UNACCEPTABLE. This is just scamming. My fries shouldn't be half way full. i swear when i opened the bag and pulled out the fries not just one, not two, but THREE of my medium fries were half full. i love mcdonald's i go everyday. but when i pay full price and only get half, then we have a problem. and on top of that when i pulled up to the speaker i could barely hear the person at the window. and they didn't even give me the right order the first time after i asked them to change it. the place was busy of course i mean mcdonald's is very good but today was not a good day, im disgusted by my food. and there was something crunch in my spicey mcchicken which i was pretty suspicious about. overall, 4/10. mcdonald's is lucky i love it so much or i wouldn't be coming back. read more

Worst McDonald's ever. Never felt the need to download this app before but after being treated so rudely by the lady working the drive thru I couldn't help it. Also watched her yell at a man in a military uniform who was ahead of me in line. Horrible customer service. It's not his/my fault you're having a bad day or can't find a better job. Service here sucks! I'll order some food from the app and they will never get my order out in a timely manner or even correct for that matter. For once I want to come to this location and order some food and be in and out in a couple of minutes with my order being correct for once. I am one to give the benefit of the doubt, but I also love my food. For someone who loves food but isn't a fan of cooking, we go to McDonald's fairly often. There is never a dull moment with McDonald's but this time has got to be the worst time we've gone, the wait took at least 20-30 minutes, and we receive our food just to find they didn't give our daughter apple juice for her happy meal as requested, put expired apple slices that smelled rotten, completely missed the count on our 20 piece chicken nugget counting us short a few, and couldn't even make a Big Mac right (completely forgetting the 2nd half of the big Mac and just having bread on bread), and to top it off our fries were cold. I don't know what's going on in this store, whether its poor management, or an inconsistency of the employees but something needs to change. read more

The multi lane drive thru is a terrible idea. It does not make the process easier, but MUCH harder. You have to fight your way through to get to the window and is bound to cause an accident one day. It makes the workers lives harder and confuses the orders since people want to push through as fast as possible. The left lane should be coned off permanently. I am not sure if anyone has had as bad of an experience with using the mobile app as I did yesterday. The app itself worked fine. It was the service of the store that sucked. I ordered 10 minutes before I got there. I pull in to the parking spot for mobile orders. I check in. I sit and wait for someone to bring my food out. Car after car goes through the drive through and still no food. After close to 20 minutes, I shut off my truck and went inside with my phone to show my order. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to help me for another 5 minutes. Finally I was asked if I could be helped. I asked if I could get my mobile order as I had been waiting in my car for 20 minutes. She asked if it was just the 20 piece nuggets when I had ordered nuggets, QPer w/ cheese, and a medium French fry. She gave me my food and never apologized for the inconvenience. Hard to call it fast food when it takes 25 minutes total. Ended up that the nuggets were half warm, the fries were cold and the burger was medium temp. I would not recommend using their mobile app. read more

Pulled into the drive thru at about 10:15pm and 2 other cars arrived at the same time. We were all sent to various spots to wait for our orders. Only ordered a couple items but waited 15 minutes for our food!! Our food was brought out at the same time as the other cars waiting. Seems they waited until all 3 orders were finished so they wouldn't have to walk out more than once! I understand it was late but waiting that long at McDonald's should never happen. I would like to start off by saying I had a very large order. I cannot find the receipt as of current, but attached is my notes app and what I had prewritten to order. This had happened last night on July 3rd. The lady taking my order did a very good job and cooperated with me as I asked for small fixes and I helping her with a few repeats. Everything was fine, she read my order back to me a few times and everything was perfect. She had to have her manager enter a code halfway through because it was so much. I pulled up to the window and handed her our card and she pulled the machine from inside and stuck it outside the window without saying anything. I could barely read what it said, but she wanted me to enter the PIN number so I did. I don't know if the card got knocked out of place or what but our card was denied. We had just used it recently, and there was quite a lot of cash sitting in the account so we didn't know what happened. I didn't want to mess with the machine though so I was going to pay the $61.34 bill in cash. I gave $65, expecting change, and the lady took my money and didn't open the window again. I had to wave a few times to get her attention where I then asked if I could have my change. She gave me a blank stare for about ten seconds so I then said... I gave you $65? And she paused again with her mouth open and said I gave her $60. I turned to my passenger, then back to her and said okay thank you and drove to the next window. I checked my wallet for the amount I gave and there was indeed $65 missing from the total. I'm not usually one to write a review and I really don't mind if something gets wrong on my order. Sometimes I just leave it or I ask for a redo. Usually it's no problem, but this one has upset me and has given me a deep impression of this establishment. Not only did she not count the money right (forgot the amount I gave in cash, mainly 10's and 5's...) but she had to sit and come up with a fake number. She knew it was over $60, otherwise she would have asked me for those extra cents. This isn't a mom and pop restaurant. This is a franchised business and she can't just let the couple of cents go by. The decency to even just be honest and say "I'm sorry, I forgot... please let me go talk to my manager to get this solved" or "Oh! Yes, okay, I'm sorry, here's your change" not assuming I was right, wanting to make it right even though she was certain it was $60 (it was not, because I didn't have change and wanted to pay over on purpose), or at least even entertaining the fact that she was wrong is what frustrates me. None of the decent acts of service were put into play here as she clearly came up with a fake number to tell me. I pulled into the next window flabbergasted. The next lady handed me all of our order, box by box... and we were double checking if everything was there. We were missing the side salad and Big Mac and we had to wave her down as well. She asked if I was missing anything and we said yes, the Big Mac and salad. She looked at me and said that's not on the order. We said yes... it's on the receipt right here. (The woman taking the order double checked that we had those items as well.) and we received our items after a few other people came to help the woman in distress. We were pulling away and I noticed I didn't even get my water! It was my fault for not checking for it, and that's fine. But I am extremely upset that this even happened. I over paid and didn't even get all of my items. I will be avoiding this business from here on out. read more

The service is pretty spot on for as busy as they are. It has become a post game hang out for the local youth and they employ many of our small town youth also. Over the last few years noticed they support the community and schools. Glad to see this McDonalds isn't getting lost in the average impersonal "big business" rut. read more

I love eating here. You can go in and they bring your food to the table. Or get it to go. I especially love their dollar drinks. And the sausage mcmuffins and a hash brown. They have good biscuits. My daughter loves to eat here too so there's not usually a day goes by when I haven't been to McDonald's atleast once. read more

service is always bad. Have yet to have a friendly greeting, many times none at all. They can never seem to assemble a sandwich correctly, cheese 80% off. meat or eggs not even close to centered on the bun. Last time I got a chicken sandwich. there was literally one shred of lettuce. yes one shred. Don't bother going inside. Only one register is open. drive thru goes fairly quickly usually. Never seems to be any sense of urgency there at all though. giving up on this one. read more

I recently had a complaint that I had to call and inform them about. Service has always been on point and they took my name for a free meal the next time I came in. I went inside today and they lost my name. Instead of turning me away, they gave my son the free meal and gave me a meal too! I was totally prepared to pay for my own and they went above and beyond what they needed to do. McDonald's food is the same everywhere you go, but I will go out of my way to go to this location. read more

My server was in a seem to be Happy mood she was smiling a beautiful smile giving that she seemed to be running the front by herself and everyone understood and was patient with her she was working quick hard multi tasking and getting things done... I even saw a few try to slip her a tip and she refused saying its my job... Anfew minutes I presumably a manager that I presume had just came in with an attitude was just plain out mean and rude her causing her to shut down after witnessing this a few customers even left and then everything just went wrong and down hill as the manager continued to yell and belittle her... I felt so sorry for her... This place needs better management. Its the 2nd time I've witnessed something to this nature there since we've been stationed here...
