The last time I went to this location I used the mobile order on the app( I hate talking to people) and when my order didn't show up after they toke $20 from my bank I was told that it couldn't be proven I ordered anything after i showed the manager my mobile order and bank account amount. Now I remember why I stopped going to this McDonald's. I got there at 1pm, no line, no real wait. I to the outside drive-thru lane. The breakfast menu was still displayed. My son asked me for the siracha meal (I'd never heard of it before) so I asked the drive-thru lady for it. Apparently you build your own burger, but I had no way of knowing that because it wasn't on display. She immediately gave me attitude, rushed me as if there were 20 other cars in the drive-thru lane waiting on me (there was one)..her impatience came through over the speaker as she asked me if I "needed anything else". I simply said no, and drove up to the window. At the window, I told the lady about the menu and the order-takers impatience. She apologized and handed me my receipt. It's far the worst customer service ever. I ordered a coffee & had to wait about 10 mins, finally I got the supervisors attention by the name of yolanly. When I asked him for my cup of coffee he puts his hand out with his finger up & says hold up. Is that professional? No' he said I'm just going to have to wait for my coffee till I know I have $100 in my register. As he was saying that his head was moving like he had no control of his neck. We got our food, and it was fine, but we ordered the new chicken tender selects. They are advertised on the radio and in the restaurant as coming with Pioneer Pepper Gravy, but they insisted they were out. I'm not sure if this is true, or if they just didn't feel like making the gravy, because almost every time we come to this McDonalds, they're out of something or something is broken. We specifically asked for gravy when ordering, and weren't told until after we paid that they were out of it. Very disappointed, as the meal only came with 3 strips of chicken anyway, and was over $6, so the gravy was probably part of the cost. They gave us extra barbecue sauce, but really, the strips were peppered and would have paired nicely with the gravy. This is the closest McDonalds to my house, but if I go to a McDonalds in the future, I will make sure it's not this one. read more

We just left this place. Our experience was HORRIBLE! The manager was running around yelling at everyone. I saw how stressed out everyone was and the atmosphere was the same. This is probably the worst McDonald's in Texas. Customer service is the worst, and while they may get your order to you fast it will be missing half of the items that it should have. I.e. kids meal: no drink, no fries. How do you forget French fries when they come with every meal period. Also they were making my daughters kids meal and some random hooligan walked up and the cashier gave him my daughters kids meal. I guess because they were "friends" he didn't pay for it or anything. When we did get the food the fries were over cooked, and nuggets were dry and tasted as if they had been sitting for awhile. I was not the only customer who got over cooked fries, people were coming in from the drive thru complaining about the old stale French fries. This McDonalds was very busy tonight. I was told to park in a secondary parking spot to wait for my order. I'll admit, the service was moderately slow but not bad. The manager came out and personally apologized for the delay and offered me a free meal. I've worked fast food before and know that some nights aren't as good as others. I've had customers wait far longer for orders. What reviewers aren't saying is that this McDonalds is ALWAYS packed but the drive thru always runs very smoothly. The cashiers and food handlers are always kind. I've never had an issue ordering here and I visit almost every other day for ice cream or a sandwich. They ALWAYS provide great service. read more

i am sorry to say that the McDonalds on Clearcreek road , will never see me or anyone i know again . it was 10:30 at night two cars in the drive area one which was mine , very few vehicles in the parking lot . i order a big mac and a chicken sandwich combo meal medium size. The lady at the window took my money fast and my order came out fast . I checked the bag and all was there , closed the bag and headed home which was 1. 3 miles away , i sat at the table open the bag and the Fries where cold as if they had been sitting for a long time . The i open the big mac , sauce was every place in the bag and one of the patties was not even in the bun , it was laying next to it partly folded , and it to was cold like it was sitting for a long time and thrown around. I know that things happen sometimes but hardly anyone there and McDonalds post all food is fresh. In that short period of time of point A to point B which was my house it should still be fresh. One thing to remember is to make the experiences enjoyable , they are there to serve the customer , not the customer serve them. with fresh food in a timely turnaround. i am not looking for coupons, or my money back, just tired of companies thinking that hard working people will stand for that. I don't know how to begin with how disgusting the food is at this McDonald's! I bought a grilled Artisan chicken sandwich and a Big Mac. The buns on BOTH sandwiches were burned, the chicken was dry, the lettuce wilted and the Big Mac was COLD! When I called, the manager offered to replace my order, really???? No offer of a refund so I could go elsewhere??? Why would I want more food from a place that can't even manage to not burn the buns? My dogs weren't even interested in my uneaten food, and they will usually stare me down hoping I'll drop so much as a crumb. i personally worked at the clear creek mcdonalds and the managers do not wear gloves while bagging and or grabbing food . the manager "ms adrienne" is very disrespectful while doing interviews , i watched her talk to a young lady and then kicked her out very disrespectfully . also putting this in caps because it is very important i ordered an iced mocha and all of the mocha was at the bottem of the cup after not worrying about it i drunk it carelesly not even 5 minutes later i felt the need to throw up my stomach was hurting tremendously moving hurt everything hurt i will not be coming back to this mcdonalds read more

Went through the drive thru this morning and ordered my usual. When I got to the window they asked me what my order was. I told them and the young moron at the window kinda laughed and said "oops I gave yours to the car in front of you" then she just looked at me. I was so frustrated I told them that was unacceptable and the fact that she laughed about it made me even more frustrated. I drove off. I will be contacting the owners about the behavior of some of their employees. Instead of offering to make my order for me she just stood there and laughed. This place is ridiculous!! I had an experience here that makes me not even want to return. The other night I came in to get some food of course, I went through the drive through. And went on the outer side. Nothing was said not even a hi welcome to McDonald's. Two cars orders were taken before mine at the inner ordering station, and when I said "alright two cars have already gone through who is going to take mine?" I then heard a man say "excuse me?" Through the intercom. Not very good work etiquette. I then told him my order and all he said was alright pull up to the next window. Nothing about my total and no courteous words at all. When I pulled up me and my boyfriend were both given a Powerade, with them both being watered down. Honestly tasted like there was 1/4 Powerade and 3/4 water. To make it worse the girl who serviced us to give us our foods, her name was either Christie or Christine, it did say trainee, but she was very rude. Then when I asked for some spicy buffalo sauce I was given one. Why when a customer asks can McDonald's not give sauce? We have to pay for it? Even if I had to pay for it I would have! To make this even worse, last night I went and ordered only two things, a sausage mcmuffin and hashbrown. The customer service was better when ordering, and when I pulled up to pay the lady was nice. Then I went to get my food and it was the same lady, Christie or Christine, and even though I had already waited about 5 minutes to get up to the windows, she told me to pull through and wait. I only ordered two things??? I then waited about three-four more minutes to get my two item order. Honestly I just feel like either this establishment needs to train their employees better, and manage better. While waiting those three-four minutes the other cars behind me paid got there food and left, and I was still waiting for two things! read more

I know, McDonald's right? What do you want it's a fast food place... Still, I never thought to review it until now. Generally speaking fast food places do tend to mess up orders and take longer than expected but this was ridiculous. There were about four cars ahead of us and it was 8:30 pm. So a little rushed but not super busy. I ordered a Big Mac meal with no onions or pickles a side of mac sauce and a small mocha. We checked our food and everyone's was fine except mine. I sort of expected them to mess it up. We handed my burger back through the drive through window and they fixed the issue pretty quick. She didn't even charge us for the side of mac sauce they forgot. So all was alright. Until I got home and took a drink of my hot mocha. It didn't taste right. All I could taste was sour milk and no coffee. I poured it out and as I was doing so found that the milk was curdled at the bottom. I hope I don't get sick. I would call and complain but I don't want to have to go all the way back for a coffee I don't want anymore. Let's just say I don't think I will be eating anything for the rest of the night. This is why I only go to fast food places on a rare occasion. I think I will change that to no fast food again. I am changing the review because I entered a complaint on their website after attempting to call the location. I got a call this morning from the manager who apologized profusely and said that if I came in my next meal including the coffee would be on them. She was very nice and seemed truly concerned about my experience. read more
