I hope the owner of this McDonald's reads this!!! I went here tonight 4/20/23 at 8:54p...what a joke! First of all all I ordered was a large cone and a hot fudge sundae. How does this take over 10 mins to make? When the 2 items came out I was like where's the large cone and what the heck is this sundae. The absolute worst care in quality I have ever seen. I haven't been to a McDonald's in a decade for Thai same reason. This place is just to convenient to my house and all I wanted was a cone and a sundae. What I got was a reflection on the non-caring and in professional employee type behavior I witnessed all while the shift manger said nothing or addressed the behavior. I was in shock to hear tons of F bombs coming from the kitchen area all the while a complete disregard for the customers. What also is a pet peeve is that you can't even order from a human being anymore. You are forced to order from a kiosk. So for the McDonald's corporation congratulations on raising your prices and eliminating customer service and you wonder why big chains like Chick Fil-A and In and Out and flourishing. Why would anyone come here only out of desperation! While I said I don't like McDonalds my whole family does and I know no one in our family will be back to this location. First off, service was awful! Send me a message stating it was almost ready and was waiting for 20+ minutes. I ordered quite a bit of food and it was all cold. Both fry containers were full of little black hairs and the Bacon McDouble was made horribly!! Looks like it was sat on!!!!! My fruit punch was also super watered down. I ended up having to call and ask where the order was. Very very disappointed. I hope the owner reads this and is aware of how this establishment is going down hill! read more

The representative by the name of Ali brought me my food and the fries were missing. I asked her to check my order and she brought me back fries. I said that it is ridiculous that every time I come here something is missing. She then said, you dont need to speak to us that way. I asked for a manager and asked for the girls name. The manager refused to give me the girls name, even though they wear name tags, so I waited for her to come back out so I could get her name. I also heard Ali say the F word when she was explaining her version of what happened to the manager. really disappointed. came here with my friends for a late night snack and my friend ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal from the kiosk with 5 ranch and the night manager shouted out in front of everyone in the lobby that that was "an unacceptable" amount of ranch and she couldn't justify giving that out even though the sauce is free? felt super silly and kind of wrong to just do. read more

We use to order breakfast sandwiches, but after multiple times of getting the order wrong we only would order drinks, coffee and tea. Now they can't even get a ice coffee with cream order correctly. After repeating the order to them mulitiple times. Now the past couple visits, the cashier has been sticking her fingers in the cup when she hands it to me. I finally had to ask her to quit doing that, and hand it to me by the bottom of the cup. Jeez, do I really need to instruct her in this? Then I waited, and waited for my ice coffee. Kinda weird leaving a review for a Micky Ds but this location is on fire! All the staff are friendly and competent. I don't think we've ever had a wrong order or a forgotten sauce. The drive through is the slowest in the entire state. Didn't matter if it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. Their ice cream machine is habitually "broken"which we all know is a lie. And the customer service isn't even mediocre. Idk who owns this one, but they should care more. read more

Just got back from the McDonalds in Kuna. It's 4:45pm right now and we live just down the road. This gives an idea of what time of the day we were there on a Sunday. Amazingly poor service, but I gave it 2 stars for the guy in the blue dress shirt's attitude. That means he was polite and attentive and I would have given less stars if it weren't for that. Here's how it went. We ordered a number 2 and a number 7. No special order. The inside had maybe one other customer inside with us. The drive-thru didn't look that busy. We were towards the front where I had a good view of what was going on behind the counter, which was mostly goofing off. The guy in the blue dress shirt was hustling his butt. As I'm watching and wondering why we're going on 20 minutes waiting for our food, I notice a guy in a white shirt at the registers repeatedly telling another worker that he loved him. Later, there was a problem with the registers not working and the guy in the blue shirt called the one in the white shirt up because he had not logged the registers in. Well, that is because he was busy expressing his affection for the other worker. Finally, after about 30 minutes of waiting, I went forward and told the kid that we couldn't wait any longer and I needed my money back. We stopped for a quick bite to eat and for hydration as my husband had been bitten by yellow jackets and I was watching him for adverse reactions. The kid started making excuses and everything but getting me a refund and I said, I just need a refund. Then he got snooty. Then I called him an idiot. I did not yell, I did not cuss, I just called him an idiot. If you saw the way he was acting behind the counter, you would probably have at least "wanted" to call him an idiot. The guy in the blue shirt came over, apologized, processed a return as he was apologizing and told me our food just got done. Not so sure about that as it was a little cool for food that just finished cooking. The people that didn't know how to work behind the counter should all be fired. The guy in the blue shirt needs either support from whoever is over him to make these losers obey him and to "WORK" for him or he needs to take classes to be a supervisor and not someone that tries to do everything while the others are sitting around playing grab ass or whatever it is that the lovers were doing at the time. read more

I came here expecting a cheap, delicious, fast, and accurately made burger that looks just like the ones in the ads served to me with a genuine smile and a excited "thank you". Instead, what I got was an ugly mess carelessly tossed together in a box in, get this, 90 SECONDS! The crew member, whose name I can't be bothered to remember because they're basically sub-human, handed it to me with a FORCED smile and a non-excited "thank you, have a great day." Really? "Have a great day"? This is outrageous! Now, I know you may be thinking a lot of things. You might be thinking "Wait Luke, how can you expect something to be cheap, delicious, fast, and accurate all at the same time? Isn't that a little unrealistic?" And to that I say: Absolutely not. If anything, my expectations aren't high enough. I mean, sure, the fact that I'm coming here means that I'm most likely either short on time, money, or even both, but I've never heard the phrase "beggars can't be choosers", so I expect absolute perfection 5 minutes before I even walk into a McDonald's. After all, if I can be perfect in everything I do, why can't they? Or you might be thinking "Luke, don't you think that maybe you should be a little nicer to the staff, who are all likely overworked, constantly stressed by customers and managers yelling at them, and are getting paid the bare minimum legally allowed in this country?" Hahaha! No. Seriously though, pretty great place. I come here about twice a week. Very friendly staff. They mess up sometimes, but they always fix it without any problems. I have to say that this location continues to amaze. The owners of this location spared no expense in the construction of the location. Hell, even the drive through are wild. People are usually great, food is normally good (truly need to work on the temp of the food) and it's always pretty clean. I'll shout out a 5 star to them because they deserve one. read more

If I could give a 1/2 star I would. I would say about 60% of the time going thru McDonald's in Kuna I get some thing wrong or cold. Yesterday I ordered a chicken sandwich with a slice of tomato and an unsweetened ice tea, what I received was a plain (nothing on it) double cheese burger and a sweet tea. Besides being inefficient the drive thru can take up to 20 minutes, extremely slow at the drive thru. The one star is for some of the employees who are courteous and friendly. This place is absolute trash. I'd blame the management, but I'm not sure they have any. I'll give them credit for generally getting the order close and only rarely forgetting stuff but the wait in the drive thru is always 10-20 minutes minimum and the food is always served cold. My daughter loves McDonald's nuggets, and because I love her I'm stuck going here for them, but their service is so terrible that I'm not even sure a parents love is enough to keep me coming back. I normally drive to meridian to avoid this dumpster fire of a McD's and every time I decide to try them again I'm reminded of why I hate this joint. read more

I honestly don't know what happened to my order but I only ordered two mcchickens which is a simple order through and through I got home and my sandwich's were beef patties instead of the chicken which was quite gross biting into not realizing what it was. It would be one thing if they had mixed up the sandwiches with something else like a McDouble but they had prepared the rest of the sandwiches like a mcchicken, mayo and lettuce and beef aren't a good combo.
