She had medium hotness and on her chicken and she said it wasn't very hot. She wanted a "buffalo" hotness, which I guess is their "hot" flavor. Their mobile app also works fairly well overall. The Bad: Right off the bat, I was put off by the signage at the drive-through announcing an extra charge of $0.25 for additional sauces. While this didn't affect my order today, I can't help but think that sauce lovers need to unite against this policy. Charging extra for sauces--and advertising it so prominently--comes across as both tacky and stingy. While the app is decent, it could use some improvements. Specifically, the inability to add items to an order or change the location after payment is frustrating--especially when my wife texts me with a last-minute addition. On the bright side, the biscuit I ordered was fresh and tasted good. However, the presentation left much to be desired. It came sitting on a wrapper in the bag and looked haphazardly assembled. I appreciate receiving napkins--something that's often overlooked--but if the food isn't served on a plate, the least they could do is wrap it properly. I strongly suggest providing better training for your manager or team leads to ensure they communicate respectfully and professionally with customers.
