My kids order from this McDonald's about once a month, and they have been coming here since the location opened last year. Yesterday my daughter's McFlurry had hair mixed into the ice cream. This was the first time they actually got our full order correct, so I expected a better experience. Instead, we ended up with a serious hygiene issue. Food safety and cleanliness need immediate attention, especially at the dessert station. I hope management takes this seriously and fixes the quality control problems at this location. read more

So every time I come here it's a problem !!!!! I door dash and I come here and they always say they don't have the order or they start breakfast at 2 am !!!! Like I never heard of that !!! And it's the same manager Brenda who is rude !!!! It never gets old and I'm sure she won't get fired because they need people that bad !!!! But I will make a complaint every chance I get because this is ridiculous I'm tired of coming here and the food is either cold or, they're closed or their system went down !!!! Stopped at this location from a long trip from San antonio. The place is clean and location was close to freeway. My daughter got her big mac without any sauce and no pickles. A crispy chicken de luxe, quarter pounder and fries. Order came out fast, but big mac came with sauce and pickles, the crispy chicken de luxe was burnt so we let them know. They said if they remake the crispy chicken it will be another 20 minutes and will come out the same. They did take out the sauce and pickles for the big Mac but i just decided not to say anything with the fries but they were not fresh anymore. read more

I've door dashed here multiple times they constantly close early despite being 24 hours while still allowing doordash orders to be taken. When they aren't closed it takes forever to get you food. read more

If I could give this McDonalds zero stars, I would. The service is HORRIBLE here. I don't eat here often, but the handful of times that I have eaten here the food was not hot, the doors were always locked, and the manager is rude. This McDonald's is the Worst in getting your order right. I ordered 2 sausage McMuffins and a sausage and hotcakes platter and a sausage and biscuit combo meal with an orange juice. Once I pay I get to second window to get me food and they hand me a Hi-C orange drink. I tell them that's not mine I had an orange juice and they say "Oh you were charged for a Hi-C orange drink." I tell them I told the person on the speaker I wanted orange juice. They then fix it and give my orange juice and tell me to pull up a little so someone can bring my order. After 5 mins someone come out with my order and a coffee I didn't order. I tell her I didn't order a coffee. She looks at me confused and take the coffee with her. When I get home, my order is still wrong they gave me hot cakes with sausage egg and biscuit (which I didn't order) and I didn't even get the hash brown for my combo meal. I'm not sure if this is the correct McDonald's next to Starbucks and BT Cabaret but this is a good establishment. Service is quick and staff is friendly. There's always someone cleaning the dining area. I've stopped here a few times on my random road trips to South Texas. read more

Popped in to have a drink and chit chat with a colleague for a few. The dining area was clean with modern decor. They even have ottomans next to some tables, how cool? They also have the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in in a fast food joint. There's no reason for me to ever stop my business with this particular location. Drive thru for morning one meal. It was quick and easy, food was hot and fresh. Easy access off and on from I-35

I love this Mcdonald's because it's 24 hours and right next to my house i come here literally all the time. tonight however i was called a liar in a presence as an employee told his other one that my fries that I asked for new ones because they were not fresh, and barely even still warm. While originally waiting for my order the car ahead of me was literally sitting there for 10 minutes before i could pay and my order was immediately handed to me, i didn't even get out the parking lot before i asked for new fries. i got off work at 1:45am and here it is 2:15pm , why would i waste my time and patience to ask for fries that weren't actually cold ? KNOWING full well you would take my original fries back ? there is no gain for me here . and during the exchange my time order was passed around three times before i could finally make it home and the rest of my order was cold by the time. as a manager myself I would like to point out how inappropriate it was for this employee to call me a liar with the window open for me to hear. as someone who works in food also i can't even say anything about how he reacted but you should NEVER allow a customer to hear such derogatory things. this employee will know who he is and who i am because i will not allow him to serve me again. and now that i think about it , why was it okay for you to dig your hands in my bag with other food items inside to grab the fries , most likely touching my other items and then give me back the same bag and then give me a new bag w more fries in it? with covid is that really sanitary? i also know i paid cash and he had no gloves on and didn't make no moves to wash hands OR use sanitizer . y'all should really check on your third shift now that i think about it read more

This store needs to be closed so that it's employees can be retrained in proper customer service. Hey, I understand things happen, but I can't imagine any circumstance when it would ever be appropriate to hand a customer who ordered a strawberry shake a cup full of what in appearance and consistency seems to be a cup of whole white MILK. Then tell the customer that the machine made it and offer no resolution. When confronted with the issue the staff was combative and rude. I have never had any issues with this location until this week. It was late at night, NO WHERE NEAR BUSY, and when i got to the window and paid, the woman at the window handed me my soda with soda all on the outside and as i asked for a napkin to wipe it off, she 1-didnt even look at me and said there were some in the bag and 2-instead of just giving me a napkin, she was quick to say she didnt make the drink, "it was the machine" and THEN gave me napkins (with attitude for no reason). As she continued to NOT look at me i told her that i was NOT blaming her and thats when she shut the window on me. Customer service involves mannerisms which was completely lacked tonight. Whether a machine makes the drink or not, as an employee, they should have made sure to deliver a clean cup of soda at the very least. Very disappointing. read more

I arrived at 3:38 am and tried to place an order for a fish sandwich she said they only had breakfast and only taking cash. So I left I went ahead and placed an online order for my fish sandwich since they are not supposed to stop serving dinner until 4 am and the girl was very rude she refused to give me her name and proceeded to laugh at me and say hahahahaha lol with her tongue out...(I know it sounds insane) but this is what happened I know she makes less then 8 a hour but she chose that job not me. Told 2 people about it,ok just a minute they say and go about doing something else. Finall I ask another person where's the manager,at that time I knew where he was cause I seen him walking around. Not impressed, even for a McDonald's. I've attempted to order a mocha several days in a row and their machine is constantly "broken". When they actually have a working machine they seem to not know how to make a hot mocha, as they are different everytime. The customer service is well below average, they rush you out of the drive thru and please waych your receipt. I have been either over charged or paid for the wrong order. There are plenty of other McDonald's to choose from that have better service. read more

Ordered my meal in the drive thru and thought this would be quick because there were no lines, I was wrong. They had me pull to the side while I wait for my meal to be ready. 20 minutes past and I find out they couldn't find my order. An employee finally brings my food and before she left I asked for bbq sauce, this employee tells me to get it myself and then walks off. After waiting for 20 minutes in drive thru I still had to get down for a missing item in my order. Customer service here is way below standards. Came during the lunch rush and there was a line to the door and getting longer. They had 1, I repeat 1 little girl working a register. The "manager" was walking around and would stop and ask individual employees what they were working on at the time and then walk up to another and ask the same and so on, instead of hopping on a register, food line or even the window to help his employees out. I waited 20 minutes before it was even my turn to place an order. No type of acknowledgement from management. I felt horrible for the people on their lunch breaks. The only reason I'm even giving it 2 stars is due to the sweet girl on the register who held it together as best as she could. read more

I've visited this location three times and have yet to have a pleasant or even just an OK experience. My first experience was terrible but I didn't leave a negative review then because it at least seemed like the manager was trying to make things better. I have experienced receiving somebody else's order, being practically forced to take a water that I never ordered, having my order messed up, and just overall poor customer service; all in only three visits. Just getting a greeting at this location is hard to come by. All the workers have the stereotypical "I hate my job" attitude that we've come to expect from fast food employees as if we asked them to work at McDonald's, but this is the same industry whose workers believe they should make $15/hr...funny. read more

If I could give it a zero I would. I stood in line to order and was told someone would be with me after the person in front of me ordered. No one ever came then they sent me to the kiosk. Let me start by saying I don't like McDonalds food anyway. It's too salty, and there aren't enough healthy options. I only go there when I need something quick. With that said, if possible, this location has plummeted them below rock bottom and off my list of food options. We went into the drive through. No one was there when we arrived. We sat at the order kiosk for several minutes with no response. I even tried talking to them to see if the microphone was on. I was about to pull forward when another car pulled to their second kiosk ordered immediately then pulled through. Only after that did they acknowledge we were waiting. When we pulled up. We got only half our order. We were told my wife's quarter pounder had to cook and to pull up. When fifteen minutes had passed without them bringing the food, I parked the car and went in to get our order. They had forgotten we were waiting. It wasn't till I got a few minutes down the road that my wife discovered they left my salad out. I'm going hungry tonight because I am too frustrated to go in the store without making a scene.
