I've tried four coffee places in this town and 5th Ave Grind is the only one that meets my standards for my Redbull Infusion. I also enjoy the Grind Fries and don't even get me started with the nachos. It's such a cute environment and the people who work here are filled with joy. I checked this spot out the other day, my cousin asked me to pick up some lunch, I ordered over the phone, the workers there were really friendly and helpful, when I was asking about what to order and what's pretty good there. I tried the Chicken Bacon Ranch and a Reuben sandwich. It was pretty good. I'd recommend eating here. read more

It was good to have a cup of coffee on a brisk day. Staffed with college students, there is a drive thru. I wanted something nice and warm, they didn't have anything warm but I got a healthy wrap, so I was satisfied plus I got a mango smoothie on my way out. read more

The food is pricey but generally good here and the outdoor seating is nice. The service is extremely inconsistent however: some days you'll be greeted with a smile, and others you'll be met with a withering glare that makes you wonder what you'd done to offend that person so badly. My last outing there will likely remain my last. My wife asked if her lunch meet in a wrap could be heated up as she was pregnant. She spoke with the worker, who was also pregnant and had a pleasant conversation. When she got home though, she found she had two completely different wraps than what she'd ordered. When I called in to remedy the problem we were hung up on twice without being spoken to, and when I finally got through the woman that answered the phone was so entitled and judgmental in attitude you'd think she was really putting herself out for someone who had done her wrong. They refused to fix the order as it had been ordered, and I finally hung up in frustration trying to alter the order. I'll admit my temper got the better of me in the end, and I was stuck between a hungry pregnant woman and a snooty uncooperative barista. All my anger did was cost me the twenty bucks for an overpriced meal we didn't order and my wife refused to eat. If this were the only negative experience I'd had here I'd probably just eat crow and recognize that my own annoyance at being told no (to what seemed like a simple request to to fix the situation) contributed to my bad experience. I've been treated poorly on multiple occasions here though without any provocation and this experience was the last nail in the coffin of my patronage. This business would do learn that it is not entitled to costumers, simply by being of middling quality in a small town. Long term patronage and positive word of mouth is earned. read more

This is arguably the best restaurant in Havre. One of the reasons I didn't give it 5 stars is because they aren't open for dinner. My favorite item on the menu is the taco salad (be sure to ask for the spicy ranch dressing instead of the salsa...you will thank me later). Their soup in the winter is also a very good option. And their sandwiches are all quite delicious. The staff is friendly and always serves you your food with a smile. The dining room is small (i.e. quaint), but in the summer months you can also sit on the patio while you eat. Overall it is a very good restaurant in a town that otherwise is one big culinary void. read more
