The brother came out hot, Fresh and very tasty I loved the cheese combo and onion rings topping. The fries were fresh, hot and crispy. The serving was quite generous as well. The owner was friendly and fast with his service. I highly recommend you check out Flagship and Triple D's, they won't disappoint!

You apparently walked in expecting the entire establishment to revolve around your very specific demands, got disappointed, called someone a "clown," accused them of lying, and then produced this barely decipherable masterpiece of nonsense. The staff didn't fail you--you failed to understand where you were, what they offered, and apparently how restaurants work. And judging by the grammar and coherence of this review, I'm not sure you were in any condition to be evaluating anyone else's performance. Being unhappy with a meal is one thing. Throwing a tantrum because a restaurant didn't conform to whatever bizarre expectations you had in your head is another. Do everyone a favor next time: stay home, lower your expectations, and let the adults enjoy their dinner without having to witness another episode of The World's Most Confused Customer. The restaurant got one bad review. You got permanently immortalized as the person who wrote it. I'd say one of those is considerably harder to recover from.

Once we were seated we were quick to order dinner. We started with Philly cheesesteak egg rolls which were delicious. I chose the roasted garlic sirloin with parmesan mashed potatoes. My husband went with parmesan crusted chicken which came with broccoli and choice of another side. He also chose the mashed potatoes. Our server Nathan was very attentive. He checked on us regularly. Waitress and host checked and came back and said....."Yes it's a NY Strip....it must just have been the way our butcher cut it." Well, if that's the way he cuts a NY Strip you need a new butcher. The fact it says "strip" in the name is a clue. I asked for it medium rare and it was cooked as ordered. But it was so thin a cut.....it didn't have time to develp a good char or sear and the result was the steak cooled quickly, was not as flavorful and in fact tasted a bit mushy. Ate about half of it. Manager was nice enough to give a break on the bill (although I did not ask for it.) I have dined here I think 4 different times and this was my first mediocre or bad meal. Hope they get back to serving a properly cut and thick NY Strip.....if not.....I won't return as what I was served tonight was not up to their standards or mine.
