This Whataburger on Country Club is straight trash. Every time I come here it's the same thing . Wait 30 minutes for cold food and somehow they still get the order wrong. I ain't exaggerating either, it's really every time. The employees act like customers are bothering them. Half the staff be standing around looking confused while the line ain't moving. Restaurant dirty. Tables nasty, floors nasty, trash overflowing. on God, some of the employees look like they just got dropped off from homeless camp and don't wanna be there. New location and we were excited for it to be open. Every time I have gone here I usually spend 20-30 min even if there is only a couple of cars. Today I ordered curbside, I was there in under 10 min but then sat there waiting in a curbside spot for approximately 30 minutes, not even joking. Not to mention everything is way overpriced. The girl that finally came out was very nice and gifted a large vanilla shake because of the wait she said, which made my son happy but to spend that much time even for a curbside is just unacceptable not to mention when I tried to call inside twice, both times the phone just kept ringing. Hopefully they can get better at this or they might not make it there. We hardly ever go because of the price plus the wait time. read more

Service and ambiance are trash, because the workers ruin both with their noncommittal attitude of barely even acknowledging the presence of a human being in their establishment and even then not offering any help other than a nod. When you ask for help they just keep walking. it's a 100% garbage experience every single time and I'm simply not going to bother going there any more. I've been 5 times or so. Regardless of time of day they act like you just walked into their apartment. People need to understand that business is based on relationships and you can't have a relationship without human interaction. I'm simply not going to eat at Whataburger anywhere ever until I see this location near my home fixed they suck. Hard. I just moved from Oklahoma and every Whataburger in Oklahoma at the very least has one intelligent person working there. When my girlfriend tried to substitute her French fries for apple slices with her Jr cheese burger meal, which we've been doing for years, they told her she couldn't and would have to pay for the apples. When we pointed out that the menu said the meal comes with your choice of fries OR apple slices they insisted that meant that you had the option to get fries and pay for apple slices as well. 3 employees all read the board and said the same thing. They still have going pains... Went this morning, and they didn't have any large or medium drink cups... Also, I had to ask for the extra honey butter dipping sauce that I had to pay extra for.. My wife and I have been to this location 3 times. Each time has taken over 30 minutes to get our food regardless of how many cars are in line in front of us. This last time we came at a time when no other cars were there except for one. We ordered immediately and waited behind the one car in front. It still took us 30 min for the car in front of us (1order) to get their food and then us to get ours. Food quality was good. I just don't think I'll be coming here again when it takes SO long in line. There have been times when my wife and I have ordered and just left the line to go get food somewhere else. I want this Whataburger to do well since it's the only one in the vicinity, but I don't think it will stick around long with ticket times like this. read more

I've given this place a couple of tries now, because I like to be fair and not assume the worst, especially when a restaurant first opens. However, this place.....I'm going to try and stick to the facts and keep my emotions out of it. $58 for three sandwich meals and a salad; 35 minutes in line to receive cold gummy, French fries that reeked of stale grease. I don't know that this would make the USDA's loose definition of acceptable for consumption, even in a government run home for the elderly and clinically insane. I could've gotten over all of that, if only my burger order were right...I requested light condiments. I'm fairly sure that Whataburger does their best to employ the illiterate, because I did not receive light condiments, I received the equivalent of a machine gun application of condiments--splattered all over my sandwich with the upmost of care. As if to say, "screw your Father's Day meal and screw you. Thanks for coming sucker." When I left and my eight year old son heard how much I'd spent and how long it had taken, I heard him whisper, "dumba**" under his breath...I would've corrected him, but sadly he was right. If you're looking for a good alternative for a lower price quickly, go commit a crime, wait for the police to arrive and you'll get a similar meal for free...on second thought, it might be an upgrade. read more

This locations employees are sullying the Whataburger name. You wait in line up to 30 minutes to order and then another 20 to get your food which will visibly be old food that is either hard and stale and or cold after waiting near an hour. I usually go for breakfast and the food shouldn't be cold or hard at 5 am, it should be fresh and hot. I slacked off for going for a while but went before work and received a hard cold #22 and a melted caramel latte shake. read more
