Kiosks are broken and the employees don't understand the point redemption process and are unable to order the correct items

ice cream machine "broken" at 8pm today, after not being broken at 9pm yesterday. it's the only reason we went. McDonald's needs to be investigated lol read more

So I have a lot to unpack. First, I'm in college right and I get out of class early occasionally and sometimes I feel funky for McDonald's breakfast. I place my order online to save the time and why is it that when I show up at 10:31 they can't serve me breakfast? They say I'm too late, a minute too late, when I placed my order 15 minutes ago, so my food should be ready, but those greedy workers are probably in the back already eating my food. Like give me my food, the reason I'm late is because I had to drive into town, then wait in this long line, so the blame is on you not me. So not McDonald's more like Mcdicks, do better. read more

Don't let the good reviews fool you. I was a manager there for 3 years and employees get free meals for filling out the survey with 5 stars as well as saying good things about the store. Beef, poultry, and fish are kept WAY longer than they should be by resetting the timers. Management at every level doesn't give 2 s about anything. Especially the ice cream machine that's only cleaned when there's delectable mold. Also, good luck getting any polite help if you let them know the food is old. DONT ORDER THE 1/4 LB BURGER unless you want good poisoning. They get a heads up before the food inspector shows up. Felt like people have the right to know. read more

This location gets pretty busy. It's located along the main drive, a lot of traffic and a lot of cat calling as you walk in. I got a McDouble cheeseburger and a frozen strawberry lemonade for $3.43 (the lemonade being the most expensive thing). Pretty reasonable and I would say the wait was about average read more

Mobile order took almost 30 minutes for a couple of Big Macs with a fry and drink. While I was waiting I got to watch the crew that's supposed to be making food just standing back there eating. Only about 5% of the crew wearing a mask correctly. The rest either have it as chin diapers or nothing. When I finally got my food, I just grabbed it and left. By the time I got to my truck the drink was leaking everywhere. When I looked at the cup I found that one side of it had been melted. I've been to this one before, and it's always one of the worst McDonald's around. read more

Horrible service! I received the wrong food, and the drive through cashier that I talked to told me I would have to reorder and repay! I could also hear her talking shit in the background while still on the phone with me! So rude! read more

Ate breakfast two times over the week. It's McDonald's what can I say. Food is the same.I will say. of the several fast food places in Great Bend it was by the only one were fast really applied. Everything else just OK to "they should go out of business" slow. Is it a small town thing or just a Great Bend thing? read more

No matter the time of day Mcdonald's is always a great place to go, and is affordable for broke college students. The service for the most part is quick, and the food is, although not the healthiest, is good. Today I ordered two mchickens and a large fry for only $4 which is perfectly priced for most college students like myself. read more

If I could give a zero star review I would but I don't have that option, this is by far the worst "fast" food place in town. If your looking for a quick meal maybe go to Wendy's read more

Service HORRIBLE!!!! Ass manager Yolanda., was just plain rude! Just stop by because my daughter want it a happy meal didn't got anything for me!! No w that service!! read more

I ate at the McDonald's Friday after a high school football game. There was already two other schools ordering before our bus full of kids showed up. We were all expecting a long wait. To my surprise, the wait was short. I was pleasantly pleased with how my food came out. The burger was composed well, not just slopped together. I never heard the employees get after each other. They stayed calm and worked very well together to get orders in and out. Overall, very pleased with the experience. read more

This is probably the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. Poor service and poor food. Go to Braums if you're in GB.

It's a McDonald's. Nothing new here. However, it does have good service and the food is usually fresh. The inside and the grounds always look nice. I can't complain. read more

Last few times that I have come to McDonalds for a Hot Mocha, they have said "we are cleaning the machine". Tonight at 8:49, they said after they took my order for a Hot Mocha, and Iced Coffee, that the machine is having problems. I guess I just have bad timing but I doubt it...we are on our way to Sonic! read more

Not the greatest McDonald's, but it's a victim of slow workers more than poor management as an outside observer. Lives up to its promise of cheap food. Speed could be better, but it is one of the best fast food places in Great Bend. read more

My husband and I stopped there for breakfast. We placed our order that consisted of 2 breakfast meals to come with milk, and a coffee with sugar, and I added on a sausage biscuit. She asked if we wanted it to be a meal and we told her no that it was for our dog. While waiting for her food, something didn't feel right. I looked at the receipt and noticed that my meal was not on the order. I had to reorder my breakfast meal with milk. The cashier (who needs to stand up straight and speak clearly) asked if I wanted sugar in my coffee. I looked at her and in a loud voice told her that I ordered milk. What irked is me that the manager didn't even ask what happened. What kind of customer service is that. Oh and they didn't put the sugar in the coffee. I know one place that we will never stop at ever again. read more
