Horrible!! Idk what was in the coffee cup but it wasn't drinkable. The sausage biscuit was missing. The oatmeal was good & is a favorite from here but due to this store constantly messing up my orders I just ordered oatmeal & dried fruit from the grocery store. I guess I'll save a little bit of cash... so I guess I should thank you for that but someone really needs to train the person running the espresso machine. One time I said "no whole milk" so it was clear they used water not skim milk. Other times there is barely anything in a large cup. The portions fluctuate & freshness does too. I really wish I could choose to order from a different store. This one needs corporate intervention. Staff are lazy & rude. Management is obviously not competent either. Called and "Joel" apologized, said they should have counted the items. Blah. Blah. Offered me a "free" replacement next time I came. Asked Joel how it's free when I paid for it but never received it, seems to me it's more like I paid for it well in advance. Ordered food in the drive thru around 3:00 am. It was a car full of people so we inevitably ordered quite a bit of food. After they handed us the bags we pulled forward a bit to check them. Roughly 1/3 of the order was missing. Went back to try and get the food and they told us to give all of the bags back. We asked for the receipt too to prove that we weren't trying to get free food or anything. They wouldn't give us the receipt or the food, and they slammed the window on us. Not from around here but I've never had any kind of experience like that at any McDonald's back home, nor any fast food or restaurant I've ever been to. Pretty shameful. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to and I have been to many across the United States. I went there in the morning and ordered two hasbrowns and three breakfast burritos. They handed me a bag and I went to check it before I drove off as I've had problems with not getting the correct food from this McDonald's on numerous occasions. They did not give me my hasbrowns and when I told them about the mistake the lady said, "Well you only ordered one anyway". I showed her my receipt where it said 1 - 2 hasbrowns next to the price. She went and get my hasbrowns and gave me an attitude the entire time as if I was somehow inconveniencing her. She was very rude when she finally gave me what I paid for and I will no longer eat there. I'm thinking about calling corporate as I've lived very close to this location for 6 years and they have consistently had rude staff that almost always mess up your order. read more
