Quit having me pull up to the pick up spots when my food is coming out as I'm parking. Seems like an inefficient practice to have people running out the food rather than handing it out the window when the food is done in 30 seconds. Girl with the bad Botox lips running the window always has an attitude about it as well. read more

Stopped in on our way south and it was the worst mistake ever. The food was gross, the fries looked like they were seasoned due to the fryer not being cleaned because they had no flavor or salt. The chicken deluxe sandwich had no flavor and the bun looked gross. Also found hair in the fries and on the chicken tenders that were ordered. Women's bathroom was not clean and was weirdly damp with almost standing water along one wall. Do not recommend, go to the next one. read more

20 min drive thru just for them to forget the meat patties on ALL the burgers I ordered..... so weird

still have to wait every single time i'm coming here, they don't prepare for rush hour at all, don't come here on your lunch break .. won't have time to even eat, would put 0 stars if i could, this mcdonald's is one of the worst i've ever seen read more

Service was slow and rude McFlurry was half full Other customers were complaining about how slow they were,no one on counter for most of the time, seemed to be short staffed? read more

I don't know why this McDonald's is so low. This is the only McDonald's within like a 30 mile radius that gets my order right every time. The food is always fresh. Sometimes here or there you might have to wait an extra minute or two but that's because of hot food coming up. This is definitely the best McDonalds at any time of the day. I eat here at least once a week lol. Not good for you but it's delicious! read more

Excellent Customer Service!! Hands Down! Our Food was hot, to satisfaction. The staff is very friendly, although very short staffed today. I see orders going out the drive through on a timely manor, front counter food going out fast. Happy customers in the lobby. Children are laughing. And best of all- my son dropped his Mocha Frappe on his lap, and the floor, I asked for help from an employee, Katherine is her name, she dropped everything she was doing. Brought 3 towels out to our table. Handed one to my son to clean himself up, she got on her hands and knees to clean the floor under our table, and left an additional towel on the table for him to use just in case he needed it. Plus replaced his Frappe for him. We will be back to this McDonalds, thanks for making our travels a good one! read more

Their hours said to 12am. Pulled up at 11pm. Sat at drive thru with 3 ofher cars. Lights still on in building but got no response. After 10 minutes someone came out and said they closed early. Closed early??? How hard is it to simply put a sign on your drive thru? Get a little smarter. With so many options in the area, we won't be back. read more

This Mc drive thru was quick and my food was made right. From what I could see, the inside was clean. That's really all I'm looking forwhen I run through on a quick stop while making a long drive! read more

I bit into my breakfast sandwich and got nothing but egg shells. Someone had to of dropped half an egg shell, if not more. Nasty! Also, before greeting me, the girl at the register greeted her coworker first by saying "welcome to hell". At first I thought it was funny, but if you're gonna joke around about work being hell, you should at least show some effort being put into your job to justify that comparison of McDonalds to hell. Do better! read more

No one at the counter to place your order so you had to use the touch kiosk. The kiosk says to take a number and be seated and they will bring your food. I sat down and eventually hear my number called so I had to get my food at the counter. I realized my Orange juice was missing. I had to flag down someone and ask for my orange juice. They said they were out and offered me coffee. Well, the orange juice was a $1.99 upcharge and I did not get a refund. Overall the food was not as good as other McDonald's. Finally, the tables were dirty and I had to pass several booths to find a clean table. read more

Don't go here! Waited 30 mins for McDonald's. Would have left but I already paid so I was kind of stuck.

I would a give a ZERO if I could! SHANNON or Sidel I dunno they wouldn't really confirm the name but she was AWFUL and so rude !!! The manager said she will talk to her but seriously the worst experience ever! Basically was switching over to lunch and we had already started with breakfast but then my son saw the menu change to lunch and wanted nuggets. She told me it would need to be on a second order. I said fine. Then we were two families in one way and needed to add an order but she said we couldn't because we already had two orders?! Then she just stops talking and clearly put someone else on! Then we go to pay and we used to app to pay and told her we paid. She argued then when she realized we were correct she just shut the window. This was awful!!!! I can't imagine someone actually works there like this!!!! read more

Even during peak times, this particular McDonald's delivers prompt service and has a positive staff. Given the high turnover rate in the food industry lately, there are quite a few new faces and trainees to be seen. This hasn't stopped this location from delivering excellent customer service and hot food. Even today there was a hiccup in the drive thru line when a customer didn't understand how a two-lane system operates. Even when said customer was rude and impatient with the staff, they maintained a professional and courteous demeanor while handling the situation. Well done! And keep up the good work. read more

Sunday, March 27 at 7:15 AM on way to Speaking engagement & stopped to get med caramel macchiato hot and pie. Drive off. Noticed the coffee was regular black coffee with floating white chunks of some kind. Drove by later at 2:00 PM same day to replace coffee and was told no. Wanted me to show receipt that they did not give me. Asked for manager but no one came. Gave up and drove off. I guess this is a "no go" for all the times I drive down I75. read more

I'd like to start by saying, I didn't expect any less. Everything food wise is fine, and it's busy due to lunch time. But when the manager reads the order back and it's STILL messed up, that takes a certain...talent? I've had orders messed up more than correct, but I keep coming back cause it's fast food and cheap. The Diet Coke is great though. read more

Good luck if you do any type of online ordering here. Place is a joke. Waited 35 minutes for an order that would usually take 5 minutes. Nothing is ever right and the manager has a major attitude problem. read more

Oh boy where do I start? Waited about 10-15 minutes just to get through the drive thru. Once I got to the window I realized that they already had two cars pulled forward. All that I ordered was a medium coffee and an Egg McMuffin and they still asked me to pull forward. So I waited an extra 5 minutes and then received something that resembles an Egg McMuffin. One of the sides of the sand which was completely burnt. Terrible sandwich and just terrible service. There are plenty of other choices around this location so I would suggest going to another restaurant. read more

McDonald's - a hand holding a sandwich in a car - Burgers Near Me - Franklin, Ohio

This place sucks I sat in the drive through for 45 minutes for a damn mc chicken and a medium fry literally the slowest McDonald's ever

This is twice now this has happened in the past two weeks. So now you get a negative review. Don't say you're serving dinner until 3am and then switch to breakfast before 2:30am. It's bad enough you always forget the sauce for the nuggets. Now you're just pissing us off. Three times you have pulled this crap. read more

Convenient, clean, modern facility with conscientious, helpful employees that gave directions to local fuel station.

Quick and efficient service. Got my order correct. Polite customer service. Easy access to 75. Close to Springboro and Miamisburg.

I cringe every time my daughter asks for a McDonald's milkshake. We typically visit the other Franklin location (St Rt 122), but today, they were having 'computer issues.' We went through the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of us, that had already placed their orders. We still waited in line for 10 minutes! The service here is consistently slow and rude. Visit the other location. They are fast, efficient, and much friendlier. read more

I don't eat McDonald's too often these days because it in itself is overly processed death on a bun, but I also can't fairly use that against them either. Anybody who eats at McDonald's by now knows what they are getting and the health risks that follow consuming their goods. However, I will base my 3 star review on a few key factors, which I have accumulated since my first visit in 2014 when I moved closer to the Franklin area. First off is accuracy. Everybody knows that when you do person to person interaction through the drive thru or front counter, mistakes are made, and they are made often enough that it seems like they never get your order right. Overall, I've had the best experience ordering via app and picking it up from one of the designated parking spaces, or ordering from the automated kiosks provided inside. None the less, I have had one or two orders still end up wrong with items either made incorrectly or just plain missing, but when they do get it right, they get it super right! Extra pickles? Done! Onions? No problem! Extra mayo on that McChicken? You got it! This does bring me to my next key factor, which is speed and convenience. I can tell you now that if you plan on going through the drive thru, be prepared to wait a while because most times of the day it is packed! Even with two lanes, keeping help at this location has seemed to really slow order processing down which is understandable, but this also tells me that there is an internal reason they can't keep help. I would say on average, I spend 30 minutes waiting between pulling up to the drive thru and driving away with my order. I have found that going inside most times is much quicker, but in the day and age of convenience, some people may not want to go that route. To put it in a nut shell, you can have speed with inside ordering or convenience with drive thru ordering. Even ordering via the android app I've found myself waiting at least 20 minutes for my order, so don't expect to be able to get both speed and convenience on any given order. My last factor is of course taste. Well... It tastes like McDonald's! The fountain drinks never disappoint, and the Coke products hit differently due to their secret formula specifically being provided only to McDonald's fountain dispensers. I drink diet Coke, and even I can tell a difference between here and any other fast food joint. I've stopped in when I have caught the drive thru line slow on occasion and have just ordered drinks to go because it is to put it simply - refreshing. So to recap, the wait can be long if you go for the convenient route, and you may find yourself parking in order to check the accuracy of your order before pulling out no matter how you order, but all in all, it's McDonald's. I've not had such a great experience that warrants more than an average score, nor have I been given any reason to give it anything below average since my first visit in 2014. read more

SLOWEST mcdonald's ever!!!!!! always messes up my order, always end up waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru. do not come to this mcdonald's if you want your food fast. rude workers too. read more

This place is hit or miss, especially in the evening or near shift changes the quality gets sloppy burgers thrown together too much condiments greasy poorly wrapped, I ordered my food and got the wrong thing got all the way home and tried to call it rang 40 times no answer so I went back through the drive through and they gave me the completely wrong bag again but jokes on them it was worth way more then what I wanted so I just got home and ate it. Best advice go somewhere else but I know you won't it's McDonald's second best advice check your bag check your sandwich quality. read more

Do not come here if you want your food fast. Drive thru wait was 30 minutes. This isn't the first time we encountered the same service here. Thought we would give them a second chance. No more. Lost our business read more

This place is beyond awful. Rude, trashy staff. The buns were stale, the fries were bad, after asking for light ice my drink was nothing but ice and a few drops of what was supposed to be Coca Cola but instead was Dr. Pepper, being treated badly I don't think that I will ever be back. Please do not go here and take the 10 minutes that you have to wait at the speaker just for someone to acknowledge you, and reflect on my experience as well as others. Don't go here read more

Go somewhere else. They always fail at getting order right just left there and asked if nugget sauce was in bag. Told me she put it on the bottom. Got home and sure enough lied. Let me start with saying if a negative number was an option this would be the time to use it. I literally waited in this ridiculous drive thru for 15 MINUTES!!!!!!! and to get to the window and get attitude then half the employees walking around looking drugged out and obviously not knowing what their doing. Sweetest lady gave me my "Latte" come to find out I just paid $3 for a disgusting burnt black coffee. Called back to see what was going to be done about it since they already wasted my time, the woman's response was "i guess you can come back and we can give you one for free" Is this person serious. Yes I want my coffee replaced, all though it should have been done right to begin with. This one as well as the one in springboro drive thru times are through the roof. Its 90 SECONDS, Mcdonalds or not, this place is a shit hole business and 90% of their employees are ridiculous. I get its just a pay check but you are literally in a service position. Mickey Reese should be ashamed to call this his business. Making money or not, if the quality is shit than it will spread. read more

Every single time I come through this McDonald's they mess my order up. And I wait 15 minutes to get someone to answer on the phone, the past two times the ice cream machine has been down and all I've wanted is a McFlurry. This is ridiculous. It's such a simple task and such a simple job. Not to mention every time my order has been messed up and I've complained they haven't fixed it and whoever answers has an attitude with me. This is my second review and no response to fix my experience! read more

If you want to waste 20 minutes of your life, go through the drive thru at this McDonalds. This is the worst McDonalds by far! They have the slowest drive thru service and even though they have 2 lanes, they frequently take orders out of sync. For example, in the drive thru this evening, 4 cars in line behind me went ahead of me in the other lane. Additionally, this site will periodically run out of Diet Coke. When you have a restaurant at a major highway exit, you will have a higher volume of customers. Running out of Diet Coke is unacceptable. The management here needs to be replaced! read more

Worst customer service ever. I'm sitting in the drive thru right now. I was greeted with "What can I get you?" It's like that every time I come here. read more

I've been a four times in the last three weeks to THIS McDonald's and each time I was left disappointed. The first two times is was because the team members ringing out the drive through orders were rude and gave off the general impression that they hate life and everything in it. Okay, my orders were right and hot, maybe they're just having an off day. On my third visit I heard the drive through member get rude with the person in front of my. They pulled away. When I ordered my ice cream cone, I was told in a snooty voice "We don't have any ice cream, pick something else". Since all I wanted was the ice cream I pulled out of line and left. This morning when I went I was told that their Frappe machine was down. Not only do I have a problem with their team members rude attitudes, I dislike the fact that they seem to have so many maintenance issues. Are they not cleaning their equipment and it's breaking down? I will avoid this McDonalds in the future. read more

where do I begin...I told myself I would never do one of these types of reviews but today was the last straw.. my previous experiences has been waiting in long lines. and to some degree you try to understand and say well its busy and at least my food will be fresh..not the case. on one occasion, not busy at all, I waited almost 30 mins for a steak egg and cheese bagel, no onion, extra breakfast sauce..seems simple right? well after almost 30 mins in line, I got my sandwich, no sauce....dry.. I handed my sandwich back to the lady in drive thru who saw my order and understood my frustration at the time, told the guy who made the sandwich what it was suppose to be and I can hear him yelling and talking sh!t thru the window she didn't close all the way...... to make matters worse she handed me back the SAME sandwich I gave her in my complaint..and I KNOW THATS A NO NO...once a food item that is incorrect gets handed BACK into the window, it is to be remade FRESH.. I asked the lady to get the night/morning manager, a younger guy, and asked them both was this remade FRESH, where they both said yes..but how do I know it wasn't? the paper had a whole in it where my nail poked thru the first time I checked it and you can obviously tell it was my same sandwich.. I tossed it in the trash as soon as I got home...so fast forward to today I was craving a burger and fries..i got my burger in the car almost home..and I only stay about 7 mins away, the patties were hard, cold and the cheese around the edges were darker than the cheese in the middle( saying this burger may had been pre made) and not melted..cold..ive complained SEVERAL times one on one, even taking it as far as leaving my concerns on the "website" for mcdonalds..they used to say we will send coupons to never show up.... and no actions what so ever..ive worked in fast food, and I understand it is a revolving door, constant training, not a lot of dependability..but at the same time you cant expect to keep disappointing your customers with sub par food, attitudes when what we are paying for isn't correct, and a failure to make it right read more
