Just ordered 40 pieces of chicken nuggets from this location and had it DoorDash. Nuggets came old and dry. Called and spoke with manager, Tony, to express disappointment with nuggets and he blamed it on DoorDash and said I should call them to get refund. To my understanding, DoorDash did not make the food, they delivered. He took no responsibility with the poor quality of food that was delivered. Almost every time is a terrible experience. Their staff behave in an unprofessional manner, they're constantly getting orders wrong, and they make you wait a long time for your food. I've had one instance where I've had to go back 3 times because of an incorrect order, and each time I waited for long periods of time. Staff could use a little more training when it comes to knowing the difference between iced coffee, iced mocha, and the frappe drinks!!!!!! I ordered an Iced Mocha w/ nonfat milk and no whipped cream and I was given a Mocha Frappe, then an Iced Caramel Mocha with whipped cream. SMH. Took them 3 different times to get it right!!!! They charged me $3.30 extra to upgrade my drink. Therefore, it is best to get the soda drink that comes with the meal and purchase the large iced mocha separately for $3.29. The upcharge that this location charges is different from other McDonalds which charge less than $3 for same size/type drink upcharge. So I thought this location's upcharge was incorrect. How come other McDs get my order right every time compared to this location's ability to meet order accuracy. Also please train your staff to be professional when it comes to interacting with the customers. For this visit, I have used the drive-thru for a reason and I was told to get out the vehicle to come inside to talk to the manager because the manager is "busy." I proceeded to call the restaurant instead and the phone just kept ringing! I was also informed that nonfat milk option is not available for this location. This is the second time the manager (Devon S.) has been highly rude. 1st time he didn't greet me and sighed as I place my simple summer break order. Today, I pulled up to the drive thru and the lady taking orders belligerently screams at me. I order two sundaes, one with fudge on the bottom and caramel on top and the other just with caramel on top. The lady charges me for 4 packets of caramel sauce (0.40). So I ask why the charge and she states it's the extra caramel sauce. I decline the charge because I didn't order extra caramel. She removes it. Once I reached the pick up window i got regular sundaes. So I tell the manager hey I asked for fudge and he's says well it'll be an extra 0.60 and I'm like no other McDonald's charges for fudge. He says well theres a charge of 0.60. Im like no its not and plus she was going to charge 0.40. He rolls his eyes and sighs and throws his hands very feminine like at me and says well do you want to give me the 0.40 or no. So I request a refund and he brings it to me.
