Me and my beautiful wife came across this place while traveling to Lexington for a fishing trip. I've heard a lot of hubbub, so decided to give it a try. I ordered the Big Mac meal and my gorgeous wife went with a McChicken, McDouble, Chipotle BBQ snack wrap, and a medium fry. I took one bite and was instantly brought back to my days of youth, when I still had wonder and hope for the world. The Big Mac is something of a spectacle. The meat was plentiful, the lettuce was crisp, and the smile on my face was pure. They cook their burgers with seemly such great care and passion. Upon finishing our meal, my alluring wife simply COULD not get over the greatness that was the McDouble. "You HAVE to try this, Bill!" she said. So we ordered FOUR more to eat while we fished. I want to personally thank every member of the McDonald's staff for not only giving me one of the best meals that I have ever had, but also for giving me the best fishing trip I've ever had. Nothing beats sitting back, catching some WALLEYE, and enjoying these delectable burgers wit my Dazzling wife. 10/10, will return!!! read more

Came in for early breakfast around 6 am. I know not a normal time for going to a fast food but it was the only thing im craving that was open. I went through the drive through and there was no speaking at all. I tried seeing if it was a person taking the order (2 hashbrowns, 1 sausage mcgriddle, and 1 sausage egg mcmuffin) im sure they ether not speaking or have the mic off but at they demanded the money. They give me the food and the order was partly wrong but very obviously expired. Didnt get the mcgriddle and the hashbrown was cold. So i turned back and asked for the mcgriddle and they said cant do anything about it. Not coming back!! read more

Absolutely horrible service. The manager was a Karen from the get go. Took my order and money. When I got to the window to receive my food was told that items ordered were not available. Tried to negotiate a fair offer. Instead got the cops called on me instead of doing what actually made sense for all parties involved.. I encourage a call from The corporate office. I like DoorDash but these places need to double check before giving the food to the drivers. It's not the drivers responsibility to make sure the order is correct. McDonalds has been going downhill over the past 2 years. It's a hit or miss with your order even when you make sure everything is correct on their app. The person who does the food prep needs to read better or learn to read period. Most of the time I have to order chicken nuggets just to make sure I get something to eat. I have allergies to some condiments and when I ask for plain I expect it to be just the meat; cheese; bacon if ordered; and bun. How hard is that? I even remove all of that stuff from the app then select plain to double make sure they see it and I still get a crap luck shot with my meal. Most of the time I go without because they get my order wrong. I'm tired of wasting my money on them just get crap to eat (yes I know it's fast food and you get crap anyway but not the point). read more

Big no from me. Waited 45 minutes and had 2 missing items, one item made incorrectly, and all tasteless food.

Tonight I sat in the drive through for more than 30 minutes waiting to pick up an order I placed online. They were telling people that they had a full lobby but after waiting that long I pulled around and walked inside. There was no one inside. They were short handed and the manager was telling the lies. They should have closed 1 side of the drive through so when they did take the cars it wasn't from just one side while the other sat. I had 3 cars in front of me leave without making their orders. read more

I perfect example of the dying service industry. The woman who took my order was rude and short with me. She acted almost burdened by me ordering from her as a person and not the kiosk. Ordered and then given no selection for small, med, large. Gave money and at drive through saw it was a med drink. Offered a $1 for a large drink upgrade (should be enough to buy another one) as I am traveling back to Omaha. She Said I had to go back through drivethru as any alteration didn't compute. I said I'll just to keep what I ordered. Confusion set in and then handed food and she left. I was left hanging to ask for ketchup from another guyq who was stone cold. First negative review I have ever left. We changed our minds about eating here because the restrooms are so unbelievably disgusting. The women's had loads of toilet paper all over the floor and the seats were too filthy to sit on. One even had a fair amount of blood smeared on it. (Hope I can get that image out of my mind soon.) Both rolls of toilet paper in the disabled stall were empty. If I could have chosen zero stars, I would have. I think a visit from a health inspector is in order. Note: There's definitely a pattern in the rest of the comments about cleanliness. After years of people trying to bring attention to this problem, why hasn't it improved? Can I start by saying that the workers here have ZERO pride in their work. These half assed workers can even put the right number of pickles on a cheeseburger... I would like to think it would be a lot easier to get a cheeseburger with 6 ingredients right than it is to get it wrong, but these guys take the cake... worst cheese burger I've had in a looooooong time... didn't think there was THAT much wiggle room for a MCDONALDS cheeseburger but believe me when I say it could get much worse by going to this place. I've stopped here a few times and this McDonald's really lives up to the negative stereotypes. I used to work in the fast food service industry and I know at times it can be hard and stressful, but when I'm the only person in the drive thru and the establishment isn't busy at all I expect at least my order to be complete. On top of that, their customer service is awful. The lady working gave me my drink when I greeted her, said absolutely nothing, and shut the screen door. She said absolutely nothing to me even after my food was handed to me. It's not that hard to smile and have a little interaction with your customers. I will be stopping at my usual McDonald's on my drive back home, and avoiding this one. read more

They get one star for food consistency - that's McDonald's goal anyway, is to make sure you get the same taste no matter where you travel and they seem to do that well. However, I wish they would emphasize their service and cleanliness standards across the board. Wake up McDonalds! They also need to realize that when they build or renovate their stores with the attractive modern look, that it doesn't give the customer any better of an experience when the inside is dirty and the customer service is very poor. Got kids meals and food was fine. Went back for four small cones and they were lopsided and poorly made. As we walked away from the counter I could hear the shift supervisor scolding the working who handed them out that they should've never gone out that way. She was right and offered to redo one after my daughter took one look at her lopsided cone and began to cry. Kudos to this supervisor as I could tell she was doing the best should could. Just more training and they would do fine. It didn't help any that when I went back to get one extra cone, the worker who made it started make the cone and could tell it was going to go lopsided again and pushed it back on with his bare finger. Made my coffee wrong twice, almost three times, and told me I was wrong that they hadn't put sugar in the coffee when I asked them to fix it a third time they told me that it was just the caramel that is on top that is causing the sugar flavor. Then one of the workers began speaking in Spanish to another coworker, and while I have limited Spanish skills, it was for the purposes of complaining about me. Which is funny, if my drink had been properly either of the first two times... they wouldn't need to complain about me. read more

First off these were some of the worst nuggets I have ever seen come out of a McDonald's. Second even though it's a fast food place your food shouldn't be just tossed in the bag, it looked like it went for a ride in the washer machine. And lastly we were given the wrong order because the server was too busy flirting with the local police force (she was looking at him like he was a free extra large Oreo mcflurry with extra toppings). Then to top it off we get home to eat it had to be the worst burger I have ever ate in my life. this is the worst mcdonald's experience i have ever had and i am experienced with going to mcdonald's, due to traveling a lot. the lady trough the drive through continuously kept getting our order wrong. i kept ordered a chicken nugget meal and she kept putting a sausage mcmuffin on the screen after telling me they don't serve breakfast. so then i went inside and they forgot fries in one of my orders and then proceeded to through my sauce at me and not give me any of my drinks and the lady behind me ordered 30 nuggets and they and they gave her a big mac. absolutely ridiculous and unorganized. they need new staff and better management as the manager was just sitting in a booth on his computer watching it all happen. read more

Stopped by this McDonalds while I was on vacation. One of the only reason that I did fast food was because my family was trying to keep traveling. Unfortunately the service was extremely slow and to top it off two of our hamburgers didn't even get a piece of meat put on them! We went back and they obviously corrected it but I just felt like the service could have been so much better. read more
