Stop to get lunch with the grandkids! I have to say this is the cleanest and most friendly McDonalds I've ever been too. Never been to one that gave you a "number" to put on your table so when your food is done they bring it to you! I would suggest if you pass through Iowa to stop by the McDonald's. read more

There was no customer service at this place at all. They tried to be mind readers and then get argumentive with their customers. I was never asked if the order was for dine in our carry out. They just bagged everything up then made us wait 5 minutes to make a frappe, that wasn't made correctly. When i went to send my son to the table because the food was getting cold, the manager on duty was pointing me out to another worker talking smack about me. I don't expect too great of service from fast food, but in all of 1 minute at the drive thru I was completely unimpressed. The person at the drive thru was just incredibly rude. We were put off by her attitude, which says a lot when it's through the speaker. After ordering a coffee, we were asked if we wanted anything else, but before we could even answer we were hurriedly given our total and dismissed without care. If I could I could give less than 1 star I would. Me and 3 of my friends went to this McDonald's at 10:32 in the morning and for some reason weren't serving lunch. When we asked when they would be serving lunch they said they didn't know because their grills were down and that we could wait around 5-10 minutes until they were working again. 15 minutes later and we're still waiting there but then an employee walks up and orders a meal from the LUNCH menu and the older woman that was cashiering told her that they weren't serving lunch but is still taking her order at the same time she's telling her this. We all leave because it's taking way too long and as soon as we walked outside we looked back and the employee that ordered from the LUNCH menu was walking to go sit down with her food. We stopped at the McDonalds in Iowa Louisiana yesterday afternoon about 4:45pm. They were not very busy but it took about 8 minutes to place our order and almost 25 minutes to get the order. I had ordered two buttermilk chicken sandwiches and one Big Mac to go. When we got home I opened what was supposed to be a crispy chicken sandwich. I don't know what it was..it was burned dark brown, was about the size is a half chicken strip..you could not cut it, bite it or tear it..the dog wouldn't even eat it. Totally disgusting...looked nothing like chicken. Waited 25 minutes for an inedible was of something that could not be identified..will never, ever stop there again...diners beware read more
