Got 3 Sausage Egg McMuffins, the English Muffins were rock hard. Not sure if they reheated them by throwing them through the toaster a 2nd time or not, but made them very hard to even take a bite of them. First time in 3 years I've been back to this store after getting bad food the last time, but apparently it hasn't improved. Maybe I'll check again in another 3 years. read more

This McDonald's is horrible. the bottom bun of my sandwich was rock hard (old). Slow service and our order was wrong.

I write this as I sit in the McDonalds drive thru I have been here since 7 am it is now 7:49 the line has only had 1 car go thru so far, I have work at 8 am super annoyed the service is terrible here idk why I come back every single worker I encounter here is usually a terrible person or a straight weirdo, the old white lady that's like the manager needs to find a new job she actually likes this is forsure the worst McDonalds in all of Montana pls eat at taco John's if you want sumn quick and without hassle this place pisses me off everytime I come here, the franchise owner should definitely step up and figure out what's going on with this establishment cause I legitimately hate this place after the last couple months I've stopped here it just gets worse and worse fire everyone and jus burn the fucking place down and make a Wendy's, terrible ass service read more

My fiance went and picked this up from Havre McDonald's and opened up the box and this is what it says inside the box. If you are not able to read it, it says "FAT FUCK". I get it, it's McDonald's, but this is still absolutely unacceptable. We rarely eat out because, not only is the food terrible for you, but the service is always crap. 1/10 wouldn't recommend. read more

I was told this McDonald's changed management/ownership shortly after my original review, which is really disappointing because it has gone downhill significantly. At this point, I'd rate it zero stars. There is consistently a long wait, and the staff are not very friendly--likely due to being understaffed. The food quality is very inconsistent; sometimes it's fresh, but other times it's clearly not. Overall, it's hit or miss, and unfortunately, I would no longer recommend this location. read more

Home of the cold hamburger and cold fish burger. The fries were mostly warm. On our travel through going east and west, the "food" output was about the same at each stop. read more

It's McDonald's so its not amazing cause its still fast food. I've had very few issues here though and even the few issues I've had they have corrected everything with no issues. read more

I ordered a hot and spicy mcchicken and it was just a regular one in a hot and spicy wrap this is getting ridiculous!! You would think as employees they would know how these sandwiches are made!! read more

McDonald's - Regular mcchicken in a hot and spicy wrap I'd like to get what I ordered next time!!! - Fast Food Near Me - Havre, Montana

This was the worst costumer service ever they have employees walking around doing nothing I'm so disappointed. People have been waiting over an hour for their food and there are workers in the back on their phones while customers who still don't have their food are sitting and waiting. Orders have been taking half and hour to over and hour and the food in the bags has been the wrong things read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Ordered on the app, went inside a while later and watched a worker take my ticket and crumple it in her hand. I waited patiently for a while before saying something, watching others get their orders before me when they had ordered after me, had to repeat back to them my whole order, which they still missed half of my items. Had to ask them for the missing items. Workers don't acknowledge anyone standing at the counter you have to politely interrupt them. Everything sloppily thrown together, cold. I arrived at 6:30 to pick up my online order and didn't leave until after 7pm. Extremely dirty, workers slipping on liquid that was on the ground. Even the drive through takes 20+ minutes to get your food. Someone needs to step in and help this place out read more

Used the mobile app because both lines in drive thru are always so long. Ordered a few burgers and a hot caramel macchiato. What I got was a half cup of watered down coffee that must have been sitting there all day. If they would update their app so it says they are out of a specific item that would be nice. Instead of replacing it with the closest thing they can find. If I wanted a half an order of fries and a half a cup of coffee I would have ordered a smaller size instead of paying for the size i ordered. I gave them 2 stars tho because they came to my car in the rain when they were obviously busy. read more

Remodel looks worse on the inside (I liked the pictures!) Good idea to have them bring food out to you, but those two workers would be put to better use cleaning). So busy, that it's perpetually disgusting. Avoid during peak lunch time, if there's a bus there, or 5pm weekdays. Hurry and get here Burger King! read more

Nothing special just your typical McDonald's that throws the burgers together quite literally. You open up the box and the cheese is only half on the bun and the with burgers slide off the bun completely. read more

Got 15 miles out and was shorted a whole meal..dunno if it was a joke or not being played on me but I always though Big Mac had two patty's.. upside was they didn't spare the thousand island dressing.. was like a bread salad.. sucks when you live 40 miles from havre..called and let me know what happen and got hit with the I'm sorry I didn't understand you.. so I wasn't bout to turn around and wait in line and get home at 10 pm on a weekday.. be cool if they had a little bit of accountability.. worst part was the wife's sick so wasnt like I had free time or fuel to waste.. asked at the window is that everything?? Dude hit me with a yup. read more

Be prepared for massive sticker shock. Like so many other things in this town that thinks more of itself than it's actually worth, THE PRICES ARE INFLATED HERE. To get normal McDonald's prices (at 50 cents to $2.00 cheaper per item), just keep driving. If you're going south, the McDonalds in Great Falls are not full of themselves, or go west to the Cut Bank McDonalds. read more

This McDonalds is about as McDonalds as McDonalds can be. My bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was as good as any McDonalds, but my hashbrowns were lukewarm both times I went for a hangover killing breakfast. I really like hot hashies and therefore won't be returning. read more

This is one of the best McDonald's I have ever eaten at. The food is always hot when I order, and the staff is friendly. Something to note is that Havre has limited food choices, so they are often very busy with the drive thru line stretching around the building. I will continue to eat here. read more

Great remodel. Owners are fantastic. Their new drive thru is great, and all the upgrades make it easy to order.

This Mcds needs a serious update! Huge potholes in the drive through, order confirmation board in the drive through doesn't work and you can't hear what the drive through employee is saying. Half the time the food is missing from the order due to customer not being heard. Getting tired of wasting my time here! read more
