I've come here 4 times this last week just for a chocolate milkshake for my sick grandpa. But they keep saying it's broken. The cashier was rude when we mentioned it said it was working online. By the time I actually got to the speaker, they say they stopped serving breakfast at 1030, and it's 10:32. 17 min sitting and inching forward just to be rudely told no breakfast for you! 9 of 10 times they serve 5 cars before bothering to get to you and then fck up your order anyway. I'm assuming it's bad management. we stop in regularly as it's on the way to work. often the breakfast sandwiches have egg shells in them. The drive through can be pretty slow but today was extra special. I waiting in line for about 10 minutes, placed my order, then pulled up to the pay window and paid. I went to the next window amd got my drink after 5 minutes and then I was told to pull forward. I waited another 25 minutes. I had three people come out to give me my order but it was never right. All I ordered was a 10 piece nugget and a drink. 40ish minutes in my finally just drove off and never did get the order I paid for. I saw multiple other people leave as well. I wouldn't even give this McDonald's any stars. We had a burger that was still frozen in the middle and pink all inside. And a different burger with a hair about the size of my arm. I've had issues with kids with bad attitudes and they always get my order wrong and it sucks cause this is the only one in Johnstown. It's quite disappointing kids aren't even able to work a simple job like this. This place has always had very rude workers! It's not too hard to say please and thank you and you're welcome to your customers that come through the drive-through. I placed the order for my food and then I went around to pay for it and gave the guy my card and he gave it back to me with my receipt as I requested, and I said thank you and he doesn't say anything.
