Asked a question about size of double burger response was no idea. My food was cold and my bun was hard and this was at 1:00 pm.

This place is horrible service. I been waiting 29 min in the same spot just for One frappe just to tell me when I get to them that they are out of Carmel. 30 minutes in total wasted read more

McDonalds - Fast Food Near Me - Hammond, Indiana

Worst customer service ever.. The drive thru was a horrible experience...all I ordered was a fish sandwich. Sorry the staff was under staffed, but that should not have an effect on great customer service. Maybe I am wrong, but please get those girls some help to make it a better experience for someone else. I will get my food from some other McDonald's. read more

Took 20 minutes for an order that was less than five dollars, tell me the frappe machine was down and made a frappe literally in front of my face worker literally is out of uniform at the cashier register wearing a jersey taking my order Dude has AirPods and doesn't even wanna listen to what I'm trying to say unacceptable read more

I was at the drive-thru and there is a sign advertising the new Spicy McChicken meal just before you pull up to the speaker. I ordered it. The line in front me of me was very long and it took forever to get up to the window to pay and then it took forever to get my order which I took home less than two miles away and when I got home I discovered my sandwich was plain with only three pickles on it... NO SPICY SAUCE, NO TOMATO, NO LETTUCE!!! I hate going to the McDonalds at 7420 Kennedy Avenue in Hammond, IN because they are so slow and love to stand around and talk with each other or I have even seen them on their phones while I am waiting for my order! I use to work there when they first opened, so I know exactly how long it takes to make the food!! And they are way over the time it takes to make the food ALWAYS!! read more

We always go to McDonald's haven't had to many problems with this McDonald's till today! We were in the outside lane mind you most of you know they have two lanes! But today 6 cars went before anyone even thought to take the order in the lane we were in! Come on McDonald's do better! All we wanted was some coffee didn't have time to just sit and wait we had people who had to be to work! read more

Very slow with delivery at noon and at night especially with curbside pick up. Took 30 MINUTES!!! Most definitely not fast food!

Well, Otis Hass to do order everything yourself pay for it yourself and they get $15 an hour just for what she told us they are eliminating the counter read more

We were there August 8, I understand being understaffed can be frustrating but yelling at customers as soon as they pull up to the speaker is just unnecessary and unprofessional. Then explaining that you're not making anymore of a certain item due to being understaffed, also uncalled for, just say you're out of it The gentleman working the window and passing out food was very nice and courteous. The tall lady working the mic needs an attitude adjustment though. read more

Takes forever to get food. After driving 12 hours I would say this is by far the most frustrating and annoying experience I've had today. If you're driving through and planning on stopping, I would recommend skipping to another town or trying a different location. read more

The service at night is so horrible it's laughable. That's coming from a very patient person.. Old, nasty cold food and you have to wait over 10 minutes every time and you're lucky if it's correct. Which I don't get because early lunch it's always made so fresh. I live less than 5 minutes away and unfortunately I'll have to drive anywhere else but here because it's just THAT bad. read more

Evening crew is absolutely horrible. The store is a nightmare! The store is filthy, trash cans are overflowing, and you'll be lucky to find a clean table. The drink area has garbage all over the place. Not to mention the customer service is horrible! Total 180 from the fabulous afternoon shift. read more

Giving one star because you have to give some sort of star. Order food in drive thru, order was wrong & when tried to get food corrected, the staff started to scream & using profanity. When they gave me to "fixed" cheese burger they basically threw it at me & told me to get the f**k out of here. Post script....it was still wrong! read more

I have never been to this McDonalds and ever got my order right, context I'm a college student at PNW and have been to this McDonalds countless of times and they have never gotten my order right. Maybe it's because the staff is useless or maybe because they just don't care. On the other hand I wouldn't even come here because of the crackheads to stand outside and beg you for Money in the drive through. If you want a good experience or even just food I would avoid this place as a whole because it's a shit whole. read more

Went through the drive through in the middle of the COVID lockdown and was handed the wrong order twice. I handed the food back to them hoping they were not going to hand it out as you never know who has the Virus and the food should be made fresh since it was in my car and I touched the food. Sure enough they handed the food out but I was not able to catch the people because I was waiting for my correct order. I am personally not sick, but I just want to make people aware because they might be doing this with other people's orders. They finally hand me my order on the third attempt after having to have several workers look at my receipt which was for only one meal. The worker now has an attitude and says they have the right order now. I pull out of the drive through and open the bag and they are missing the large fry. I drive back through the drive through because the inside is closed and they are upset with me like I forgot their fry. One worker ask why I am back and I explain it and they just hand me a fry and say here you go without any acknowledgment of what happened. Spent 15 minutes getting completely wrong orders and then they mess up a third time. No refund offered or anything. read more

I don't think you can close your restaurant to patrons who need to enter for ADA reasons or use the restroom. No signage says your closed, drive thru only, because of covid. Idk what local law excuses you from turning away patrons who need access this public facility. read more

It took almost ten minutes to get a small fry and a smoothie, I believe the manager handed it to me, and it wasn't filled all the way. Why should I pay for a medium when I get the same ounce as a small? The manager knew i looked displeased and just rushed me off. read more

McDonalds - a hand holding a plastic cup with a drink in it - Fast Food Near Me - Hammond, Indiana

I mean this is McDonald's and I shouldn't expect for them to get my order correct. But dang! They forgot one of our drinks and our fries were barely filled up. The staff didn't seem to happy to be at work. read more

Left out a medium fry and the burger was smashed! It's always something with Hammond McDonalds.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been at closed this place down I literally downloaded yelp just to give them a bad review how much I hate it but it's the closest thing to get food for lunch read more

This mcdonald's f******* sucks. i'm black so if you are too you'll know what i'm talking about, but their attitudes are actually fucking disgusting. If you have an online order get ready to be cut the fuck off and not be able to order or add anything else. The fries are always cold i literally have not gone one visit without having to heat them bitches up. I go here a lot I live right by it but um don't go here! read more

Perfectly satisfactory McDonald's. My 2 burgers were out after waiting about 2 minutes.

We did a door dash. Receipt is correct. He dropped it off to us and our order is wrong order missing cheese burger Mcchicken and didnt even give us a straw. They said its a doordash problem but yet they are the ones who put wrong stuff in bag. Absolutely horrible. Going to suggest family and friends and other online sites not to go to this one. read more

This has to be the worst location in the nation. If after sitting in 10 min lines JUST to order in a drive thru didn't steer you clear, and you actually got stuck in the line, when you got to the window and saw 4 workers standing in a office chatting/on computers/cell phones you have to think it's a joke. Then you get the food and it's all over held, nasty garbage that I wouldn't even feed to my dog. Posted pictures and complained and it would appear mc donalds corporation will allow any franchisee to take their name, and represent their products although the standards are poorer than a goulash stand in Pakistan. Complaints never responded or the 1 time I did complain I got called 9 times by the manager acting irrational and trying to force me to call her back in voicemails, this was in 1 day folks. Very scary steer clear or you are just donating money away . Will end up going somewhere else to eat 10 mins later NO JOKE. When I asked one time why I waited 15 mins in a video I made on Youtube for a LARGE DRINK in a drive thru, the worker said "I make 6.50 a hr I dont get paid enough to work hard.." Enough said... U better be happy Highland is close and they serve exceptional food or I would say goodbye to ronald for life. read more

FOOD POISONING!! I visited this McDonald's on my 3 hour drive home from O'Hare Airport on 28-December-2018. There was half-eaten food on the tables, both toilets in the ladies' room were filled with urine and feces. The restaurant closed at 11pm and I heard (possibly) the manager tell a potential customer who asked to use the bathroom before they closed--that he "better hurry up, because ain't no one gonna be here in a few minutes." I thought to myself...."they're just going to lock up the restaurant as filthy as it is and not clean it? Have they not seen the condition of the ladies' room?" AND I GOT FOOD POISONING about 10 hours after eating there. I'll leave out the gory details, y'all know what I'm talking about though: both ends. I was confined to my bed for 2 days over New Years and missed celebrating with my friends. All because I wanted a cheap, fast meal on a long drive. Last but not least, both ketchup nozzles blew compressed air. No ketchup. At least the Barq's seemed to be mixed at the correct ratios...... I've worked in food service: It's not difficult to keep a restaurant clean and to serve food that doesn't make people ill--but the employees have to WANT and VALUE it. This McD's location needs some serious help. read more

I tried the new Mushroom Swiss Burger - not good. The burger and mushrooms were fine, but the Swiss cheese was hard and not melted. There was a horrifying sauce covering the entire burger- so much that it was impossible to even pick the burger up. I had to scrap all of the sauce off to even try to eat the burger. Ended up throwing the whole mess away. read more

Stopped for a breakfast combo meal in the drive thru. Only got the sandwich and drink, and usually get a straw in the bag for the drink. After driving away, no damn straw. Parked went in grabbed a hand full of straws, dropped all of on the floor, held onto the one I needed. I know, not very mature, but after waiting over 13 minutes in drive thru, which I never do because of fuck ups with orders, I was pissed. On my way to work and fast food drive thru is an oxymoron. read more

I really try my hardest not to leave bad reviews but I have to really have been push to my limit. My boyfriend drove to this McDonald's because the other ones in the area are pretty bad. Even though it's out the way we took a chance. He brings the food home (12 mins each way) my burger is completely burnt and my fries were "OKay". I immediately took my food back and exchanged it for the same order and I requested fresh. Before pulling off I check to make sure I had everything to only get home 12mins later to see they just warmed up another pre made burger. I called to let them know the issue and in the middle of me talking they hung up. I called back multiple times to only be ignored. I'm extremely upset but instead of driving back , I just chalk this one up as a loss. read more

By far the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to. I have visited this particular location twice this week. The first time I ordered a large fry and ask to make sure that it was fresh which we always do because they have had a problem giving customers cold old stale fries for some time now. When I got home my large fry wasn't even filled half way and it was stale and greasy! The second trip I asked for a large for, I came home to see that it was raw, undercooked and super oily! I spoke to the manager after the first occurrence and he was not only rude but super defensive when I was bringing the matter to his attention in a nice way. Please do not waste your time or money at this QSR establishment. There is obviously a lack of training in food or staffing. I would recommend this to no one not even my dog. I also have pictures of how they prepare their cheeseburgers and the pictures of my fries. read more

We placed an order at 7:03 pm. There were 4 or 5 cars in front of us. We didn't receive our food until 7:38 pm. A 35 minute wait for four meals! No explanation. When we got home, we realized we were missing two drinks, dipping sauce for nuggets, and napkins. The food was room temperature. I don't have high expectations when I eat at McDonald's, but I expect warm food and timely service. I was disappointed on both counts. The manager didn't even offer a refund. read more

WARNING! DO NOT order a sandwich at this one after 11p. They threw my chicken (and I'm not sure on that, my first bite it stretched and stretched) into the fryer, again after hours of setting out. We went last Friday 1/13/17. We didn't check it, simple order . .McDonald's. So, I haven't been to a McD's in years . .and not in a hurry to return to this one read more

Very clean inside and fairly updated. Right off the highway, so a quick stop. Service was friendly and order was correct. A solid choice.

First, I am not a McDonalds fan, however for McDonalds: This was the best service I have gotten at a McDonalds. The server (Leah) was friendly and courteous, the food was actually hot, and the order was correct. Kudos to the Manager. read more

This fricken mcdonalds is kinda dirty but not noticeably. The staff can sometimes get really familiar with customers. Last time, I was made fun of or hit on, I'm not really sure, I had to get back to work. But the staff aren't as bad as a couple years ago, meaning they don't have an attitude about taking orders, they're alright. Oh, and the ketchup is orange and really acidic. You haven't had ketchup until you had this stuff. read more
