But when I went to order I forgot to add something to my order, so then I tried telling the worker I had to almost yell because he "couldn't hear me." After I added it at the checkout. They forgot to add a 2 whole meal's and I showed them the receipt and they only added 1 sandwich even tho they had a good look at the receipt and order on the tv for a good 3 minutes. And don't get me started with the tables they always smell bad and most of the time they do nothing about it. We ordered through the app and picked up through the drive through, so we had very minimal interactions with the employees, so I have no comment to make on the service or ambiance. I was surprised, however, to notice that the burgers seemed particularly nicely put together and well dressed with condiments and toppings, when I typically expect from a McDonald's a sloppily put together and generally sad looking burger. It took 40 minutes to get two happy meals at 11:00 a.m. I was asked 3 times what I ordered while I waited in the drive thru parking spot before they finally brought it out and the employee dropped the food and laughed. Didn't apologize for how long it took of for dropping the food on the ground at all. Just laughed. There was also a creepy man walking very close to the cars in the drive thru looking in all the windows and asking for money. I didn't think you could screw up McDonald's, but the management at this store has done so for YEARS. There needs to be a zero star rating for restaurants like this one. The hamburgers taste like rancid grease. Even their soft drinks are watered down and their McCafe drinks taste horrible. I didn't think this was possible. Absolutely terrible service and quality of food and the store. Do NOT place a mobile order. They can't acknowledge it. I sat and placed a Table Order on the app, and input my table number (what the table says, Table 111). After 30 minutes, I stand in front of registers. I finally was acknowledge 15 minutes after that, and was told "we don't use the table numbers that are printed on the table" with 0 communication. They said they called my order out for table 111, but they did not. I finally was given my food with disrespect and melted and cold, "It's your fault. I called it out." I requested the manager, and the manager didn't seem to really care either. Stating it's my fault their app said to input the table number, with 0 communication they don't use the numbers anymore. We went here because we know they are 24 hours and we had been moving all day and had not eaten anything. We got there around 11:45pm and was told through the Drive Thur "we are not accepting orders at this time". If you are a 24 hour restaurant AND IS ADVERTISED AS SUCH there should be no reason for the store to close or not accept orders. I have never seen another food service shut down for no reason and stop taking orders. Between that and the constant inconsistency in their food I do my best to avoid this location and I'd highly recommend you do the same. read more

I don't go to McDonald's for a gourmet meal, but this last visit will be my last, at least at this location (8th Ave. Greeley, CO.) The cheeseburgers were disgusting: thin, dried-out, vile tasting. The buns were hard on one side. The fries were salted so much I couldn't eat them. The kid next to him called his coworker a "retard". Then vaguely asked if I wanted to wait. For what? My pies. 12 minutes? No. No alternative offered. So we moved on and ate at home. Service here is absolutely horrible. There has been more than one instance where I've received completely unacceptable customer service: 1. Asked cashier if there was an extra charge to substitute a certain drink, and she said "no." I was charged anyway 2. Once waited in the drive thru and never got a response during open hours. If you are looking for consistent McDonalds quality, I would not recommend eating here. This McDonald's screws up again. I placed an order on the self serve automated and paid with my credit card. I got a confirmation but the machine never gives you a paper receipt. After waiting for 10 minutes, I went to the counter to ask about my order. They told me they didn't have it. Then they started checking back on older orders and it must have went to someone else. Maybe someone at the drive through got it. I don't know. Finally they brought my order to the table minus the coffee I had ordered. This has to be the worst McDonalds Greeley has. I went through the drive through, ordered a fried chicken bacon ranch sandwich, got home and the sandwich was burnt beyond belief!! There was no way I could begin to eat this. The bun was over toasted, and the chicken was not edible. A few weeks later, I was back again, thought I would give it another chance, which was a big mistake on my part. I got home only to find out I was missing half of my order! My husband went back to get the food. The employees that were inside working were too busy flirting with boys at the counter to help the customers. It took forever it seems to get service. I live down the street so already this McDonald's is my go to, but the last 3 months has been pitiful. Fire everyone. Manager included. This place needs a restock of friendly, clean, staff. Like physically and mentally. Drug free. Considerate staff. Who actually provide what you order. (Or so I hear) So I order a smoothie because that was my second choice. This location is always a mixed bag. There have been times when their fries are increeeedible. Hot, crispy, buttery, salty... they're the best. But then I've had some old ones too that just bummed me out. I don't eat junk food a lot so, when I do, I want my "cheat day" to feel worth it. When they're on point, they're on point. But that's about 60-70% of the time. If they were on point all the time, it would be a good location! Their staff isn't always the friendliest but it's fast food, I just care about what I'm munchin' on, not if I'm talking with someone a little grumpy. Everyone has their bad days, I just don't want bad fries. I still will risk it, I just wish they were more consistent. read more
