Food cooked to order. Fries hot and fresh. I've been here twice and both times meals were cooked to order and fresh.

I hate writing negatively but this is the 3rd time in a row this location has screwed up our orders. I understand small mistakes happen but some of these errors seem deliberate. We ask for extra onions, they put none (happened two separate times). We ask for 6pc nuggets, they give us cold 4 and 5 nuggets in the 6pc box (again, 2 separate times), all bottom buns on several burgers on one order, missing pickles, metallic tasting fries.... I know, minor errors. But errors that shouldn't have been made in the first place. This Grafton location has been our go-to for several years but the last maybe 5 months, it's gone to shit badly, which is unfortunate. read more

McDonald's, Grafton, Washington Street. Went there Aug 11, 2024, because we had been on the road for two hours and missed out exit. Worst experience ever. The place was filthy: tables, greasy floors and I used the women's bathroom which was dirty, too. My husband ordered two Egg McMuffin's to go. The staff was slow and lethargic. Wouldn't look us in the eye. When we got to the car and were on our way out, I saw that they'd given us two Sausage McMuffin's that were extremely greasy. We didn't eat the sausage because it was so unappetizing, yet still got a stomach ache. Stay away. This place is bad news. Usually, McDonald's are clean and the people are nice. I've ordered McDonald's before and have a usual order, so when it came out $1.50 less than normal, I asked if the order was right. The drive thru attendant looked like she didn't understand the concept, so I restarted the order, and she confirmed it without checking her screen. I payed, and got a single instead of a double and no drink. The attendant had me pull ahead where I waited around 10 minutes. They gave me the drink and a meat patty so I could fix it my damn self. If you screw up after I try to correct you, and your response is a subtle middle finger, you deserve one star. read more

Can't even give a rating. Took my three granddaughters through the drive through and when we got home three minutes later everything was already cold. The burgers are so small there is more bread than meat. The condiments are put on so sparsely you can't even taste them. The chicken nuggets had a lot of dry breading and not much chicken. The fries used to be the best, not now. The girls had vanilla shakes and a large fry for all of them. $26.00. I felt like a bad grandmother giving them such sub par food. When I first walked in, the blonde manager was swearing at her workers. she was saying they weren't working hard enough and they were taking too many breaks. 15 minutes later, she took a bathroom break for more than 20 minutes. this was very hypocritical by her especially since she's a manager. I love visiting McDonald's with my friends, but this experience really crushed us. We may not return. We're thinking of having culvers be our favorite hangout spot now. We're leaving McDonald's right now after this horrible experience and we're walking to culvers right now. I believe that this manager has lost you guys some money and some business from your three most used customers you guys have had in the past months. Every time we come we spend more than $40 here. One night, my friends, and I decided to go to McDonalds. One of my friends who is graduating this year said something inappropriate. Once the manager yelled at us, we apologized and left. Two days later, me and some other friends came back to McDonalds for a jolly old time and at first it was going good. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich and the bun was burned. I politely asked the manager if she could give me a new bun since the one she gave me was burned. She declined and I accepted defeat. Later, my iced caramel coffee didnt have enough caramel , after I paid for extra caramel. So I politely went up there to ask if I could get more, she then threaten to call the cops on me. I then asked what for and she said disrespecting her. I dont know how asking for caramel and for a new bun that they burnt is disrespectful in anyway shape or form. This McDonalds experience was definitely the worst one. Im at the Grafton Wisconsin location, 606 Falls Rd. Its a blonde white girl and I see her wear the same outfit every single day. read more

This is the WORST McDonalds Every time I come through for a simple order like 2 coffees, my order is messed up, just plain WRONG! On my most recent visit, I ended up paying for 3 burgers not my coffees, for the car in the dual lane. It took 20 minutes to intangle the mess, and NO KIND WORDS or apologies from the manager. It seems they put a brand new untrained crew member on a busy window. Warning! If you complain the manager will YELL AT YOU, the customer, as in " Don't give me attitude", are you kidding? So my fiancé and I were just here for a half hour in the drive thru. They got our order wrong not once, not twice, not even three times. We were handed incorrect items four times. We didn't receive the right soda even. There were no apologies, no sympathy. Just continued mistakes. We don't expect perfect but we do expect the items we paid for in a timely manner. In recent times, McDonald's has been undergoing something of a renaissance into trying to become some odd upscale Starbucks-a-like, and in doing so, as a parent, I've been disappointed to see a number of nice playlands disappear. McDonald's seems to have forgotten that they have the playland market cornered... so anyways, I've decided to review some and share some hints for other parents. The Grafton store is rather far away from us, and quite frankly we don't get there too often, but it is a fine facility with a large playland that is particularly well-suited to smaller children, which makes it an occasional destination. The parking lot is a bit odd, but the inside is fairly well-kept, except around rush times, when it tends to need more frequent maintenance, and doesn't get it (not unusual for McD). My main complaint is a lack of diaper-changing facilities in the men's room (not sure about the women's). The facility includes a prominent sign by the entry with the owner's name, which I take as a positive sign about management intentions. The playland includes a rather unusual layout that is a refreshing difference from some of the other cookie-cutter playlands in the area. I give it four stars "for a McDonald's." read more

The diet cokes are soooo good!! The service on this place is sometimes a little slower but whenever I go I seem to always get right through and out of there fast. The staff is also very friendly and nice in the drive thru! French fries are the best!! For the future anyone who is wondering, a soda and a medium fry is $3.37 and 2 sodas is $2.11 and one soda is $1.06! Very cheap and affordable read more

It's the middle of July and they said their shake machine is broken at lunch time. My hamburgers were room temperature and my French were spilled over and half of them we're all over the hamburgers. I've spent enough time working in fast food back in the day. I would bet real money that nobody bothered to check to see if the shake machine was running out. And thus they were waiting for it to mix and freeze because they had just filled it when they tried to get my shake it ran out. Considering what I saw going on and what I received in my bag that's the far more likely scenario. No leadership driving the team the tail is wagging the dog here. I frequent this place - if my kids didn't love their cheeseburgers so much, I would never return. As a rule, we visit once a week. Disorganized & slow service. Management yells and barks orders at the staff incredibly rudely. In front of customers. They are so loud, once you actually get your food, all diners can hear is them yelling. I feel for those kids that work there and seem to try so hard. They look terrified. Learn how to motivate your people. I may just learn that my kids like Subway or Culvers more. read more
