Went through the drive thru this morning at 10:04am. Both breakfast sandwiches are burned, to the point of not edible. I call at 10:14am to speak with a manager which I difficultly told Jenny ("yinny") who does not speak English apparently is the manager. Yinny "the manager," hands the phone to another individual who tells me to come up there right now to get a refund or another sandwich. Grabbed breakfast here for my cousin. Ordered a sausage mcmuffin, med iced coffee and a hash brown for me. They were out of medium coffee cups so had to upgrade to a large. This by far is the worse McDonalds I have ever visited. EVER. We walked in on a Sunday and noticed that we were the only people in the lobby. At this location it's a 50/50 shot whether you'll get fresh food or a dusty old stale bun and burger that's been sitting under the lamp for an undisclosed amount of time. You have to check your bag before you leave because they will have left out part of your order or given you something that doesn't belong in it. If you try to circumvent this by ordering something custom, for example a burger with Mac sauce instead of ketchup, they will most likely just grab a dried out burger from under the lamp and squirt Mac sauce on top of the ketchup and hope you don't notice until you're at home eating it. By the time you finish your meal you will have lost all motivation to go back and complain because the sheer amount grease you consumed has by now put you in a catatonic state. They ran out of large coffee cups. First of all, how do you even let that happen?? Second, when an error like that is the restaurant's fault, they should accommodate for it. So I asked them to charge me for a large coffee and give it to me in 2 small or 2 medium cups. They refused. They said they couldn't ring up a large coffee if they don't have the cups. That's a lie. You hit the button- not that hard. So they tried to charge me DOUBLE- 2 mediums which totaled nearly $4- to equal 1 large coffee. Seriously??? There was this really amazing guy named Cole who has not even working there for a week trying to help us with our coupon online. Obviously since he was new he had some questions about adding the coupon to our total and went to ask his manager or coworker a question. She was an older woman with longer hair in ponytails. She seemed very annoyed by him asking simple questions and was making fun of him in front of us seeming to want to make him feel bad. She straight up looked at us and was talking about how horrible he is and we kept telling her he was doing good for how long he's been there because we know the food industry is a rough business. As a coworker or manager you should always be open to helping someone out with questions especially in front of customers. McDonald's food quality is hit-or-miss. Seems when it's good, it's really good. But when it's bad, it's really bad. That being said, this location is always bad. I've been to this location about 10 times because it's so close to work. Every time I go I think "this time will be different...they can't always be bad, right?" WRONG. I ate here yesterday after a few months off. The fries are always greasy and undercooked. Never golden brown or crispy. The fish is greasy and their famously steamed fish filet buns are usually stale. The McDouble was so salty, dried, and overcooked I was only able to eat half.
