I don't know what the standard is for preparing the biscuits and gravy meal for this corporation but this location should 1000% set that standard. Every time.. every time the biscuits are completely smothered in the gravy and it's absolutely perfect. I've been to many other locations that put the slightest drizzle of gravy over the biscuits and it's shameful. Bravo to whoever runs this location and bless the hand that pours the gravy. read more

I had a mobile order for just ONE drink. I pulled up to the speaker and said hello and nobody spoke to me and the screen was blank, so I thought it didn't work and drove up to the window. One of the employees was loudly complaining about it and insinuating I'm stupid and I should have observed other people using the speaker... she served my drink and didn't hand it to me but instead placed it next to the window, I don't know if she expected me to get out of the car a grab it. I ordered their breakfast one morning and first they claimed they didn't have an order for me. Next she found it and argued that I hadn't paid for it when I paid online. Then once I got to work and started eating my food I bit into an egg shell. Upon further observation, I found there were more egg shells in my sandwich. I contacted corporate about this issue who then forwarded it to the store itself. I was told that a representative from the store would be contacting me about this situation. It's been a month and I have yet to be contacted by anyone about this matter. Go to this Wendy's all the time since it's across the street from my job and they are usually so nice. Today I went and the lady at the window had an attitude. Told me to pull up to the door which was fine however the person in front of me was already at the door so I had to pull around to the other door. When she came out she spoke to me like I was stupid telling me there was another door on the other side. When I explained to her the car in front of me was already pulled up there she proceeded to tell me I should have just pulled up. Made no sense at all and I didn't appreciate the way she spoke to me like I was an idiot. I come to this location all the time for lunch. The food is given quickly and tastes fresh. I went inside one weekend and was impressed with the cleanliness and friendly service. The manager seemed on top of everything and I noticed the several awards. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 is I just finished my drink is I found a bug in the bottom of my drink. Good spot for a quick snack or meal. We were surprised that they gave us free senior coffee with our snack. The restaurant was very clean and looked new. They have three machines where you can put your order in and pay by credit card to cut down on wait time, so although it was not busy today at times it must be. I knew better than to get suckered in by a BOGO chicken sandwich coupon. But I took a chance and this was one of the worst experiences ever. I order the Asiago Ranch Chicken sandwiches and hand the kid at the register the coupon. He can't figure out why it won't take the coupon. Went to this Wendy's on Missouri tonight. There's no dining in house, but only ordering at drive through or online. They were not busy at all so I went through the drive in. It took sometime to get my food, which I don't mind if I'm going to be getting fresh hot food. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, a small order of fries and a baked potato. The chicken was tough and barely hot, I'm assuming these were sitting under a heat lamp for some time. The fries were lukewarm and very soggy, and I'm not sure when they baked the potato. Horrible food. I will never go back there. With this experience, I'm not sure that I would eat at Wendy's again! I always loved Wendy's and their fresh hot food. I considered them a step up from the usual fast food burger joints. Not now! Wendy's is off my list unless they step up and make things right. Christi checked us out - told us there WAS apple pay, told us there WASNT apple pay after going to verify with manager & then when we told her "be right back" to grab the card, she completely deleted our order and then took an hour and a day to put it back on the screen. bsolutely ridiculous that when you order spicy nuggets and when they dont have enough prepared they just throw in regular nuggets without even asking. This is twice now this happens. Since moving here from St. Pete a year ago, we have gone to this Wendy's a total of 3 times. Every time, there is something missing from our drive thru order! Today, it was literally no cheese on my hamburger, in which I specifically ordered a triple save CHEESEburger with EXTRA cheese and no onion. They got the no onion part correct, but once I got him I discovered they literally didn't put cheese on ANY of it and gave us no receipt! I took pictures of the slopped together sandwich and I'll be describing the lack of thorough service to their corporate office. If you want it ordered right and done right, definitely check it at the window and the counter because apparently this Wendy's does not give a single ioda about customer service. The literal last thing any one want a to do after a long day at work is get home after a long day at work and unpack their dinner to find it botched plus the extra of being charged for something you didn't even get to enjoy. Huge disappointment. I get it's just cheese but if you specifically order extra of it and charge your customer for it, one would expect the service to be provided in exchange of tender. Period. Save your time and money and go somewhere else! Oh and too boot, I had to put my own condiments as well and my fries were anything but fresh! =( read more

Kitchen unfriendly and rude. Family of 7 ordered and all of the sandwiches were placed on the same tray - none were marked. When I mentioned it they said they don't do that at Wendy's. Some of the sandwiches ended up being mixed up. It wasn't the end of the world but could have been handled different. read more

The young lady who took our order for a party of 7 was polite and friendly. She apologized that she had no idea what sandwich was what as she filled our order. After a burger mix up, we thought our order was wrong. The Manager informed my husband that they don't mark their sandwiches here, and that she knows she made the correct sandwiches. She said we mixed them up and handed him back the 2we thought were wrong. Another employee from the kitchen came out a few minutes later and gave us 2 steakhouse burgers and begrudgingly mumbled that she remade them.
