Service was okay but the food was actually pretty good for McDonald's not the best but not the worst

I'm a DoorDash driver. This is absolutely the nastiest Mcdonald's in Sebastion County. The place always has at least one "Transient" passed out on a table at any given time. But that's not what this review is about. If you order Doordash it sends them the order. 10 minutes later it sends the order out to the driver. Several times I have gone to this particular store and waited at least 15 min. Today it was a total of 25 minutes. Most of the workers were standing around drinking Caramel Machiattos, oblivious to customers. The Manager was incompetent and couldn't fathom why the 3 DoorDashers waiting were mad. Time is money. Multiple tardy orders can get you fired. If I could give this store any lower of a rating, I would cheerfully do it. So your question is... Why do I keep going there? When DoorDash sends you an order, it doesn't give you the location until you accept the order. Or I would certainly avoid this shithole. read more

The food was okay, but we saw three separate sketchy dudes hanging out here for different lengths of time while we ate. Two were shirtless and one seemed on something. I came in to eat and left almost immediately- one of the staff workers was holding a puppy while inside the building. Don't get me wrong, I love animals - but that's extremely unsanitary. Today my roommate and I went to get breakfast from our local McDonalds and we get in line at the drive through at 10:20 so Im trying to hurry and make it before they stop serving breakfast. We finally make it to order and we order two mcgriddles, two hashbrowns, and two caramel frappes. The screen reflected this but she didnt read it back to us. When we get to the window the women says she made it a meal to make it a little cheaper. I didnt think the sausage mcgriddle came as a meal but I was like okay and took the receipt she gave me got my food and went on my way. When my roommate and I got back to my apartment we realized we had two McMuffins instead. When looking at our receipt we noticed that our receipt also said two mcmuffins (most likely changed by the well meaning girl at the window). I attempted to call the store but the women who later identified herself as the store manager was extremely rude and told me that because it was at this point 10:42 they were no longer serving breakfast and giving a half hearted sarcastic sounding sorry. Only after I pushed (I will admit I did use some coarse language because I was pretty frustrated at this point) did she finally concede she would take my name and I could come get them tomorrow. I dont know if Ill even return to collect the mcgriddles I ordered because of how incredibly rude they were about fixing their mistake. Rudest, most incompetent staff. I ordered an egg mcmuffin with the canadian bacon on the side. They put it on the egg mcmuffin anyway. My friend asked them to remake it without (im a vegetarian). They just took off the ham, it was obvious because they didnt even bother to rewrap it and it had the same thumbmark on the bottom of the bun (yeah gross right). The girl at the window visibly rolled her eyes at us and argued that it was fine and it wasnt the same one. When my friend came inside to talk to them about it he could hear them laughing about us and when they saw him they claimed the lobby was closed despite the door being open and threatened to call the police on him for coming inside. I just visited this McDonald's location, I have to state that my experience was completely unacceptable and inhumane. It started as I drove up to the #2 ordering lane, I clearly stated 2 Double Cheeseburgers, 1 McChicken, and 1 Large Fries. The screen displayed 2 McDouble, I stated again very clearly "No, 2 Double Cheeseburgers, not McDouble's" the display changed and I was not spoken to again at the ordering display. I was not given my total, nor was I asked to pull forward or thanked for my patronage. So I pulled forward after waiting several minutes just to make it to the payment window, (I believe in which the wait time would be far outside of your corporate standards of service times.) I reached the payment window and was given my total, I received my change and still not a word was said to me, no thank you, please pull forward, nothing. So now I reached the second food delivery window the employee handed me my food, still not a word from the employees, I asked for ketchup and the employee obliged my request, still not a word about my patronage of the business, no have a good day, a simple thank you, etc... Nothing! This is obviously a disgrace to the brand name McDonald's, from reviewing the other reviews of this franchised location of McDonald's on this website it is clear that this is a systemic problem at this location that has not been rectified by the Franchisee/District Manager/Operating partner in this market, I have submitted this complaint via the corporate website and now I am placing it on my favorite restaurant review site YELP! In addition to other social media websites that I frequent, I own/operate a large franchise group of restaurants throughout the south and if I had a single location that was involved in this style of turpitude of business administration I would clearly not own and operate 80+ franchised locations. This is a disgrace to the McDonalds brand name and to the business community as a whole in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This needs to be rectified via the Franchisee/District Manager/Operating partner in this district immediately, or via a corporate officer, there has been several complaints lodged with Yelp regarding this location, you need to take action on this. Listen to your customers and begin reviewing these social media websites. Get in your restaurant and fix this, or eventually your franchise agreement possibly could be in violation no matter how many locations you own.
