This McDonald's is cool. It was remodeled recently, so it has that fancy black exterior. On the inside, you can order food using a touch screen. You can also pour yourself a drink using a different touch screen. That's pretty jazzy! Lots of menu items and drinks too choose from. Our food was made quickly and it was tasty. We played with the LED light tables too, which was entertaining for a moment. This is the most technologically advanced fast food meal I've ever experienced. They have free Wi-Fi too! Do yourself a favor, and visit another location. Even better, go to the Wendy's right around the corner. Never been to a McDonald's that is so incompetent of simple things. First, when ordering in the drive through, we asked if we could have a few minutes to look over the menu, and 30 seconds later, a different man comes on the intercom saying he was sorry for our wait. We then felt we were very rushed to order, and didn't get to fully look over the menu. At the end of our ordering, the man said "um" about 12 times. He did not know what he was doing. This was a very bad ordering experience. Then, we got up to the 1st window (where you pay) and everything was quick and easy. No problems there. Finally we arrived at the 2nd window (the food window). This experience was no problem at first. Then we pulled away and got on the highway. We started taking the food out of the bag and realized that there was a box for something we did not order. We thought we got bonus McNuggets, but then we opened the box. Inside the box was barbecue sauce. Seems like no issue. One problem. It wasn't packets. It was sauce dumped into the box. There's a spot in the chicken nugget box for sauce for a reason. Why would you dump the sauce in a different box. Things proceeded to get worse. We had also ordered a southwest chicken salad. When they asked what dressing I want, I asked for a Southwest or chipotle sauce, expecting them to have that for a southwest salad. But no. They don't have a southwest sauce for their southwest salad. So, I got honey mustard. Huge mistake. They decided to dump a gallon of honey mustard on the salad, instead of giving it to me on the side. This experience was horrendous and I am very disappointed in McDonald's as I am not "loving it". Don't go to this location, and I wouldn't recommend going to McDonald's at all. read more

The young guy who waited on me was probably new, but he tried to get my order correct. He messed up and asked a young lady for help. That girl was so blatantly apathetic she needed to be bitch slapped. She couldn't even be bothered to tell the boy what the manager on duty told her. She just kept the smirk on her face until he asked her. Then when the manager came to the register, the girl told her I needed a refund. The manager counted out the money and handed it to me, and I told her I hadn't paid yet. It took several tries but the order was finally correct and the girl just pushed the tray beside the next register over. I finally asked if that was mine and she said yes. She obviously thinks she is so cute she doesn't need to be respectful and she doesn't need to do anything for her paycheck. The food was fine. The bathroom hasn't been cleaned in weeks hence cobwebs. I went to this location to get a medium latte and medium iced coffee. After paying my $7 (I could have purchased a whole can of coffee for that amount!), I pulled up to the pick up window. I watching the server preparing the latte. He looked very confused while making it. It took about 3 minutes to make this one cup. He brought it to the window and gave it to me. Then he went back to the coffee station to make the iced coffee. Again, he looked dumbfounded and after another minute he came back to the window and asked for me to pull up because there was going to be a wait on my iced coffee. I replied, "but it's just iced coffee" to which he replied, 'I know'. I pulled up and waited another 3 minutes, maybe 4. He brought out my iced coffee...small instead of the medium that I paid for AND no straw. I asked why it took so long and he said 'I'm sorry'. I pointed out that this was a small and that I ordered a medium. He tried convincing me that the small cup was a medium. At this point I was raging and knew it was best if I just left. Who gets parked for iced coffee??? and then get the wrong size after paying so much money!!!! Infuriating! Sad to say this was my second bad experience there. Probably one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! My muffin (from my Egg McMuffin) was so hard it was inedible. While eating there were two separate customers that came back in from the drive through to complain. The place was very dirty. Ladies bathroom, 1 stall completely out of order. The door for the stall I used had a chunk of wood gone. The hook on the back was barely hanging by one screw. The faucet was loose from the counter and sprayed water out with such force it soaked my shirt. Wow! McDonald's needs to shut this place down or step up their game! read more

My family and I just went here after cedar point, it was about midnight. We had a complicated/picky order, and they dealt with it perfectly. The staff was delightful and knowledgeable. Their service was impeccable. In fact probably the best service I've ever had at a McDonald's (and trust me I've been to McDonald's lots of times).
