager. I told her every time I come here the AC leaks on my car. Since told me they had the AC company to come and fix but did not fix. The Manager really did not care in the least bit. Does the ownr know that the water is dripping on the cars? Two times I had just had my car washed and then big drips! I think you should send your work force to be trained with chick filet. Maybe the owner as well. Chick filet has long long lines... I ordered delivery from this location late at night into the early morning and it was actually perfect quality McDonalds. I was surprised.

I have had a great experience ordering a made-to-order meal. I was shocked when an employee offered my pups a pup cup! I have pictures to prove. I was so grateful and my pups loved it! I went back today and asked for one only to be told, they don't know how to charge for it, so no. I told them, to charge me for a shake, but they still said no. I canceled my order and won't be back. On this particular visit there was no wait in the drive-thru, the employees were very nice and personable and everything I ordered was in the bag. However I thought I'd try the new crispy chicken sandwich combo meal...it was terrible!! There was nothing crispy about it, one sad pickle sliver and the chicken was very thin, the fries weren't done but my Diet Coke was perfect, very refreshing. Hippy Comedian George Carlin used to do a bit where he said, somewhere in the world, is the world's worst doctor. It's a statistical certainty ! Well, like George's doctor, somewhere there has to be the world's worst McDonald's. And we are the proud neighbors of it right here on West Bay Drive in Largo - across from Sunshine Hardware. I've tried several times to get drive through orders there and have waited so long, that I thought I may have to shave again that day before the order came out. And important to note - I usually try to go there during off-peak times. When they do come out, they are usually wrong, or they only give you a portion of it, then they tell you to "park it" over there and we'll bring it out the rest later. The "parkers" run out of space, and people breezing through just to get a cup of coffee, can't get out of the lot and get back on West Bay. The "workers" are a train wreck. Visibly pissed that they are there, annoyed even by courteous customers, no manners, bitching at each other, and even wearing earbuds and on the phone line with the outside world using vulgar language while they are taking drive thru orders. There is no competent management or supervision on site. George Carlin would end his doctor routine on the world's worst doctor, by saying, "the sad part is someone has an appointment with him this morning !" If McDonalds founder Ray Croc came back to earth and went to this place, he would close it in 5 minutes. read more

They were very quick with getting our very large order. They were very accommodating, as far as we know they got it correct (so good that we had to make a review while we were waiting for our food). They were so nice and funny and made the McDonald's experience the best we've ever had. (Got our food) everything was there, didn't have to go back for anything they forgot. Staff supposedly wear face masks but when we drove though they did not have their masks covering their mouth or noses. They were out of lemon for my wife's iced tea but did not tell me that when I placed our order. When I was given the order and the drinks I asked again for the lemon and only then was told they were out of lemon. I started to think about past visits to this McDonald's. I go to McDonalds around the world when I want a fast meal with consistency. I rate McDonalds against their own chain standard. This restaurant exemplifies what a McDonalds should be. All of the employees were friendly, even away from the managers oversight. The landscaping outside was well maintained and employees were observed cleaning inside and out. The bathroom was clean. The store has averaged only one deficiency in the last two years health department inspections. This McDonald's is located on the Pinellas trail. They have been the start point of the American Volksmarch Association's Bellair-Largo walk for at least the last ten years. read more

My boyfriend and I went to get some ice cream tonight and there was a woman at the first window with her elbow against it not even noticing us, the guy at the second window told us to pull forward. As he handed my boyfriend his ice cream my boyfriend noticed the employee had a bandaid getting ready to fall from his finger into the ice cream. No gloves worn!! Then my mobile order was put on my bf's receipt when I had already paid for it. I ordered 4 quarter pounder's, when I got home I found out they were all undercooked. One of the sandwiches was put in the bag sideways, causing everything to shift to one end of the burger. I called the store, and the manager wouldn't even come to the phone to speak to me. I was informed I would have to return to the store to lodge a complaint. For an almost $5 burger, you would expect it to be amazing. It wasn't. The ad says they are made to order, and I even asked the manager if it was going to be 3 mins to get ready, and she said yes. I have made serious health complaints to management and never a response. I have watched the kitchen employees slam a frozen pile of burgers on the grill, laughing because they were so freezer burned. He looked and laughed at me about it. The plastic numbers for tables are filthy as are the trays, if washed once a day. I have returned food with hair in it and actually wrapped up the hair so they could see it and it matched an employee! No customer at the front counter when I ordered one cheeseburger, but the cashier had to drag me to the kiosk to show me how to place my order there. That was stupid and I left that time. Wrong orders, long waits, employees that don't care because they are treated like crap (like the food), and management that hates the job. This is a disaster and not one contact back after numerous complaints. That address for customer ratings on the receipt, don't bother. They just want you to buy more. 5 stars for the cashier, however one star to for the girl that served me my 2 big macs and large fries. Here's why, After paying, I pulled up and the girl was standing there. After about 2 minutes with her standing there and not acknowledging me or confirming my order, not even a glance in my direction, I figured that my food must be in the second window after all I drove through the second drive through lane. As soon as I started to move she yells out the window "Excuse me, your order comes out here". I had to get out of the car and walk over to the window (which didn't bother me). What bothered me was that when I was standing there at the window, she was laughing about me driving forward with her pack of little boy admirers at the counter.
