I was told this McDonald's changed management/ownership shortly after my original review, which is really disappointing because it has gone downhill significantly. At this point, I'd rate it zero stars. There is consistently a long wait, and the staff are not very friendly--likely due to being understaffed. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Ordered on the app, went inside a while later and watched a worker take my ticket and crumple it in her hand. I waited patiently for a while before saying something, watching others get their orders before me when they had ordered after me, had to repeat back to them my whole order, which they still missed half of my items. Had to ask them for the missing items. Workers don't acknowledge anyone standing at the counter you have to politely interrupt them. Everything sloppily thrown together, cold. I arrived at 6:30 to pick up my online order and didn't leave until after 7pm. Extremely dirty, workers slipping on liquid that was on the ground. Even the drive through takes 20+ minutes to get your food. Someone needs to step in and help this place out read more

Used the mobile app because both lines in drive thru are always so long. Ordered a few burgers and a hot caramel macchiato. What I got was a half cup of watered down coffee that must have been sitting there all day. If they would update their app so it says they are out of a specific item that would be nice. Instead of replacing it with the closest thing they can find. If I wanted a half an order of fries and a half a cup of coffee I would have ordered a smaller size instead of paying for the size i ordered. Remodel looks worse on the inside (I liked the pictures!) Good idea to have them bring food out to you, but those two workers would be put to better use cleaning). So busy, that it's perpetually disgusting. Avoid during peak lunch time, if there's a bus there, or 5pm weekdays. Hurry and get here Burger King! read more

Nothing special just your typical McDonald's that throws the burgers together quite literally. You open up the box and the cheese is only half on the bun and the with burgers slide off the bun completely. read more

Be prepared for massive sticker shock. Like so many other things in this town that thinks more of itself than it's actually worth, THE PRICES ARE INFLATED HERE. To get normal McDonald's prices (at 50 cents to $2.00 cheaper per item), just keep driving. If you're going south, the McDonalds in Great Falls are not full of themselves, or go west to the Cut Bank McDonalds. read more

This McDonalds is about as McDonalds as McDonalds can be. My bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was as good as any McDonalds, but my hashbrowns were lukewarm both times I went for a hangover killing breakfast. I really like hot hashies and therefore won't be returning. read more

This is one of the best McDonald's I have ever eaten at. The food is always hot when I order, and the staff is friendly. Something to note is that Havre has limited food choices, so they are often very busy with the drive thru line stretching around the building. I will continue to eat here. read more

Great remodel. Owners are fantastic. Their new drive thru is great, and all the upgrades make it easy to order.

This Mcds needs a serious update! Huge potholes in the drive through, order confirmation board in the drive through doesn't work and you can't hear what the drive through employee is saying. Half the time the food is missing from the order due to customer not being heard. Getting tired of wasting my time here! read more
