McMuffins are always burnt bat taste in mouth after! It's happened every time I do not recommend them go elsewhere

Horrible service the man at the window was told by manger to serve me cold coffee When i told him how do you serve cold coffee he said that all we have Then when I put a complaint, the manager came in and said oh we can brew you one if you wanna wait. read more

I'm writing this review just because the service I got was pretty disrespectful. There was a girl who took my order, heard half of my order. I looked at the screen, it wasn't correct. I assumed as sometimes they correct it as you pull around. So when I pulled around I was going to correct the screen (double check) if they got my order. When I did there were three girls that were giving attitude about me correcting my order. The men were helpful and patient. The girls took 3 minutes to understand a very simple order and then made it seem like I didn't say my own order... then they started laughing at the situation. Very simple. It's really not hard to just be kind and do your job. If you can't hear then double check what the person ordered. read more

This McDonald's was certainly the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The combination of amazing customer service and food that was surprisingly great for a McDonald's was one of the best McDonald's experiences I've had in a while. The people there were very kind to me and were pretty funny. There was a bit of a wait, but the place was packed, and for it being so busy, they still kept everything moving as fast as they could. This was also right before they were going to close, since it was after a football game, and yet they still were able to serve all of us and were very polite. There was also only laughs and encouragement inside the kitchen, none of that screaming where their quarter is, a very pleasant place, and I would very much recommend it for anyone who likes a good McDonald's. read more

They never get the order right, and this is the second incident this week. How are you going to put no meat patty on a cheeseburger. Shame on me for going back the second time. read more

I order a double cheeseburger and I get a McDouble. A double cheeseburger has 2 pieces of cheese, not one. I think you need to retrain your crew. Hope the service improves. read more

Food is fresh, the staff is great except one guy. I don't know if he's employee or not but he is rude to his employees and looks like he slept in his clothes. hope he isn't sweating on my food! other than the rude man the place is enjoyable to have a mcmeal at. read more

I got the new spicy crispy chicken and halfway through I was eating it it found out it was raw. I then called and asked if I could get a new sandwich. They told me no, and that they could send me a postcard instead. Very nice. read more

McDonald's - a hand holding a piece of food - Fast Food Near Me - Fenton, Michigan

Just middle of the road, even for a fast food franchise. It's McDonald's- you know what you're getting. It's not like there is much variance between locations, so it mostly comes down to how quick they are and the efficiency of the drive-through. This one is fine for hitting the drive-through before jumping on the highway. It's close to the expressway, which is a good thing, and the drive-up window is usually not too slow. In fact, it's usually pretty quick, which is good if you're in a hurry. The line inside, if you use it to grab coffee or a muffin during morning rush, is pretty slow, even if there few, if any, people waiting in line ahead of you. I recommend using the drive-through only, unless you want to wait around forever. I don't get the hold up or understand why such a difference exists between ordering inside compared to the window, but there is and just know that the divide does exist. As for the food, it's McDonald's. It isn't great, but it's fine for grabbing coffee and muffins in the morning or an iced tea on the way home, though that's about it. read more

This is the absolute worst McDonald's!! If "fast" food is what you're looking for don't go here!! You'll be waiting 20+ minutes just to order!! read more

After giving this place a one star review a few months ago decided to try it one more time @9pm with my 8 year old who only wanted a fries and a smoothie. Unlike last time we actually got waited on at the drive thru. Like last time we drove away empty handed. Tried to order a smoothie...."smoothie machine broken"......ok said my daughter....could I get a milk shake? "Milk shake machine being cleaned" ? This is a 24 hour McDonalds!! How about cleaning it @ 3am and not 9pm?? Great restaurant management!! I bet Ray Krock is rolling over in his grave. I didn't even want to hear the fry"s excuse....which I'm sure would have been they ran out of fry"s. Never ever will I go to this McDonalds again. Run my 16 year old lazy Ass typical American workers who focus on how can they not service the customer. read more

There cooking oil gives me a upset stomach every time!! Change the cooking oils and take more pride in their food selections. I thought breakfast anytime of the day?? Service is poor!! read more

I saw an employee receiving fellatio near the Ice Cream machine. I started laughing hysterically then sped off into the bushes. I never received my order truly disappointed. read more

Ordered 1 burrito 3 cookies 1 small coffee and 1 medium coffee after the three customers that ordered after me where served I was quite pissed off. Then asked where my order was! they said oh sorry we made a mistake then in there complete confusion could not even get the dame coffee right. Got two smalls in stead of a small and a medium. Complete lack of management not like the place was really busy four customers in the restaurant. First in last out and not even with the correct order would stop here again even if it was the last McDonalds in Michigan. read more

I literally just got an eye roll and huff for asking the manager for what we ordered. Apparently the kid didn't ring up the correct number of hash browns so we were short one. Of course we didn't have a receipt so she said that was what we ordered and walked away like I had asked for her first born child! I'm sure if I stop there in 10 years she will be there wondering why everyone who stops by "her" store is suck a jerk and all the nice people stop elsewhere...wish I had used Yelp before we stopped! read more

i have low expectations for McDonalds anyways, but this location is a disaster. I live less than a mile away and will drive to another location for anything other than a pop. They ALWAYS have you pull ahead by the trash and wait for your order..even for the most simple items. They try to keep their drive through times down..so you're considered gone when they have you pull ahead. You might wait 15 minutes but they maintain fast drive through by scamming the data that corporate sees. Food is generally old, fries are never fresh, and quite the gamble on what you might get in your bag. Once waited 15 minutes for a yogurt parfait...bit in and fruit was frozen solid..said they didnt have any ready so had to make one with frozen berries...well how am i supposed to eat it? Stop on Owen rd and save yourself the drama. read more

I was served, nasty, old decafe coffee. You can smell, not just taste that it's old. :( Never again!

I used my credit card at this location yesterday and found out that 3 hours later someone hacked it and used it via an electronic wallet at the connecting BP gas station for $20.00 Then they proceeded to charge $360 to www.fashionnova.com bought dunkin donuts for breakfast for $25 went to a movie for $20 and tried to use it multiple other times after we stopped the card through our bank. When we looked online it seems that the BP Gas station has multiple complaints of credit card fraud. When i called this Mc Donalds and talked to Josh the only manager there (wouldnt give me his last name) told me that he had no phone number for their franchise offices. That he had no phone number that he could give me when i told him i paid 5.38 for breakfast yesterday and someone at his restaurant hacked my card and used it 3 hours later next door. The only phone number he said he had was the one on the Mc Donalds cup that calls their Corporate offices which we reported this to. Seems like this McDonalds and the BP next door have a credit card theft ring going on so beware and stay away! Purchases made appear to be by someone under 24 that wanted to go have fun and steal from veterans that cant afford to lose a penny. If the owner of this store wants to fix this issue with me he could give his employees his phone number I will be showing up soon and calling the police to this location and report this tomorrow! read more
