So I did. They asked my name and told me just to give them my name the next time I came thru the drivethru and the coffee would be free. ($4.45) So today it is two weeks later. I go through the drive thru, I tell them my name, and this person who claimed she was the manager (Katie) asks me when was this? I replied that it was two weeks ago. She tells me that they have a new policy now that says I have to come through the drive through within 7 days, adding that she is the store manager and is in the process of making the policy 48 hours. I ordered my coffee, got the receipt and her name so I could complain again. I told her that I live rurally and do not drive to her location every 48 hours or every 7 days or every two weeks, Adding that when I called two weeks ago, no one told me I had to come in within seven days. Katie is rude, unprofessional, unkind and she truly embarrassed me. I called corporate to complain and they told me that if I had paid with a Starbucks card on the Starbucks app, then they could reimburse me. Honestly it's not even about the $4.45 anymore. I was wronged and treated poorly at this Starbucks and will never go back. If you go back, I recommend you avoid the "store manager", Katie. So disappointing. SMH
