An order was messed up and one manager told us to come back to get it fixed on a different day(less than a week). When my husband went back on a different day for dinner for our daughter the other manager grab the receipt, told him it was too long ago and threw it at him. Started cursing him out and threatened to call the police. He told her he just wanted his order and where's the other manager. She continued to trash talk him and started talking about his private parts. (How did that come about)! So we never received our remake or our money back. Now...I've said I was done with ever patronizing this location and meant it. However, my son has asked me to stop by so he can purhase himself some food...has done this for the past few nights after picking him up from work. Well...seems the milkshake machine...yes, you've guessed it... is down each time. However, with different staff manning the drive thru comes different excuses and times for which the machine is "supposed" to be shut down. Negative stars if I could. I've literally been sitting in the drive thru for 30 min. Started with 5 cars in front of me. 1 car still in front of me. I'm only still in line so I can tell them how horrible of a job they're doing. This is the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Last time I came here it was a 22 minute wait. I've seen 4 different employees through the back window just walking around on their cell phone. Excuse they gave was there was an Uber order that was allowed to jump in front of the people in line. Still makes no sense if 1 or 2 Uber's jumped in front we should still be through the line in 8 minutes, 15 minutes top. It took me 36 minutes to get to the window and then they didn't know what I ordered and my order wasn't ready. I asked to speak with the manager and she just had Uber excuses too. Needless to say I wasted 38 minutes sitting in the McDonald's drive thru without getting any food because I wasn't waiting any longer and by the time I finished complaining I wouldn't trust that they wouldn't spit in my food. 3/8/2024 I order 2 spicy sandwich and fries with a happy meal...when I came home I discovered the fries and sandwich was missing so I called up there for the correction. I spoke to Imelda and she did confirm the mistake and told me to come back for the remake. Today 3/22/24 I came back because I don't work on this side of town. I went through the drive through and got the remake...they told me to pull up to the window so once the manager on duty (Roxanne) seen the receipt she said "oh hell no this cost too much". So, she called Imelda and I don't know what the conversation was about. I came through one day with a large order for my family and I kept apologizing by how big it was and she ignored me but I thought fine whatever bc I work in the restaurant business but when I pulled up to the window I said "hiii" and she remarked "all that shit?" And I laughed because I thought maybe she was playing but she starred at me for a weird amount of time and angrily took my payment. It was weird and rude? And the something COVID RELATED happened. Drive thru's are a big part of my life, especially when I am on the go.. work, visiting friends, etc. I am not a big fan of most McDonald's. Usually long waits, can't even give me an unsweet tea when I ask for it. This MocDonald's was different. I looked at the line and thought.., well crap it's long and will take me forever, but they were getting people in and out of the drive thru like the speed of lightning. Window staff were very friendly and made sure I had the correct order before I left. I never get that at other McDonald's. This one even got my Hot N Spicy McChicken sandwich right... just the right amount of spicy in the sandwich .. enough to know it was truly spicy, but not overbearing. The got the right amount of mayo on it as well. Many McDonald's put way too much or not enough. They are attached to a gas station and I didn't go in, but the lot and the building itself was very clean and seemed like if they had to do any repiars on the outside that it is taken care of. One thing I liked about this location is that it is not a 'double drive" drive thru. I hate those things and have had bad luck at those... ie: orders getting out to the wrong customer. Note to Management or higher up if you should read this .... I was at the establishment on Sunday June 29, 2014 .. at 716PM.. drive thru receipt number KVS Order 13... The two at the windows working that night should receive KUDOS!! Very polite and making sure my order was correct and getting people in and out fast.... This McDonald's on the corner of the BeltWay 8 and Beamer is great. No matter how long the line is, and now with the second lane added to the drive thru it does get crowded, the service flows quite nicely. I'm a regular to this location, I live near it & I never in my life did I think how gross it really was.. I went there to get a 2 large sweet teas & the rest of my order, I always put a straw in my drink & drink it as soon as I get it, I get home I love eating ice while I'm drinking my tea, and on the top of my lid, was a live bug in the inside of my drink, keep in mind I already drank it not thinking anything. I take it back cause the manager is such a sweet heart, and gives me another free order, with hot n spicy's & grilled chicken mcwraps, with a medium fry, get home, eating my hot n spicy, and find a hair in my sandwich. So I go to this nasty McDonald's and my 10 year old daughter ordered a Powerade with her food as she's drinking her drink she notices something is in her drink and opens the lid and finds dirty napkins and a lid inside her drink so I call up there and the so called manager Jeannette says she didn't put that in there the drinks automatically dispense themselves and the cups automatically dispense themselves too WOW didn't know they could do that. This location is down the street from my house and everyone has always been friendly. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and I guess he forgot to put in the addition of grilled chicken. No big deal, I just tell the guy at the window I ordered grilled chicken and if they forgot, can I place an order for the chicken. The guy politely tells me okay and to give him a second. He tells a lady, which I am assuming, is the manager. And she yells out the window, "it wasn't on the order!" I told her I understand but I wanted to add it to the order. She then starts yelling to the back kitchen in Spanish and then gets my chicken and gives it to the guy at the window and rolls her eyes at me. Extremely RUDE!!
