However, the fries here are better if you like them well seasoned like I do. You order at the counter and the receipt prints out your number. I had a poor experience at this Taco Bell on September 10, 2026. I downloaded the app on September…read more9 and received a free Beefy 5-Layer Burrito reward. Since I was unfamiliar with the app, I came in to redeem it in person. I was not greeted for a minute or two, then was directed to the kiosk. I explained that I needed help at the register. Alexis assisted me, but when I explained that I did not know how to redeem the reward, she said she did not know either and walked away instead of finding someone who could help. Cole also said he did not know how. I was on my lunch break and became frustrated. I called Taco Bell customer service from the restaurant, but after waiting about 20 minutes without reaching anyone, I had to return to work. I had no receipt because I was unable to place an order. I returned September 11 after researching how to redeem the reward myself. Service was much better, although the Tajín Strawberry Pineapple Freeze I ordered was unavailable and replaced with a Wild Berry Freeze. My main concern is customer service. Employees cannot know everything, but they should communicate respectfully and make an effort to find answers or assistance. With over 20 years of customer/service experience, I believe this situation could have been avoided if someone had simply taken the time to help. *I never really have problems coming into this Taco Bell. I've been coming here for over 10 years because I work right next-door. This experience was very disappointing.
