I hesitated to stop here again because the last time I did it was really bad. And once again today it was even worse. The hash browns were smashed together and not done fully. The bacon was not fully cooked and the bagel breakfast sandwich was literally so hard to even chew. On top of that the employees, mainly the female that hands me my bag is so rude. I do not know why I insist on coming to this Dunkin location when I am in Kearny. Every single time that I come here there is a problem. Today, I ordered an hour ahead, knowing that I would reach my destination in about an hour, and was hoping to have all of my selections ready for pick up. Of course, they were sold out of half of what I ordered ahead, and had not even started assembling my order. Then, when I opted to add an additional drink, I was charged full price, despite most of my order being wrong and not available for pick up. I know that there aren't a lot of other options in Kearney. My favorite, Full Circle Bakery and Cafe, is closed on Sundays. But really... if you don't absolutely have to have a Dunkin donut, then I would suggest not coming to this location. I live in Lincoln where there are multiple locations and it is never an issue for orders to be filled or for a good service. I would like to kindly suggest to the district manager of this location to bring some of the managers from Lincoln out to Carney and help coach and develop this team. read more

Every time we go here and the same woman is working, Christine, she goes out of her way to be rude to literally everyone. I even got the pleasure of listening to her berate the Jeep in front of us before we pulled up. How does this woman still have a job there? It also doesn't help that she didn't even give me the right order. I'd call to complain but there's no point as we've tried that before. If I could give zero stars, I would. There were 3 workers and only one person in front of me when I went into Dunkin'... despite that, it took 10 minutes before they even took our orders. Seems like the drive through was prioritized over us. When I finally ordered it took another 10 minutes before I got my drink, and I'm not exaggerating on the time. Checked my watch just to make sure. When they did finally make my drink, they put it on the counter with another order but didn't call out to anyone... so my drink was almost taken by mistake. It might have been alright if the workers were apologetic, but the customer service was awful. No one smiled. No one apologized for the wait. read more

Customer service was TERRIBLE and so was the coffee. I got an iced caramel swirl with regular cream and sugar and it honestly tasted like crap. Didn't have any cream or sugar in it. The lady at the register was absolutely rude and ruined my mood by her ugly attitude. Do not recommend this Dunkin.... especially in the morning. someone clearly pissed in the cashiers cheerios. Second time have been to Dunkin' Donuts and been disappointed. When they first opened here in Kearney didn't matter what time of day donuts were fresh and you got a good selection in box. Last two times donuts are stale almost like day old. Not going back there are other donut places in town so maybe you should step it up a little. read more

I have been here 3 times. 2 out of 3 times, my order has been messed up. The third time, I went through the drive-thru and the person taking my order was audibly annoyed. You could hear it in their voice. Everyone in my car could hear their scoffing. And they still got my order wrong. I parked and went inside to complain and the person I talked to (which was not the same person from the drive-thru) didn't seem at all like he cared what I had to say. The person behind me in line also was in the drive-thru and also went inside to complain. Needless to say, I will not be returning here and I will not be recommending this place to anyone. read more

We love our Dunkin coffee! Traveling through Nebraska stopped at this Dunkin on an early Sunday morning around 7. My husband ordered 4 large coffees 1/2 decaf cream only. Well, they were out of decaf and the gentleman taking my husband's order did not want to make any more. After my husband convinced them to make more he got the coffee back to the hotel, they must have run out of cream too and not wanted to bother to get more because our coffees were almost black. I ordered a Carmel iced coffee with creamer. The lady working the drive up didn't confirm my order, or tell me my total, she just said see you at the window. When I got to the window she didn't say my total just help her hand out for my card. When she was handing me my drink she said here and after I grabbed my drink she shut the window. After I got home I took a drink of my coffee and realized they forgot to put Carmel in my carmel iced coffee. Dunkin has always been one of my favorite donut and coffee shops. Unfortunately, this Dunkin has terrible customer service. The employees are very rude and never seem to enjoy their job. I don't think I've ever walked in this Dunkin and was greeted or felt welcome. The employees don't get along either, every time I have gone in they are always arguing or are very snotty to each other. Very disappointing to see they can't work together. My husband and I love that Dunkin Donuts has come to Kearney. We like the other places in town, but it's nice to have something new.

I was the only customer in the store. I was not greeted. The person at the register just looked up at me to take my order. My order was entered incorrectly. When I pointed out that I did not order a dozen donuts she actually said "then how did that get on your order?" What!?! The manager came to correct the order. She did not apologize or even greet me. Just rolled her eyes. I got my donuts then waited for my drinks. The manager brought the drinks to the counter. No 'here you are", no "thank you for coming in." This was my first and last visit to a NEW STORE!!! You never get a second chance to make a first impression. read more
