Swung by this McDonald's location, which is attached to Love's, on a recent trip out of town and was after a quick bite and a drink. Drive thru was pretty busy, so I gassed up at Love's and just popped in to order. Kiosks were available, so tossed in an order for a cheeseburger and a mocha frapp. Cheeseburger was decent, cheese was a bit wonky, half on and half off...but the frapp drink made up for it and was delicious! Staff who called my order number and handed me food was friendly and helpful when I asked a question. Interior was clean and in decent condition. Overall, decent McDonald's location. read more

Great McDonald's, great service! Wish it was like this at every location. Food was also what you would hope for from McDonald's.

Honestly, I rarely review fast food spots because it's usually the same ole hit or miss. This location was exceptionally clean and organized. After ordering at the self serve kiosk, Dakota served our meal at our table. She mentioned that she didn't like that the fries weren't hot and fresh, so she would be bringing more out to us. We told her it really wasn't necessary but she insisted. As we ate our meals, we saw her running around doing everything - cashier, serving, fries, and to go orders! She deserves a promotion and a raise. You could tell she took pride in her job. I hope everyone has the same impression going here. I was sad to see such terrible past reviews. It must be under new management now because this was one of the best McDonalds experiences I've ever had. read more

This MCDONALDS is located in a Love's. However, that is no excuse for poor service and a bad attitude. My order is simple, 2 items. A burger and a soda. Silly me though, I requested table service because I am handicapped. So what did the did the counter person do? Called out my table no and made me walk up and get it. Not once but twice. I did not get my drink cup the first time. The person I asked for my cup looked at me as if I was stupid. I frequent Love's because I live in a RV. This is the first MCDONALDS I have visited in one and may be my last. Which is sad as I am just starting to think that MCDONALDS should be on my fast food restaurant list again. Oh well. read more

We stopped at this location after arriving home from an international trip to grab a quick bite. No one answered the drive-through at 11:30pm. We pulled up to the window to see if drive-through hours were laur listed on the window. They were not, but a single female employee was helping customers from the counter. On first glance I thought she might have palsy because she seemed to have involuntary facial and head twitches. Then she lifted her left arm to aggressively scratch it in a manner I can only describe as the most obvious methamphetamine tic I've ever seen. Beware the MethDonald's after dark when the methpires come out to serve you snacks. read more

It took 45 minutes to get a few cheeseburgers and the ice machines took forever to give you ice even though they just filled it. Also we got the wrong order and everything was chaotic outside, the place was honestly a mess and there were flies and bugs, and it made me uncomfortable there. worst mcdonald's ever...i went there a few days ago & waited 30 mins for one ice cream cone & one mcchicken & people who ordered after me got their multiple meals before me, & while waiting, i watched a group of loud, obnoxious girls that knew the employees hanging around talking to the workers and distracting them from making anyone's order. not to mention it was around 1am, & i was just tired and hungry & didn't want to watch everyone have a kickback in the middle of the dining room while paying customers are waiting for their food! i also just went their tonight, it was around midnight because i just got off work and i like to stop by and grab an ice cream cone just like the last time i was there. i called ahead of time to see if their ice cream machine was "working" since it's ALWAYS "broken" as usual..when the employee picked up the phone, i asked if the ice cream machine was working & he said it was working so i said "ok in on my way thank you". i pulled up and walked in not even 5 minutes after that phone call and asked them if i could order an ice cream cone & this man told me no, bc the ice cream machine is down!!!! what?!!! i told him i had JUST called and they said the machine WAS working. he then argued with me and asked me if i called the right location and i of course told him i called the correct location, & that i would call again right in front of him and see if the phone rang. it rang. over and over and over and nobody picked up and nobody said anything about it. he just ignored it and walked away. i called multiple times after to ask again and of course to my "surprise" nobody would pick up the phone again after that. so rude & so unprofessional. these are the worst group of people/employees i think i have ever ran into at any establishment. no wonder all the reviews are absolutely awful. why does mcdonald's continue to hire and let these people work for their restaurants??? read more

I would give this mcdonalds a negative 5 if I could. Management is a joke. Corporate mcdonalds should shut it down. Ive lived in the area for 5 years now and each visit is WORSE than the one before. Recently we stopped for breakfast and there was a sign they were closed due to no staff. Tonight I pulled in to pick up just a drink on the way home. There were 2 cars in front of mine and 30 minutes later we make it to the window. I will admit i was less than kind when i asked what the hold up was i was told they had to make fries. 30 minutes? Did you have to grow the potato? Why did they let the car in front of me sit Blocking the window for 30 minutes? There are reserved parking spots? No sorry no nothing but a smug look and a giggle from their workers. My drink sat SO long that there was no ice left! It had mostly melted sitting there! I have contacted Mcdonalds corporate as was as the management for loves truck stop. I know it sounds stupid to complain about just a drink but its 5 years of Wrong orders. I don't think that there has been a single time that I've been through the drive-thru that they didn't get something wrong or either completely left items out of my order. Chick-Fil-A around the corner always has longer and double lines in the drive-thru than this McD's in the a.m. but gets you through at minimum twice as fast. Fix it!!! read more

I actually work right next to this location, in Lake Point and have first hand experienced how they treat their customers... which is VERY unprofessional. This location closes their drive thru literally Sun-Thurs from 10:30pm to early hours of the morning and puts a sign up that says you have to come inside for service... BUT WHY?! Every single person that I have encountered at the window has been rude, hateful or just plain nasty, like we (the customers) are bothering them to hand you pack of Mayo or asking for the CORRECT size drink that you ordered initially but did not receive because like always, they can never get an order right, EVER. I don't know if it's the management at the store or what but something needs to be changed there. I work for Love's corporation and quite frankly this location is giving our Love's a bad name with it's terrible service here... read more

Worst McDonald's anyone could possibly go to! It took 30 minutes to get a coffee and a large fry. The young kid at the Mcafe machine didn't know how to use the equipment to make the drink. Not to mention if I weren't watching him he would have given me something totally different than I ordered. I asked for a caramel mocha and he started to make a frappe. A woman came over and helped him make it thankfully. Then over in the corner by the window was a worker on her phone steadily tying as fries have yet to be dropped and or trash picked up the floor. I receive my drink, mention I need a fry then wait another ten minutes for fries. THEN the woman gives someone else a Large fry that ordered after me. this is a 'truck stop' mcdonalds, attached to a Loves Travel Plaza. I was here early in the morning. the counter help was very friendly despite being busy, something rare anywhere, let alone a mcds. coffee was hot and fresh. plenty of outlets for wifi, and clean. not a very large mcdonalds, but a very good stopping point mcds before getting into the metro ATL area, as mcds in and around perimeter can be h#ll on earth for numerous reasons. a very safe area, in the country more or less. very family friendly. Im sure like all mcdonalds they have their 'mcdonalds moments', however this location is well above average in all regards. easy access from interstate. tons of parking, trucker friendly. good service, at least in the morning rush. read more
