If I ever need a reminder of why I stopped eating McDonald's, I'm glad McDonald's is there to remind me. Decided to get something cause of their 2 for $6 deal. I looked online to see what was in the offer and Filet o Fish was listed. I was actually looking forward to that. When I got there, I discovered it is not part of the sale, so I decided to go with quarter pounders, and I was not happy about it, but I didn't want a meatless salad so I didn't get a Big Mac, and I didn't want nuggets or the crispy chicken sandwich. I really wanted the Filet o Fish, and in hindsight I should've just paid the regular price. The burgers were overcooked and dry, and whoever put them together put all the toppings on top of the meat, then the cheese. Drove 15 minutes home, opened it up, and saw the cheese wasn't melted because of that. Luckily the whole thing was cold by the time I ate it, so it was even worse. Thankfully it was loaded with mustard. I hate mustard, so it's a good thing that's basically all I tasted. Once again, I didn't get what I wanted and what I did get was terrible. Then open the next window, hand out your food and shut it. No please no thank you no smile. Today was the same way except instead of handing me my food. This place is a tornado of bad service. You can order in person or drive thru even on the app and they still can't get their acct together. The people are wandering around like zombies and the manager is trying to heard chickens. Total disaster. read more

The only 2 good things I can say about this McDonalds is the kid who brought it out was nice and courteous. And my shake wasn't bad. Otherwise as you can see in the pictures I ordered extra cheese on my snack wrap...ummm someone inside must have looked and said "Nope...not today, You're getting it my way!! Because clearly I didn't even get a normal serving. On to the special customized burgers...only thing that should have been on 3 of them was meat, cheese and bun! Every last one of them had pickles So there I sat picking pickles off of sandwiches after all. Why bother to let us customize if it's not going to be followed as requested. I'm giving it two stars because my only good experience is in the early morning when teenagers aren't running it. After 3pm I won't bother going there. The teenagers who work there are rude, mess up my food every single time, and treat the costumers poorly. It's always a disgusting mess every time I come in. I go to this location, mainly due to proximity because it's on my way when I'm going back and forth to places. I usually use the Drive Thru which is often busy, but sometimes the line goes pretty fast. - 2 stars because they're good at screwing up your order. They often forget one or more parts of your order, or give you cheese on your McMuffin when you don't ask for it. Or they'll give you the totally wrong soda. And when they screw up your order (e.g. giving you cheese on your burger when you ask them for no cheese), they insist on taking the wrong burger and tossing it in the trash. What they really should be doing is letting the customer keep the wrong ordered product because they can always give it to somebody else who would eat it, than to add it to the dumpster. Also, their service is oftentimes slow and it's sometimes hard to get in and out of their location due to the busy street (Washington Blvd) they're on. read more

This location used to be pretty good however in the past 4 to 5 months the drive thru is the worst I have ever been to. I have had multiple bad experiences. They will wait on the customers out of order, the line is painfully slow. Orders are wrong and if the food is warm or hot count yourself lucky. You can witness the employees not paying attention to their job and getting people through the line. Tonight was a perfect example. We drive up to the drive thru and it was not busy. We drove to the menu and waited and watched the line just move away from us while we waited to get a order taken. Finally our order was taken and we waited some more, keep in mind there was no one behind us so the drive thru was not busy. We make it to the pay window and the guy takes our debit card and I notice that he has his cell phone in front of him at the register and with our debit card laying in front of him he is typing in some data into his phone. This made me very uncomfortable and why was he doing anything other than processing the payment? The car in front of us had ordered only a couple of simple things which made us wonder some more, why is it taking so long? The guy at the pick up window must have knew them and they exchange pleasantries and a half handshake and out the window embrace. We make it to the pick up window and the guy at the window hands me my drink and says thank you as if it was all we ordered. I informed him we ordered three sandwiches too.The lid on the drink was barely attached and as he hands it to me it comes off and spills pop down the inside and outside of my car and down in the window and all over my pants. I told the pick up window employee to tell the guy at the payment window to lose the phone and that it made me uncomfortable the way he was entering things into his phone with my debit card in front of him. We get our order and the food was barely warm and the bread was stiff. This location is located on the way to and from our house in most cases or we would never be seen there again. Food is usually fine, but, the wait on a Saturday morning in the drive thru is always 15-20+ minutes as the cars are backed up to NW Washington. Always a good idea to go inside and order on Saturdays. I wonder why they don't park the cars and run out the food so they can serve other customers to make the drive thru times shorter? read more

I was in this McDonalds on Washington Blvd in Hamilton Ohio at 330pm on 2-18-18. I came through he drive thru ordered 2 fish sandwiches with cheese only, 1 cheeseburger, and 1 lg half cut sweet tea. Received my order drove to the end of the lot looked into my bag, fish sandwiches with everything on it. I came into the store asked for the manager. The team member went over to the manager the manager turned around from the fries gave me a disgusted look and then turn back to the fries. The manager took her sweet time to come over to me. When she approached me she stated " What" I stated I ordered fish sandwich only cheese. she took the bag out of my hand looked into the bag took the cheeseburger out and through the rest in the trash yelled to the back she needed 2 fish only cheese. She then gave my a bag stated "here ya go" I asked for her name she stated her name was Samone (not sure of the spelling) I opened the bag took the fish out, no cheese. I stated excuse me only cheese I ordered. The manager gave me a nasty look turned around and walked to the back of the store. A minute later 5 more employees came to the front from the back staring at me. They stood there and just stared at me. I looked to the back of the store and I see 3 more employees looking over to see me, all of them were mouthing something. I never seen the manager again. Another team member gave me a bag I checked the food again and finally I had 2 cold fish sandwiches with a piece of cheese. I have never been to a fast food place where the was so much disrespect for the PAYING customer. A bunch of teens standing around with nasty attitudes and no manager worth their pay. I work right around, word of mouth spreads very quickly. By the time I reached my car I told 10 people how horrible my experience was. When I came back to work many more people were told. Many of our employees did go to this location multiple times a day. No more. I never once was apologized to, anything. The employees acted as if I was inconveniencing them. read more
