It's consistently terrible. Slow, food that's not fresh, SLOW! I tried curbside and ordering ahead and it still took 20 minutes.

Once again this place is a disappointment! The girl that took our order was so rude taking her order and giving us our food. He definitely acted like she didn't want to be there and she definitely didn't want us there. It took us over 5 minutes to get one big breakfast. The food was okay typical McDonald's fare. The restaurant was fairly clean. The parking lot was horrible , the bathrooms were dirty and the employees would rather play on their phones than do their jobs. Seems like they need the fire management and start all over since management is not doing their job ! Definitely need to fire the girl at the front taking orders. What can I say, it's McDonalds!!! Some visits are bad & some are ok. Today was just an OK visit. The fries are rarely ever fresh in the kids meals. Went thru drive up window, ordered chicken breakfast biscuit and a hashbrown. Pulled to 1st window to pay, you know the drill. Pulled forward to pick up food and the hashbrown was missing. Girl said, "You were not charged for a hashbrown". After looking at the receipt she was correct. I said that still wanted it and could she just charge me here. This girl looked confused...not sure why...then she closed the window and consulted with her equally confused coworker. Coworker came to window and told me, "You will have to go back around to order again". I kid you not, can't make this stuff up. I asked if she was serious, she just smiled. They have inflated the prices at this location and the youngsters that work the register at the drive thru are rude, sarcastic little things that shouldn't be interacting with the public. So, within the last two weeks my wife has gone to this particular McDonald's Restaurant (if can call it that, more like a really bad gut truck). The first two times my received through the drive thru her order in which part of that order was diet soda and received a regular soda. Now mind you my wife and I are DIABETIC. Today, she again went to this McDonald's, placing her order in the drive thru, they were so backed up that the person taking the order messed up at the register so bad that wrong orders were being given out to the drive thru customers. The employee running the drive thru ask the customer that was in front of her to come inside to pay and they sped off angry. My wife was next. As my wife pulled up to the drive thru pick up window the employee ask for the manger to input the code to fix the register because the employee and manger were imputing orders to fast for the computer and froze the computer. So, the manger came to the window and asked my wife what had she ordered, and not having time to repeat the order, or had the patients to wait for an order that was going to be messed up anyway, and had to get to work. She drove off, and the next customer behind my wife followed suit right behind my wife. So, if you have family member that has dietary health issues i.e diabetic. I would not put trust nor even visit this McDonald's. We all hope for good "hot" food and the correct type of drink being handed out. But these people that are "Stuck on Stupid," astounds me. If I could give a negative star rating it would show me giving this restaurant a -5 star rating. They are placing people's lives literally in harms way by giving out the wrong order. I have been a very long customer of this loc. I have to order special request due to health issues. They don't serve what I order but when a server says to me with my last visit, "Oh it's u" that's not a friendly service. Made me feel unwelcome. I've had to rtn many meals due to not what I ordered. Everything in this store (not the DQ side) as far as shelf items were purchased at the dollar tree and they are selling it for 3 times what they paid for it. Crooked ass place. Do yourself a favor if you need condiments... go straight to dollar tree and cut out the middle man. And they trying to sell hot ass beer for bar prices. Very disappointed with my experience at this Dairy Queen. My husband and I ordered the $5 buck lunch deals. We got back to our room and realized that neither one of us received a Sunday. We opened the boxes to see the smallest chicken strips you could ever serve anyone. We also ordered a chicken strip kids meal for our son and for his side we ordered a apple sauce. The picture of the apple sauce on the menu shows Gogo Squeez. I checked the bag after we arrived at our room and they gave him something called lucky leaf unsweetened apple sauce. If I would have known that's what he was getting I would have ordered him French fries instead. I honestly would love to take all of the food back and just get a refund but I don't have the time to do that but I will definitely not be visiting this DQ. My advice to anyone going here check all of your food thoroughly before pulling away from the window. Unless you want to be highly disappointed. For example, Waffle House is known for golden crisp, tasty waffles and ours were doughy and bland. Undercooked. In addition, it took 10 minutes to pay our bill simply because every employee walked by me as I stood at the station looked and me and kept walking. Come on. Put those cell phones down and get some work done, please. Sure, it's waffle house. Sure, you shouldn't expect much. But when I walked in with my family to get a bite to eat granting it the nostalgia of college, I should have turned around. There were two patrons, but every table was dirty. Our meals came out piecemeal but went back a couple times before they could get it right. The bacon, which came out ten minutes after my meal, looked like something that falls out the rear end of my dog when she eats too many bones. It really took five times to get our order half way straight. We were also overcharged $7. The southern feel of this city could be a bit much for out-of-towners. The staff is constantly complaining, they're unorganized, and customers can hear it all. Makes for an awkward meal. Food is great though. Can't complain about that. But overall the atmosphere makes this place worth getting take out rather than dining in. Or just go to Cracker Barrel and have a better overall experience. We walked out after being sat and treated rudely. Plates were dirty and they do NOT allow you to share a meal with a child. So our 4 kids would be charged 25.00 per person. Manager was awful and told us it was his policy that no one can share and said we could leave. I have been to many Japanese hibachi restaurants and never had this issue. Stay away! He was also yelling at a server, that man is verbally abusive! Took my love here for her her first time experience and well for me it's like seeing the same show for the thousandth time.....but for her it was exciting, so I was excited. I practically walked her through the whole show giving a play by play. Funny that the chef does exactly what the chef in WA, OR, TX, and probable every other state does. Now I would say the food was great but quite honestly it was the same as if I had been at Benihana's or any other Japanese steakhouse....sad really because it's not just the food but the environment which is where this spot fails miserably. They are very close to a military base and they (staff) are apparently spoiled by the big tips and constant flow of customers (mind you not regular customers). They don't care to treat anyone special because as many military do they move and new troops come in, so it's perpetual business for them. Just another day for the dollar and they don't give any extras. If you want class, don't eat here, go outside your comfort zone and check out Wabi-Sabi, Petersburg (locally owned), or a few other mom and pops who want to please their customers and give you bang for your buck.
