Absolutely terrible never come here took 40 minutes for a 5 dollar meal deal and then they argued at us that we didn't order fast enough

I visited the drive-thru only, so my review does not reflect the inside space. Staff was friendly. They got my order correct (although the fries were excessively salty) and it took an average amount of time. Food was hot. I thought it was strange that they asked me to pull forward to a spot for waiting even though I only ordered a burger and fries, which seems like it would be a pretty average order - especially since it was not busy at all (there was only one vehicle behind me and no one in front of me, and the parking lot was empty). Either way - nothing special but no complaints. Very convenient location just off the freeway. read more

This location felt like a ghost town. I guess I have not been inside a McDonald's in years (usually do drive-thru), but they had the self service machines and like no employees. I don't enjoy the machines at all (find them confusing) and with no one around upfront, one of the other customers grabbed my drink from my order and no one checked or stopped the mixup. This McDonald's is shameful. They are extremely rude. We spent two days in their area and went there twice for breakfast. The rudest woman taking our order said they were out of what we wanted...no eggs, imagine! Coffee was like water and only warm. Today ordered breakfast without pancakes... of course she gave me pancakes, eggs had black residue on them...dirty grill! Asked for sweetener and gave me regular sugar. Ordered an Apple fritter and they said, we don't have those, like it wasn't on their menu. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. One would think it wouldn't be necessary to write a review because they are generally consistent in food, and courtesy. I would recommend someone survey this place. Both because of the current crop of available youngster employees, as well as the lingering effects of Covid, this restaurant does not serve hot food, and definitely not fast. I have low expectations and they meet them. I order a large, frozen Coke and they give me a medium. it all boils down to bad management because the inmates are running the asylum. read more

This is without a doubt the nastiest, filthiest McDonald's I've ever seen. There was trash heaped on the bins inside and outside, trash strewn across the floors and tables, the men's bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and didn't have any soap. I recently went to this McDonald's and had a terrible experience. I placed a mobile order around 11:20, and my order went through for 2 milkshakes. I then arrived at the McDonald's at 11:30 to find the drive thru completely shut down. I was extremely confused and pulled up to the side entrance to find 2 employees chatting outside. They claimed they were still technically open (I already knew this as I had looked it up and was able to place my mobile order). They had tried to close 30 minutes early. When I pulled to the window they told me my milkshakes were unavailable and my order never placed. I showed my order on my phone and was so confused by the way the app let me place the order. I was able to get my milkshakes without a charge, but only after I explained the issue several times. The woman I spoke to was nice, but I just did not expect to have these issues, especially the store being completely closed down upon arrival. I will not be returning. read more

I've been stopping at this McDonald's for decades while traveling from Ohio to New York. This place has really gone down hill. While it's normally a real crapshoot to order a latte from McDonald's in general (half the time the drink is made incorrectly), this place doesn't seem to have anyone who knows how to work the latte machine, let alone in a timely manner. -- But my fancy coffee was the least of this place's problems. IT WAS FILTHY during my stops 8/18-20/2017. The trash cans were overfilled and there was a puddle on the floor. Further, the staff (as they always seem to be) were goofing around behind the register not even aware that customers were starting line up. And I was not the only customer to openly observe the trash cans and spilled liquid issues. -- Glad there's a Tim Horton's nearby. read more
