McDonald's isn't a place I frequent often due to it being "unhealthy" food but sometimes I need a snack or an ice cream cone which is the best! I've never had any issues here & usually use the drive thru & also will order ahead on the McDonald's app to earn points for goodies for later. You should down load it. You can also pay for your order on it & either do drive thru, run inside or have them bring your order out to your car with it. I was recently here because I was thirsty & hadn't had one of their sweet teas in ages. The tea wasn't as sweet/good as I last remember it but their soft serve ice cream cone is still the best! Sauce Apocalypse - My Shirt Deserves Compensation; First bite into the Double Cheeseburger and it was like the ketchup had been plotting revenge all day. My husband and I went to this McDonald's this afternoon around 4:30. Ordering at the drive-thru was very slow. Come to find out that there was only one person working the drive-thru and the front. Only one! The poor guy was overwhelmed and dealing with complaints about how long things were taking. He deserves a medal! It was ridiculous that there was only one person taking and filling orders. I'm assuming that there was another person manning the grill. If it had been me, I would have closed the drive-thru. I don't think anyone should expect some super extravagant food with a McDonald's. It's just like any other with delicious food. We went through the drive through and they had us wait in a parking place because the fries weren't ready yet. No biggie, we're not in a hurry. Then this absolute walking legend comes out with our food. He recites everything that we ordered to make sure he got it right, and he even had a yellow bag with all kinds of sauces, salt and straws ready to provide if needed. Ordered a Quarter pounder and Chocolate shake with othing on it (no whipped cream). The clerk specifically asked if I meant no cream. When I pulled up to the window, the clerk in my plain view, took off the cover, scraped off some of the cream, and then proceeded to try and stir the rest into the shake. Will never be eating at this location again. Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder and it was rare. I understand there is suppose to be a hint of pink indicating "fresh beef", but this was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Not to mention other items were missing from our order. read more

This is without question the worst McDonald's in all of New England, it's laughable that they have hooded sweatshirts that say Greenland's finest they wear when they're working there because if they're the finest the rest of the food must be roadkill everywhere else. The rudest staff works here, especially the fat manager or manager in charge girl that works there, she was yelling and carrying on when I pulled up to the window because I didn't have my money for her right away, she also games the system and every time you order food she'll make you park your car even if nobody else in line so then it looks like their timer is faster than it is so that she can make some extra pay or whoever the manager is that runs this incompetent location . It's rarely ever enjoyable going here they mess up the order all the time and make you park all the time in their rude all of the time. Listen I get it you're working during covid do you want to reward You are getting a reward you're getting paid just cuz you show up doesn't mean you deserve to be paid. Right off the highway but tucked back into a tree lined shady spot. Had my lunch under a huge tree out back in the shade and went online. Customer service was quick and friendly. The food was hot and good. I got the 2 cheeseburger meal, w fries and a drink for 6 something. I did want a sausage biscuit but they don't have biscuits after breakfast. The lady at the drive thru told me they will be offering full breakfasts all day starting in Sept 2016. Yay! I love their biscuits! The guy at the pickup window was friendly. He told me he loved my dog :). So do I. :). This is a nice clean and friendly stop when you're in the mood for McDonalds! read more

As a paying customer tonight I was annoyed when I saw a guy at the counter getting a coffee and the girls at the counter told him to put his wallet away. They said he "paid sometimes" so it was OK...I guess because he was friends with them or something. I work hard for my money that I chose to spend there before this incident and I was pissed off beyond belief seeing this. Yeah I just went through drive through at this McDonald. Usually this is the better one. Well it was!!! Are people just stupid or something. I went here 9/2/2019 at 11:01 a.m. I asked them for a large ice coffee regular 5 cream 5 liquid sugar and extra ice. Guess what it felt like I was drinking black coffee. I see the cream. I took a sip and I tasted was just the cream. Not one single liquid sugar. Can't these shitheads know how to read. I can understand the non English ones that work in the drive through but this was a white girl. And she could be a assistant manager. I'm in the service industry myself, so to post something on yelp is making me cringe. But I've never... never gotten an order even remotely correct here. I ask for very simple modifications, like no pickles, and sweet and sour or honey mustard on the side. I've never left the drive thru with an order made close to how i asked or how the TICKET actually said to make to order. I left with a rare quarter pounder today... As in there was literally more red in this burger than not. Any other burger place, I'm fine, but a McDonald's burger in my experience, and preference, should never have color in it, or atleast should be minimal. That's disgusting. So i spent $22 on an order, to yet again be completely wrong to the simplest of standards, and an $8-$9 burger that's legitimately not edible. I have stopped 3 times at this location on my way to or from lowe's and ordered a medium sugar free ice coffee on two occasions bought two of them , every time the coffee taste like blue berry or pomegranite tossing it in the rubbish. maybe someone can straighten this issue out read more
