First off, you'll notice simple, but sophisticated, decor in the restaurant. It's an old building featuring exposed brick walls, hanging lights, and hand-fashioned wood stools and tables. When it comes to environment/atmosphere they've definitely nailed it! As for the burger - my wife and I both had the Hereford Hop burger and it was insanely delicious! The beef itself is tender and tasty. The patty is formed gently rather than being smashed together, so you get the full texture and flavor of the beef. This particular burger comes with local Hereford cheese, onion rings, a mustard/mayo, and served on a fresh brioche roll. Literally, it's mouth-watering! We also tried the fried cheese curds and the sticky wings and both side items were LIGHTS OUT! The chicken wings were slathered in a BBQ sauce and I'm not lying when I say they were legitimately fall-off-the-bone tender! The breading provided a perfect crisp, crunch on the bite and with one bite all of the meat came off the bone easily. The cheese curds were also incredible and a must! All in all, you're expectations will definitely be met and I would say this is the best burger place in town.

Firstly, they scored a point for having a name that made me snigger, secondly... They couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. After a quick peruse of the menu I opted for lemon and herb chicken (which is served without skin). I asked if I could have some salad with this, after looking at me strangely for a minute - the guy said "Sure, we can do that. It'll be no extra charge". Winner. The chicken was cooked fresh for me as I waited and I requested some lettuce, onion and chillies (all I could have). I was even warned that the salad might be a bit rubbish as it's predominently meant for burgers, but I thought it was sweet that they warned me. My diet friendly feast was a budget busting £3.50. The guys that did end up going to Subway ended up pretty jealous of my dinner after all. This new kid on the block is sparkling clean, very friendly and super helpful. Will I be back?
