Meaning that there is always EXTRA charges that I had a hard time placing; so i adressed it Today with my server and she basically told me I was wrong that there wasn't a second side to my order so they charged me. Both the online menu and in person menu told me that I get 2 sides! I am so sad because this is the 3rd or 4 th time I was charged 3-4.99$ more Than those menu say. And this was the FIRST time I said something. I guess I will have to stick with one side and water next time and make SURE they will NOT BE EXTRA charge me more. CLEARER PRICING or a friendlier and clearer way to explain it would be a game changer and would make me feel more welcome.
