Have visited this store many times and have always been pleased. I am a former franchise owner of four McDonald's Restaurants in Michigan.

time after time I have ordered from this specific location and have been met with nothing but disappointment. From management through staff I fear we may be in need of a complete restructure. I have had orders from DoorDash that have been far from correct. I think you should take a a closer look at your employment and staff, and focus on integrity on fulfillment of correct orders. Got the fish fillet sandwich and iced coffee. Everything was made correctly. I was happy with the service. The parking lot is a little bit of a nightmare, especially with the rude people that were there when I was also exiting you can't turn left, which was a little bit of a drag. read more

Was door dashing, and i get an order which has a frappe, i get to the window (this was at night time so lobby was closed) and they tell me they can't do frappes because their machine isn't working (typical asf) anyway i go to ask the person, who ordered the food, what drink they would like instead, and the lady asked me to pull toward out of the line because there were cars behind me, which is understandable, i pull back around and tell them what drink he wants instead (a sweet tea, which costs way less than a frappe, this is important) and they tell me the manager says they can't do substitutions for door-dash because the person is not there to pay for the replacement. this effects me because now I'm delivering a half fulfilled order and it makes no sense that they can't substitute items. definitely the worst mcdonald's i've been to along the entire east coast. read more

This McDonald's is one of the worst I've been to..I live near this McDonald's they never have milk shakes EVER!! They don't use the machine at all..they don't have apple pies. I've come here a few times (4) and it's always been very good. BUT I came in last last night/early morning. 3:40am... asked for a hamburger meal instead of a cheeseburger meal because that's what I wanted. They just took the cheese out. Anyway went to pay; didn't get a receipt nor total. Which is fine, I know it was late. But handed a $20 bill... got $7 (precisely a 5 and two ones) and change back... did it really cost me $11-$13 for that meal? when a cheeseburger meal costs $7 (or even "5" as it says online) ... I got a medium size if that matters. But still. Does it really cost that much more? If so, now I know not to get that. I hope I didn't get ripped off or that the person didn't know how to charge me. And if I'm wrong I'd like to know to not get a $11 meal again. I usually don't complain , but I don't like losing money either, especially at my favorite go to place. read more

Today (12/27/22), around 5:15pm I went through the Drive Thru and ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal, 2 Mcdoubles, 2 mcchickens, and 1 large fry. I proceeded through the drive through and went to pay for my order and used a discount code. The total came out to $12.99 after the 20% discount. As I went to pickup my order, a female manager with a nasty attitude asked for my receipt and told me that I paid for the wrong order and my order was more (likely only by a few dollars if it even was more). I told her that was not my fault and it was the cashiers fault because he confirmed with me MY order. Her response was "what did you think you were going to get it for free?" I found this response amusing because I in fact did PAY and what still seems like the correct amount for my order with a discount. The "manager" then proceeded to tell the drive thru employees to NOT give me any food and so I then just asked for my money back. She tried to tell me to wait at the front of the building, I responded by saying I would wait at the window for my money back. As she was getting my cash, the employees were making inappropriate comments about their own manager saying they would "slap the shit out of her" if she spoke to them that way. While I agree with their response I am very disappointed overall with the service and upset that I used my deal and having to leave empty handed. This is highly unprofessional and I hope that if this location is corporate or even franchised that it gets into the hands of someone who may need to reconsider their team... I've gone to this location multiple times and never experienced something so absurd. read more

Somehow this location just doesn't understand their job duties. Person who takes order: listen to what the customer wants, input order into system accordingly. Prep line: assemble order as order person has listed on screen. Too many times have I come to this location and something be screwed up and it be MY ISSUE, instead of something offered to be fixed or replaced at the time I address it at the drive through window or while I wait in the parking lot for the missing items. I shouldn't have to call to see if I've been forgotten about after literally 10 minutes of waiting for something as simple as a drink being re-made for me, and then when I mention my food after 10 minutes has since gotten cold 2x, the appropriate response should be offered for the order to be re-made (Med fries and and Mc chicken- simple) and when I speak to the "manager" I shouldn't hear him complain that I'm complaining about my food getting cold to another team member, then continue to speak to me and say rudely "well, what do you want me to do about it" as if it's rocket science. If employees want to be held at a higher standard, act like it. Put a smile on your face, do your job, and do it as if it were your dream job. Just because it's the service industry does NOT mean that you should deliver less quality service because you may not enjoy it. Would not recommend this location. read more

The worst Mcdonalds i have ever been to. The entire staff including management is incompetent. We ordered a $44 meal from Uber Eats and when the order came it was missing 2 of our 3 large sodas, so the Uber Driver was nice enough to go back to get it, i called the Mcdonalds to let them know the driver was coming back and they said ok. So when the driver got back to me she had only one of the sodas she went back to get and said thats all they gave me. So instead of having her go back a 3rd time i said forget it. This all took about 30-45 minutes. When my family finally got to eat it was all cold.....fries, burgers, filet-o-fishes, nuggets....as you know that food is not good cold. So i called to complain and the Manager told me to give him my name and i could come back another day to replace my meal. Ok so i thought at least they were going to make good on it. WRONG. I went last night to get our meal and they told me that theres no way they were going to replace a $44 meal. I told him the manager said it would be replaced, so the man called the manager because he wasnt there last night and the manager said he told me he would only replace one meal, i said he told me my full meal....why would he replace only one meal? My entire family ate a cold meal that night not just one person. The guy kept telling me thats an expensive meal to replace and i said yes, i know, i payed for it. Then they kept trying to get out of it while i stood there for 30 minutes calling the owner which they couldnt get ahold of then kept giving me excuses. The man, which also looked like a Manager or someone important because he was wearing plain clothes kept trying to tell me its not going to be replaced. I told him it was not my responsibility i dont work at Mcdonalds correct ? he said yes, then i said its not Ubers responsibility correct because you bag the meals and staple them shut and have them ready for the drivers correct? He said yes.......So the only responsibility is that of Mcdonalds correct? Well.....well....well......I said correct for him since he wouldnt answer. I told him i wanted to talk to the owner......he said he cannot do that. I said you should be able to hold you manager responsible for this since he told me he would replace my meal.....all he had to do was replace it and take it up with the manager and be done with it and he wouldnt do it and kept telling me thats a huge order to be replacing and i said again, i know im the one that payed for it. I told him that i was going to give a bad review and walked away. We have always had problems with this particular store, always getting orders wrong having to go back and get stuff they forgot or not following the order correctly like extra cheese or extra tartar sauce or missing complete items. Its like they do whatever they want to and they think people are just going to let it go because they already left. If a manager says to a customer that they will replace an order because they know they were wrong they should honor that, to me it was already handled and should have been no problem after that. Now they go back on their word and im turned away. This is totally wrong on their part. I will not only post this review but post it anywhere and everywhere else i can and report them to the better business bureau and anyone else. Mcdonalds doesnt deserve to have better wages when they cannot even do their job correctly.....managment is completely incompitent and so are the people who work there. We needed a place to get a quick bite and ended up here; we couldn't find a Checkers, which is what we were looking for. This is a very small McDonald's. It did have clean bathrooms, which we appreciated. We got our food and dined outside at the playground. It seemed like a better playground than the standard ones back home. The children were appreciated. There was a tarp of some sort overhead to keep the son from baking the adults. There were also overhead fans to help cool us off. I live close by and go here about once a week. There pretty quick and never mess up my order. The only thing that really gets me mad is they always cut me off before I can finish what I'm saying. Example if say I order a #1 before I can say I'll have #1 there like large. Hold on I only want mustard and so on. Egg shells in the McMuffin's frequently, room temp filet-o-fish not crunchy and bun wasn't steamed, once they even told me my $10 was fake which I took it to my credit union and the FBI returned it to my credit union saying it was real. Horrible experience. I have three McDonald's within 5mins of my house this one used to be my go to. Tonight I ordered "2 double cheeseburgers ketup only" get home. One has onions and mustard and pickle. How do you mess one up? When I say two double cheese burgers ketchup only. Was just at this location to enjoy an ice coffee and do some computer work. I was able to get connected to the AT&T wifi quickly without any problems, and while I worked I was able to watch the news on a nice, large flat screen TV. The restaurant looked clean as well as the bathrooms. The staff was very friendly. Great place to go. read more
