Food (breakfast) was good, but the floor was so greasy, even in the restrooms, a bad fall for someone is imminent. I have owned restaurants, and from experience, I know that the same mop ls being used on the kitchen floor and throughout the entire restaurant. My suggestion is to purchase at least one, and preferably two more mops; use one exclusively in the kitchen (where the grease originates), one exclusively for the eating area, and one exclusively for the restrooms. Cleaning the entire floor first with a good degreaser would be my initial priority. It will be much less expensive to change over to the three-mop system than it would to be involved in a slip snd fall lawsuit! If you are looking for the usual McDonald's fare you may be disappointed. We stopped for breakfast. The biscuits are overcooked and crunchy. Orange juice is watered down so bad it doesn't come close to "juice". You might as well drink water. Same for their tea. And if you want attitude with that order, you're in luck. This restaurant is run by individuals who display plenty of jealousy, perfectionism, poor stress management, and insecurities. The command shows the repeated, health-harming mistreatment of one or more persons (the targets) by one or more perpetrators. The abusive behavior towards the employees manifests as threats, humiliation, intimidation, and interference that prevent them from getting work done. When these employees complain about the way they're being treated, they experience gaslighting. Gaslighting is when the manager says you're overreacting or you're the one with the problem. While there could be some truth to that, given the way the world is set up today with COVID-19 as the new norm, there's a high probability that it's not. Employees at this McDonald's have the right to a safe work environment. Dealing with a workplace bully is one thing, but when you're dealing with a bully who has the power to fire you, you might need to call in backup, and here I am. My parental advice was to talk with someone in HR, another manager, or the boss' boss about the situation. The outcome was not what I expected. My child was told that complaints reported about management were frowned upon and subject to termination. So I am a parent, publicly exposing the management staff and their hostile work environment. My child, your child, no child should be singled out because of their race, gender, ability, or sexuality. read more

McDonalds needs to serve their fries and burgers hot .If there is one thing I dislike it is cold food.

For a convenience drive through, this McDonalds is pretty good. Cleaner than Burger King. People are friendly.

First of all. I'm not a huge McDonalds fan to begin with but I am trying to write my review based on this particular location rather than McD's in general. This particular restaurant seems to be rather hit and miss when it comes to cleanliness. Sometimes its pretty good and sometimes it looks like its been hit by a category 5 hurricane. I guess it all depends on who is working and managing the shift. Second of all, It feels more like a children's playhouse than anything else which makes for a less pleasant dining experience. Lots of people and kids of all ages just like to hang out here for long periods of time for some reason and it can be rather loud and annoying. Not to mention the inside is pretty small and seating capacity is pretty limited making for a pretty crowded dining area. This in addition to McDonalds stripped down menu and skimpy meals has pretty much turned me against eating there very often if ever. I had much rather go across the parking lot to BK or across town to Hardee's if I'm wanting fast food. Both have better selections and better food. Update 10/14/2015: They just reopened after a complete remodel so I decided to stop in and see if anything had changed but unfortunately It hadn't other then a new look and a little more seating than before. The restaurant was filthy and trash was strewn everywhere as usual. The floors were so filthy and sticky it was like walking on half dried glue. Look, I'm not trying to be critical or negative. I'm just being truthful about my experience here. Management needs to step it up a few notches and keep the place presentable. Sad. Update 6/14/2016: This place just continues to go downhill. I have reversed my rating to just one star. Stopped in a few days ago for a butter chicken sandwich and the chicken was so hard and rubbery it was very difficult to eat. I feel like it was old leftovers that they had put back in the fryer to heat up. If it wasn't for my other half wanting to go to McD's I would never go there.
