Lady at first window was cool, a red dodge charger, here's his license plate " 8PPQ21", came in front of us and stole our meal at the 2nd window. I would rate this place minus, that is (-5*) for my last purchase - as a drive through customer on Sept 28, 2024. I ordered a big mac & large fries for my son at a nearby college. My son complained that all the fries were frozen. I checked and sure enough all fries were frozen, never fried. They were Too lazy to cook them. Later that day, I called this store and complained to a person that answered. He apologized, and said that he would send me a free voucher in mail for a complete new order like I had. He took my address. As of Oct 12, 2024 - I did not receive this promised voucher. So, I called today and spoke with the manager. She was very curt in telling me that no one took this call and u were never promised.. Well, as a burnt customer i now vote with my feet. This place lost a customer that always shopped there 20 times over last 2 years. It is not the $4 cost of fries that pisses me off. It is bad customer service. We haven't been inside since Covid. No specific reason. We were needless to say shocked at the changes. We order our breakfast on the kiosk, didn't see anywhere to add condiments, pushed other tabs and nothing. So we took our seats and waited a half hour for them to bring our breakfast. Remember this is McDonald's it's not to talk longer than 3 minutes. When we finally got our breakfast the dropped it down on the table, she did apologize for the wait. We had to ask for condiments, her reply was "did you order them". Nope miss we wouldn't be asking if we did. Then they gave my husband a latte instead of a black coffee, waited another 10 minutes for that. Went to the counter and had to ask for it. I don't understand why they took the pop machine out, why don't they have a self serve coffee machine inside the dining room. Not to mention that every table in the place was dirty. Each shift should have a dining room attendant. No excuse McDonald's. If you can't handle the business of both drive-thru and dining room then you might want to consider closing the dining room completely. read more

went through the drive thru at about 6:40. lady who took my order was very rude and short answered. immediately rung out my order when I was about to order more, I had to order at back-cash I heard the grill team talking about my order through back cash window. I get to present window and get my food about 50 seconds later. get home and all of my food that I ordered has absolute massive piles of grill salt on them. making them darn near inedible. Food is usually cold. Or overcooked. Or both. Order is wrong 9/10 times. The more things you change the more they get wrong. Staff is extremely slow and often rude. I recommend literally any other McDonald's in the area you will get better service and food. Oh and I do not recommend picking up food from the app here for sure they've literally never once gotten my order right and then it's a revolving door of how you can only get a refund on the app but the app says to contact the store. read more

This McDonald's almost never gives you napkins. I ended up always checking my order to ensure everything was there and always had to ask them for napkins and whatever else was missing. If you ask for a half diet, half regular soda at this McDonald's they'll say they can't do it, yet every other McDonald's does it. They simply don't care enough to make your order your way. Additionally, every time I've been through this McDonald's, the woman (fat, white, short hair) who takes my order calls me "honey" several times. It's condescending and inappropriate. Your customers are not "honey" or "sweetheart." Last time I was there, I politely expressed my displeasure about it at the drive-thru speaker. Then when I got to the window where they hand out food, a young woman (black with multicolor braids) in a deliberate way said "honey" with every single sentence, as in "Here is your order, honey. Here is your drink, honey. Here are your napkins, honey." I looked at her and said no way, that she wasn't going to treat me that way, and to get me a manager. She said to pull forward. The manager came and asked, "Yes, honey, what can I do?" and then caught herself and apologized. She said she'd talk to the worker who deliberately disrespected me and apologized for my experience. Later, I called and politely requested the corporate number, not giving details of my experience, and a male that answered said he couldn't give it to me. Unbelievable! This last incident was the last time I went to this McDonald's. If I want fast food (which is rarely now), I stop at Arby's on their side of the road or Burger King across the road or, on a very rare occasion, I go to a different McDonald's. Funny, literally none of the other McDonald's or other fast food restaurants have this problem of being condescending and then deliberately being disrespectful when you indicate you don't appreciate being referred to this way. The others manage to give you a half-diet, half regular drink when you ask for it. It's just this location that is so bad. Across the road at Burger King, a worker in drive-thru said she used to work across the road at McDonald's and that it's something like a "corporate store" and that it's supposed to be one of the best, an example to the others, but it's awful. I have to agree with her! The cool thing is, though, that I've cut way back on going to fast food restaurants because of the behavior of the workers at this McDonald's. I stopped buying Diet Pepsi's to drink at home last year, but I'd often still go through McDonald's for the cheap large drink when I was on my way home. After this last incident, I quit going to this McDonald's completely, saving me money and unhealthy drinks and food. The drive thru lines are always long at this location, there are a bunch of young girls laughing and not working at the window every time. Some of the good employees are gone, they really need to hire some good people that actually know how to use the computers. I normally visit this store because it always seemed faster and better than others in the area. I even drive past my home after work instead of going to the one on my route to come to this store. I have always had good visits with fast, very friendly service, except today. Today we had a free extra value meal coupon from the manager we'd gotten before for having to wait a little bit. We ordered a Big Mac meal with a shake and then a fish sandwich meal with a sweet tea. I asked a moment later if I could get a cherry lime slush instead of tea. After ordering he said the total was $20 something, which seemed outrageous. Pulled around, handed him the free coupon and had him scan the $2 off app coupon. Still paid $14. Got our food and drove off, but seemed like we had more bags than we should for just two meals. Check the receipt when I get home, and they'd charged us for a Big Mac meal and two fish meals and only comped one. I work food service myself and I know that mistakes happen, however there needs to be more clarification of orders, especially in a busy drive thru. Employees should have to read back your order even if it appears on the screen, because the extra meal he rang up for us didn't appear on it at all, and make sure that it's 100% correct before having you pay. I will visit again, however, if something like this happens again I most likely will not. read more
