So I have a lot to unpack. First, I'm in college right and I get out of class early occasionally and sometimes I feel funky for McDonald's breakfast. I place my order online to save the time and why is it that when I show up at 10:31 they can't serve me breakfast? They say I'm too late, a minute too late, when I placed my order 15 minutes ago, so my food should be ready, but those greedy workers are probably in the back already eating my food. Like give me my food, the reason I'm late is because I had to drive into town, then wait in this long line, so the blame is on you not me. So not McDonald's more like Mcdicks, do better. read more

Don't let the good reviews fool you. I was a manager there for 3 years and employees get free meals for filling out the survey with 5 stars as well as saying good things about the store. Beef, poultry, and fish are kept WAY longer than they should be by resetting the timers. Management at every level doesn't give 2 s about anything. Especially the ice cream machine that's only cleaned when there's delectable mold. Also, good luck getting any polite help if you let them know the food is old. DONT ORDER THE 1/4 LB BURGER unless you want good poisoning. They get a heads up before the food inspector shows up. Felt like people have the right to know. read more

Mobile order took almost 30 minutes for a couple of Big Macs with a fry and drink. While I was waiting I got to watch the crew that's supposed to be making food just standing back there eating. Only about 5% of the crew wearing a mask correctly. The rest either have it as chin diapers or nothing. When I finally got my food, I just grabbed it and left. By the time I got to my truck the drink was leaking everywhere. When I looked at the cup I found that one side of it had been melted. No matter the time of day Mcdonald's is always a great place to go, and is affordable for broke college students. The service for the most part is quick, and the food is, although not the healthiest, is good. I ate at the McDonald's Friday after a high school football game. There was already two other schools ordering before our bus full of kids showed up. We were all expecting a long wait. To my surprise, the wait was short. I was pleasantly pleased with how my food came out. The burger was composed well, not just slopped together. I never heard the employees get after each other. Last few times that I have come to McDonalds for a Hot Mocha, they have said "we are cleaning the machine". Tonight at 8:49, they said after they took my order for a Hot Mocha, and Iced Coffee, that the machine is having problems. My husband and I stopped there for breakfast. We placed our order that consisted of 2 breakfast meals to come with milk, and a coffee with sugar, and I added on a sausage biscuit. She asked if we wanted it to be a meal and we told her no that it was for our dog. While waiting for her food, something didn't feel right. I looked at the receipt and noticed that my meal was not on the order. I had to reorder my breakfast meal with milk. The cashier (who needs to stand up straight and speak clearly) asked if I wanted sugar in my coffee. I looked at her and in a loud voice told her that I ordered milk. What irked is me that the manager didn't even ask what happened. What kind of customer service is that. Oh and they didn't put the sugar in the coffee.
