It was 7:25, I had gotten off of work an hour ago. I thought to myself, woah, you know what would be a great reward to myself after working all day? A nice large sweet tea. Ordered food at the counter 3/4/20 and waited 20 minutes for it to be brought out (this particular McDonald's delivers food to your table). After finishing the meal, I ordered more food at the counter to go and waited over 15 minutes. Several other customers were complaining about the long wait time also. We had no special orders, just sandwiches, McNuggets, and fries. Employees seemed disorganized and manager was constantly yelling at them. Called the franchisee customer service number on the receipt twice over two days, it was answered by cell phone voice mail, and my call was never returned. Emailed McDonald's corporate and got a form letter e-mail from the "Director of Operations" for Lovelace Management, the franchisee, which wasn't even completely filled in, excerpt below: "Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at the McDonald's located at . As the Director of Operations of this restaurant, I hope you will accept my apology for your unsatisfactory visit." According to manta.com, Lovelace Management is a two-person operation whose business address is a house in Evansville Indiana. No wonder they can't keep up with the several McDonald's they operate in the area. I will say that the McDonald's on US 41 in Henderson, even though it is operated by the same franchisee, is far superior. Look at the other reviews, many of them report the same problem as I have. Covid has nothing to do with 30 min waits in the drive through as well as walk in. I'm a door dasher and time is money. The delays and messed up orders is unacceptable by any means. Horrible, went on February 17th 2022 around 12:00 and I ordered 2 burger without onions and mustard which is what I got but I get home, and the burgers were legit still pink..like not cooked at all! Not only is this fucking disgusting but it just shows how fucking careless the cooks and employees are! All the reviews that mention how slow this location is are spot on. It takes about 30 minutes any time I've been through the drive thru. The workers are always friendly and the food quality is fine. It just takes so very long to get through the drive thru, which speed is why people eat at McDonalds. So I've given up on this location. read more

Will not be going back. After waiting for my food for 20 minutes and still not receiving it, I went through the drive thru again to see if it was ready. The girl taking orders for lane 1 asked if it was a curbside order, I said no, as it was not - I went through the DT, ordered and paid, and she then told me "I can't do anything about it". I was not rude and I was just trying to get the food I paid for. She refused to answer the lane afterwards and I had to pull all the way back up and talk to the presenter in order to get my sandwiches(which ended up being wrong but I was so over this that I just left). I was a DM at McDonald's for several years, and I have never seen someone try so little to figure out a customers problem, rude or not. I've had customers call cops on us when they refused to pull forward and issuing a refund, our glass doors getting broken over a cheeseburger, and get food thrown at me and was still more polite than she was. Went through the drivethru for lunch yesterday for myself and 2 employees. Every time I'd order one item, they would say "is that all for you today?" And I'd say "no, I have a few other things". So after I ordered and got to the first window, she told me my total and then slammed the window in my face before I could even hand her money. At the second window, I received my food and didn't see my sauce, so I waited for her to open the window and inquired, she said "ITS IN THERE!" And upon further inspection, I did find it, but when I made it back to work, I was missing a sandwich. Thankfully it was mine, so I chose not to go back.
