This place is so horrible! I am here right now I was at the drive thru for like 3 minutes and NO ONE EVEN greeted me... I kept saying hello into the speaker and I was just IGNORED. I understand maybe they might be busy but when I drove around the corner the girl was hanging out of the window talking to someone who seemed to be a friend! So when I get to the window I asked; is the drive thru broken? And she tells me sometimes it doesn't work.....and so she had to take my order at the window, and get this while she was taking my order she was taking another cars order, but when I was there it was broken..! This isn't even the first time they have done this pretty much every time I go I have to say hello into the speaker, it's just this was the first time it took this long! I'm never going back to this one and everyone else should just take my word for it and go to Burger King! read more

This is the absolute worst! They have prices incorrect, their staff is unhelpful and rude, the night manager, rojelio, was a complete joke. He is unable to change prices, and obviously isn't part of management. I would avoid doing business with them, and drive a little further to a McDonald's with their ish together! Honestly this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I have been here at least seven times and they advertise having breakfast at 12am at least just eggcmuffins and other simple items and EVERY time I come here they say that breakfast won't be ready for another 20 or 30 minutes. Don't advertise having breakfast at that time if it is NEVER available at that time. It is so frustrating and it has been happening over and over again. Their lobby isn't 24 hrs as all of the signs on their building indicate. The ice cream is literally always broken and their customer service is extremely awful. read more

I have kept a mental record: over the past 6 months I have ordered a chocolate shake and, without fail, they tell me their "shake machine is down." Then, I ask for a fudge sundae...they tell me the ice cream machine is down. Recently, I asked to speak with the manager on duty. When I asked about why no shakes or ice cream for the past 6 months he replied, "I don't know what to tell you, the machines are down". Add to that slow service, cold food and a dining room that has flies and I can safely say, no more hard earned money from me. (I also sent a letter to their corporate customer comment department - no response.) Please note: this only applies to the McDonald's on 8th Avenue. The one located on West 10th Street is much, much better. read more

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. They put pickles and onions on my quarter pounder every time I ask for it without, and their machines are always broken whenever I try to order a chocolate shake. The establishment is such a joke honestly. The fries are always cold too. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever attended. They took 45 minutes to serve us ice cream cones. The people at the front desk were extremely creepy and the boy who served me wouldn't stop flirting with me! Once we got the ice cream cones they weren't even completely filled and the cones were extremely broken! It basically fell apart in my hand. So I would suggest to stay away from this McDonald's. read more

Do not patronize this McDonalds EVER! They are not only INCOMPETENT, but extremely RUDE! We went through the drive through, they directed us to wait in parking lot, which we did, and they NEVER brought the food. We had to go back through the drive through. So I'd been craving mcdonalds ice cream and I went through the drive thru 3 times and their ice cream machine was conveniently broken. The next time I went inside an employee who was eating at a table told me their ice cream machine was broken but she conveniently had a fresh strawberry milkshake. The ice cream machine must of conveniently broke down the second I asked for some. I decided to go to the Wendy's across the street and they had ice cream...FIN-ALLY!! I'm never going back there. Every time I go to this place they always get my order wrong. There's always something missing or I'm given the wrong size or item. I always tell myself I'll give them another chance and every single time I get disappointed more and more. Usually I come here when it's super late at night when I come back home from work or so. At that time I just want something quick and easy to get and that I can just go through the drive thru for. But every single time I end up getting out of my car and going back in. You've lost my business. I'm going the extra mile to the McDonald's located on the other side of me just for a correct order the first time for once. read more

DONT EVER GO TO THIS MC DONALDS. I don't even want to give it one star. They will never get your order right and when you talk to the managers they will be rude and tell you that they made no mistake. Then get your new order wrong again. I've never met employees with such attitude. Let alone managers that treat you worse than the cashiers. The food is normally cold and their machines are always broken. And god forbid you go late at night when it's not even open though it's 24 hours because all of the employees are busy smoking in the freezer. Go to 10th st. This McDonald's needs to be shut down. This is the worst McDonald's in greeley! The employee's are beyond rude and the service is terrible! My fries were so soggy amd cold I couldn't even bring myself to eat them. I ordered 40 chicken nuggets and got 2 sauce cups, when I asked for more the employee was very rude and stated I needed to pay for them. I ordered 40 nuggets, you gave me 2 sauce cups.... Why the hell should I have to pay for sauce when I just spent money on nuggets?? I can't believe this place is still up & running with all these terrible experiences and reviews. Literally the absolute Mc Donalds. If it wasn't for the close proximity to UNC i'd give it an impossible 0 stars. It took 20 minutes to get a sausage mcgriddle and they messed it up, but at that point i didn't care enough for them to correct it. It could be the terrible staff or the off putting looks they give you, but overall worst ever. read more

So this McDonald's has to be the worst McDonald's in the U.S. They take forever just to let u order ur food then you get to the pay window and they just stare at u while they take 5 more orders then when their ready to take ur money their in the biggest hurry ever and when u get to the pickup window half the time they give u the wrong order and their very rude and try to shove ur bag of food in ur face and ur drinks and send u off like ur going to war I absolutely HATE this McDonalds their rude and disrespectful for me and my family we will NEVER eat their again.. Being a Mcdonalds I don't expect a 5 star dining experience however this particular location has got to be the worst Mcdonalds I have ever eaten at. The whole thing began the first time I tried eating there around 9 months ago. I'm a late night person and most of my life revolves around late night hours most of the time. Mcdonalds usually being an open late kind of place I decided to go through the drive through around 1 am. I went to the speaker and ordered a quarter pounder meal with a drink. I was the only person in line and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes at the window before my food was delivered. No body told me it would take a while, no apologies, nothing. I proceeded to eat my food only to discover it was old and cold. Around 3 weeks later I was getting off work and hadn't had time to go grocery shopping and ended up being in the same debacle. I decided to give it another go only to go through the same ordeal. A couple months later I decided to give this location one more try as I had friends in town, it was during the day, and we didn't want to drive to the other side of town. The place was busy but it wasn't packed. We ended up waiting forever just like I had before. When we finally did get our food we found out the order was messed up. When my friend went to get it fixed the lady at the counter was completely rude about it. Once we did finally get the food it was the exact same as before. So unless you like extremely long wait times (especially for fast food), ruder service, and old and cold food I would suggest going to the Mcdonalds on 23rd Ave or 10th Street as this one is definitely one to pass up. read more
