Their manager Autumn was incredibly rude and made us wait 40 minutes for our food even with no other customers inside. She flat out ignored us various times when asked to check on our food. When we finally got our order, she gave us the wrong thing because they were out of what we had ordered. When we asked for a refund she started screaming at her coworkers saying "I don't care, no." I finally got refunded for just my sandwich, not even the whole order. This place is horrible and the manager is so rude. 2/04/2023 This McDonalds used to be busy - cars lined up. But about a month ago I noticed there was never a wait. Today I went thru around 1PM and I was the only car. I ordered a Fish Sandwich and a small coffee with one cream. This came to $7.54. The coffee cup was about 2/3 filled with luke warm black coffee. About a week ago I was here. I was the only one in there and I wasn't in much of a hurry, and the girl working the register seemed embarrassed because the person working on the grill wasn't in a hurry either. As someone who works in fast food, I understood her struggle and reassured her that I wasn't blaming her for how long my food was taking. Sadly, the angry blonde manager (who I am 100% sure was on break, as she was sitting down and eating) decided to harass the poor girl about the whereabouts of my food. I had ordered an entire dinner box and there was one person in the back taking their good old time so of course the person to blame is the cashier. Now I wouldn't really get that upset about it, except for the fact that every time I go in to this specific McDonalds, that same manager is bullying her employees. I remember one time I went in there to get a salad and the workers in the back made the burgers for the people behind me first (presumably because their salads are pre made so all they have to do is go grab one and bring it up), and the manager started calling them all idiots?! The amount of people working there seems to have been declining as well, and people say that it's because of that manager? She makes getting food at McDonalds extremely unpleasant for lots of people because of the way she treats the employees and it's strange that no one has said or done anything about it. I know Yelp is probably not the only place to go but where I work they actually look at the reviews online and address them, so I'm hoping that this will help. read more
