Stopped in on our way south and it was the worst mistake ever. The food was gross, the fries looked like they were seasoned due to the fryer not being cleaned because they had no flavor or salt. The chicken deluxe sandwich had no flavor and the bun looked gross. Also found hair in the fries and on the chicken tenders that were ordered. Women's bathroom was not clean and was weirdly damp with almost standing water along one wall. Do not recommend, go to the next one. read more

I don't know why this McDonald's is so low. This is the only McDonald's within like a 30 mile radius that gets my order right every time. The food is always fresh. Sometimes here or there you might have to wait an extra minute or two but that's because of hot food coming up. This is definitely the best McDonalds at any time of the day. Excellent Customer Service!! Hands Down! Our Food was hot, to satisfaction. The staff is very friendly, although very short staffed today. I see orders going out the drive through on a timely manor, front counter food going out fast. Happy customers in the lobby. Children are laughing. And best of all- my son dropped his Mocha Frappe on his lap, and the floor, I asked for help from an employee, Katherine is her name, she dropped everything she was doing. Brought 3 towels out to our table. Handed one to my son to clean himself up, she got on her hands and knees to clean the floor under our table, and left an additional towel on the table for him to use just in case he needed it. Plus replaced his Frappe for him. We will be back to this McDonalds, thanks for making our travels a good one! read more

I bit into my breakfast sandwich and got nothing but egg shells. Someone had to of dropped half an egg shell, if not more. Nasty! Also, before greeting me, the girl at the register greeted her coworker first by saying "welcome to hell". At first I thought it was funny, but if you're gonna joke around about work being hell, you should at least show some effort being put into your job to justify that comparison of McDonalds to hell. No one at the counter to place your order so you had to use the touch kiosk. The kiosk says to take a number and be seated and they will bring your food. I sat down and eventually hear my number called so I had to get my food at the counter. I realized my Orange juice was missing. I had to flag down someone and ask for my orange juice. They said they were out and offered me coffee. Well, the orange juice was a $1.99 upcharge and I did not get a refund. Overall the food was not as good as other McDonald's. Finally, the tables were dirty and I had to pass several booths to find a clean table. read more

Even during peak times, this particular McDonald's delivers prompt service and has a positive staff. Given the high turnover rate in the food industry lately, there are quite a few new faces and trainees to be seen. This hasn't stopped this location from delivering excellent customer service and hot food. Even today there was a hiccup in the drive thru line when a customer didn't understand how a two-lane system operates. Even when said customer was rude and impatient with the staff, they maintained a professional and courteous demeanor while handling the situation. Well done! And keep up the good work. read more

Sunday, March 27 at 7:15 AM on way to Speaking engagement & stopped to get med caramel macchiato hot and pie. Drive off. Noticed the coffee was regular black coffee with floating white chunks of some kind. Drove by later at 2:00 PM same day to replace coffee and was told no. Wanted me to show receipt that they did not give me. Asked for manager but no one came. Gave up and drove off. I guess this is a "no go" for all the times I drive down I75. read more

I'd like to start by saying, I didn't expect any less. Everything food wise is fine, and it's busy due to lunch time. Oh boy where do I start? Waited about 10-15 minutes just to get through the drive thru. Once I got to the window I realized that they already had two cars pulled forward. All that I ordered was a medium coffee and an Egg McMuffin and they still asked me to pull forward. So I waited an extra 5 minutes and then received something that resembles an Egg McMuffin. One of the sides of the sand which was completely burnt. Terrible sandwich and just terrible service. I cringe every time my daughter asks for a McDonald's milkshake. We typically visit the other Franklin location (St Rt 122), but today, they were having 'computer issues.' We went through the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of us, that had already placed their orders. We still waited in line for 10 minutes! The service here is consistently slow and rude. I don't eat McDonald's too often these days because it in itself is overly processed death on a bun, but I also can't fairly use that against them either. Anybody who eats at McDonald's by now knows what they are getting and the health risks that follow consuming their goods. However, I will base my 3 star review on a few key factors, which I have accumulated since my first visit in 2014 when I moved closer to the Franklin area. First off is accuracy. Everybody knows that when you do person to person interaction through the drive thru or front counter, mistakes are made, and they are made often enough that it seems like they never get your order right. Overall, I've had the best experience ordering via app and picking it up from one of the designated parking spaces, or ordering from the automated kiosks provided inside. None the less, I have had one or two orders still end up wrong with items either made incorrectly or just plain missing, but when they do get it right, they get it super right! Extra pickles? Done! Onions? No problem! Extra mayo on that McChicken? You got it! This does bring me to my next key factor, which is speed and convenience. I can tell you now that if you plan on going through the drive thru, be prepared to wait a while because most times of the day it is packed! Even with two lanes, keeping help at this location has seemed to really slow order processing down which is understandable, but this also tells me that there is an internal reason they can't keep help. I would say on average, I spend 30 minutes waiting between pulling up to the drive thru and driving away with my order. I have found that going inside most times is much quicker, but in the day and age of convenience, some people may not want to go that route. To put it in a nut shell, you can have speed with inside ordering or convenience with drive thru ordering. Even ordering via the android app I've found myself waiting at least 20 minutes for my order, so don't expect to be able to get both speed and convenience on any given order. My last factor is of course taste. Well... It tastes like McDonald's! The fountain drinks never disappoint, and the Coke products hit differently due to their secret formula specifically being provided only to McDonald's fountain dispensers. I drink diet Coke, and even I can tell a difference between here and any other fast food joint. I've stopped in when I have caught the drive thru line slow on occasion and have just ordered drinks to go because it is to put it simply - refreshing. So to recap, the wait can be long if you go for the convenient route, and you may find yourself parking in order to check the accuracy of your order before pulling out no matter how you order, but all in all, it's McDonald's. I've not had such a great experience that warrants more than an average score, nor have I been given any reason to give it anything below average since my first visit in 2014. read more

This place is hit or miss, especially in the evening or near shift changes the quality gets sloppy burgers thrown together too much condiments greasy poorly wrapped, I ordered my food and got the wrong thing got all the way home and tried to call it rang 40 times no answer so I went back through the drive through and they gave me the completely wrong bag again but jokes on them it was worth way more then what I wanted so I just got home and ate it. They have the slowest drive thru service and even though they have 2 lanes, they frequently take orders out of sync. For example, in the drive thru this evening, 4 cars in line behind me went ahead of me in the other lane. Additionally, this site will periodically run out of Diet Coke. When you have a restaurant at a major highway exit, you will have a higher volume of customers. Running out of Diet Coke is unacceptable. The management here needs to be replaced! read more

I've been a four times in the last three weeks to THIS McDonald's and each time I was left disappointed. The first two times is was because the team members ringing out the drive through orders were rude and gave off the general impression that they hate life and everything in it. Okay, my orders were right and hot, maybe they're just having an off day. On my third visit I heard the drive through member get rude with the person in front of my. They pulled away. When I ordered my ice cream cone, I was told in a snooty voice "We don't have any ice cream, pick something else". Since all I wanted was the ice cream I pulled out of line and left. This morning when I went I was told that their Frappe machine was down. Not only do I have a problem with their team members rude attitudes, I dislike the fact that they seem to have so many maintenance issues. where do I begin...I told myself I would never do one of these types of reviews but today was the last straw.. my previous experiences has been waiting in long lines. and to some degree you try to understand and say well its busy and at least my food will be fresh..not the case. on one occasion, not busy at all, I waited almost 30 mins for a steak egg and cheese bagel, no onion, extra breakfast sauce..seems simple right? well after almost 30 mins in line, I got my sandwich, no sauce....dry.. I handed my sandwich back to the lady in drive thru who saw my order and understood my frustration at the time, told the guy who made the sandwich what it was suppose to be and I can hear him yelling and talking sh!t thru the window she didn't close all the way...... to make matters worse she handed me back the SAME sandwich I gave her in my complaint..and I KNOW THATS A NO NO...once a food item that is incorrect gets handed BACK into the window, it is to be remade FRESH.. I asked the lady to get the night/morning manager, a younger guy, and asked them both was this remade FRESH, where they both said yes..but how do I know it wasn't? the paper had a whole in it where my nail poked thru the first time I checked it and you can obviously tell it was my same sandwich.. I tossed it in the trash as soon as I got home...so fast forward to today I was craving a burger and fries..i got my burger in the car almost home..and I only stay about 7 mins away, the patties were hard, cold and the cheese around the edges were darker than the cheese in the middle( saying this burger may had been pre made) and not melted..cold..ive complained SEVERAL times one on one, even taking it as far as leaving my concerns on the "website" for mcdonalds..they used to say we will send coupons to never show up.... and no actions what so ever..ive worked in fast food, and I understand it is a revolving door, constant training, not a lot of dependability..but at the same time you cant expect to keep disappointing your customers with sub par food, attitudes when what we are paying for isn't correct, and a failure to make it right read more
