I went in to order, and I went to the kiosk and it wouldn't work. There were workers in the back.Watching me struggle with it, no one offered to help. So I went up to the cashier desk to order, and they refused, they said, I had to use the kiosk, and that they would help me.I was furious by that time.It shouldn't be that difficult.I have been working around computers.Et cetera for years and I don't have this kind of issue. The transgender with black hair and white highlights is always in a terrible mood and constantly messes up orders every time I'm there. Otherwise everyone is usually pretty good at this location. But a genuine pain anytime they're working, as you can be confident something will be wrong and you'll be treated poorly for daring to ask for what you paid for. read more

Went there today and it was busy, our order took several tries to get correct drinks at the window. When we got our food we noticed that we were missing all the fries. so I went in. the girl at the counter (Mandy on the name tag pinned to her hat) wanted to see my receipt. I told her I ordered on the app, could she show me how to find that. she said no, she didn't know how to do it. I asked if there was a manager or supervisor who might be able to help me show her the receipt. large man in grey button down shirt was standing 3 feet away. she said no. so I asked if she could just see if there was a bag of fries by the drive through. Maddy rolled her eyes, the manager said something to her about there were two bags that should have gone out not one and SHE THREW THE BAG OF FRIES AT ME!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! read more

This is the worse McDonald's after breakfast hours on weekdays. Breakfast hours on weekdays, they are excellent! After breakfast, and especially on weekends, they are the worst! Food takes forever to get and isn't hot. The employees are rude and screw up your order. They are unapologetic for your inconvenience and argue about getting your order straightened out. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Didn't even get the food because while making a pit stop on the road, went to the bathroom which was DISGUSTING. Over 10 flies at least In the bathroom. Absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been in. I spent 35 minutes in the drive thru to get a Luke warm cup of coffee at 5:30 in the morning. They can't take orders in sequence as you pull into the drive thru. With 2 lanes I sat in one of them for 20 min and finally gave up. I had to drive up to the window for them to take my order. My husband and I went through the drive-thru around 11:40 tonight and asked what came on the new triple stack breakfast sandwich the woman took forever explaining it "the biscuit sandwich comes with a biscuit and bacon 2 slices of cheese and two pieces of sausage and a round egg and the McGriddle comes with a McGriddle two slices of cheese bacon two pieces of sausage..." and so on, we were kind of in a hurry but we went ahead and made our order of one sandwich, there was only one person in front of us and there hadn't been anyone in front of them at least not for about 5 minutes because we had been parked in the Walmart parking lot next to it and could see the drive-thru, we sat at the window for 10 minutes and watched the two women in there talkin and walking back and forth but neither one came to the window they didn't even look out the window they didn't acknowledge us at all! we finally got tired of waiting, I'm pregnant I wanted the sandwich but I got so frustrated that I started crying so we just left. it was absolutely ridiculous, I have never been so ignored by anybody in a Drive-Thru before!!!! and just to point out that it was 10 minutes and that I'm not exaggerating I'm going by what was on their screen of what their time was. They need new night management, this isn't the first time they have some this but it was the worst so far. read more

Fast food generally has a low opinion in anyone's mind; however, this place takes it to a new low. I was immediately impressed by the new technology of self service ordering, the game station, and mostly friendly personnel; however, the drink station and every other part of the facility I saw was filthy. Workers walked right by and did nothing. When I casually mentioned the drink station was a mess, the young man said, "yeah, I know," but did nothing. The bathroom was even worse. Cleanly is about the easiest thing you can do and they failed. read more

I have had problems with this McDonald's several times in the past but decided to give them one last try. I was the only one in the drive thru and they told me to wait a minute. Another car pulls up in the other lane and they immediately waited on him, then another one. I not only got skipped twice but kept saying hello and no one answered. I pulled up to the window and told them what happened and she barely apologized, took my order and I heard her mumble something to the cook. When I left with my food and took it home, I found a long hair between the cheese and burger, not inside the burger. It seemed like it was put there on purpose because I complained a little. I did not come across as mean or anything, when I explained what happened in the drive thru, just assertive. I will never again go to this nor any other McDonald's. I've had it with their substandard food, horrible service and being treated like crap. Prices keep going up and quality keeps going down at every McDonald's. Just pathetic and sad. I've heard people sue for less than this, though I'm not one of those kind of people, McDonald's deserves it. read more
