Most stupid system, self check out ask for a table tent number so we can order and go get a table. There were no table tents available, when requesting one , staff said to make up a number . And they would calll the order number . Machine did not print the the receipt. And then had to be waiting by the cashiers to have the order fulfilled...... so stupid. read more

the Golden Arches at 1896 Zaragosa is always dirty they never clean. Would go to a different one but nowadays there aren't many that have a playground. Trash is overflowing, floor is sticky, tables dirty... it's disgusting McDonalds do better!!! read more

Literally waited 40 minutes and they still forgot my order so I had to go through the drive through twice.

If I could give a zero rating I would. They forgot my burger and my mcchicken and it was the main part of the deal. I am very upset and frustrated and hungry. I gave them free money just for them to forget my burgers. read more

Drive thru visit tonight and the lines were long at 8:30pm. Our turn finally came and so we placed our orders.. 4 chicken nuggets One apple pie One mcdouble One sundae One large drink Our total was $7. While ordering, the employee did let us know that the only dipping sauces they had were ranch and ketchup. Nothing else.. ummm ok. I'm ok with ranch. So we proceed to the first window, pay, and go on to the second window. The employee gives me our drink. She then tells me there are no more apple pies but that I can have a cookie. Ugh so I take the cookie because what else can I do.. We get home and open our bag of food. The chicken nuggets are cold and soggy. The mcdouble tasted disgusting, and the cookie, omg it was gross! I think it must've been baked last week! Not kidding. It was harder then a rock. The only thing that was good was the large sprite we ordered and the sundae :) thanks. It is just McDonald's though, what else should I have expected. read more

They forgot to give us things we ordered: vanilla cone, one of the 2 drinks, honey sauce for fries. The quarter pounder w cheese tastes like they poured a bottle of salt on it, weird, makes me sweat after I eat it due to so much salty taste. Long slow line to go of cars. App was not working and would not let me order deals bc it claimed I had already ordered a deal. read more

I'm a fan of McDonald's food, particularly the McNuggets and the McRib, and this Mickey D's reliably delivers on both. Additionally, this location has easily the fastest ketchup dispenser I've ever used, no joke, I normally hate ketchup dispensers, but the ketchup flows smoothly here, a very pleasant surprise. This McD is bit of a pain to get to because you can only get to it going north on Zaragoza or south on Joe Battle right at the Montwood clusterf**k, but sometimes I just gots to have my McNuggets. I recommend avoiding this location between noon and 1 because there's a high school right down the street. read more

McDonald's - McRib!!! - Fast Food Near Me - El Paso, Texas

Service here is extra horrible, maybe short staffed? But waiting in line here for the drive thru is atleast a 30 min wait.

I've come here several times. At night, no ice cream at least the visits at midnight. Tonight, I come to eat annual and they're only accepting cash. What kind of nonsense is this?! Cards only work on certain times?! It appears they are running a scam at night. They don't take cards because they are pocketing sales at night meaning they take the sales and don't put them in the computer. They only take cash so as to not put it in the computer and put it in their pockets. Shady McDonald's on Zaragoza UPDATE: CAME AGAIN ON JULY 1 AND THEY ONLY TAKING CASH AT 245 AM. THEY LOVE TO POCKET SALES AT THIS LOCATION. read more

0- make the effort and drive to another McDonalds location, this one is slow, bad service, no ice, charge for Mac Sauce, no napkins, no ketchup.... anyways just go to the one on Vista Del Sol & George Dieter! read more

The management team has no idea what promotions they offer. The app offered $1 burgers, but I got charged full price. No one seemed to have an answer for me, so I was asked to pull forward and wait even longer, just so another member can basically try and and dumb me into thinking $1 sandwiches mean a $1 off a burger. Finally I decided to stop trying to reason with her because clearly she was just idiotic as her management team and left. The reason I leave this review and know this location is so oblivious to the company they work for is because my friend is a manager at another location on Lee Trevino and explained just how wrong everything they said was. I'll stick with a better location that won't swindle me out of my money. read more

While McD's cant be like they were in the early 80's when I worked at one. I they get the easy things right like hot coffee and hot fries. At 230 PM on a Sunday afternoon the lobby and drink areas are disgusting. Spilled drinks, napking and dirty tables. Years ago they went away from a Lobby crew person so now it's a scheduled cleaning which is not a good idea for a food establishment. read more

Awesome food as usual. There's a big playground for the kids. The food came out hot. Location is easy to get too.

These places are hit or miss but this one is really good, at least it was this time. The play place was clean and the workers even came to tell the kids to take their shoes off. That's good, keeps it clean, that's important when you have little hands everywhere. The food was good and hot. No complaints from me! read more

Agreed. Shitty Service. It's McDonald's but the should Atleast serve people with quality time when it's coffee! Not waiting 20 mins for watered down ice coffee. Sunday, busy morning should be considered normal get more employees to work and learn to manage your fast food restaurant. Definitely won't be coming back to this McDonald's ! read more

Went here this morning asking for a chicken biscuit but on a McMuffin and the lady at the driver through told me she was unable to do that. I know for a fact you can because I used to work for a McDonald's. My opinion is if you work at McDonald's don't give out false information because I went to one down the road and they did it for me ‍ read more

This McDonalds at 1896 Zaragoza and Montwood is repeatedly out of ice cream and this issue goes back years!! I live 2 blocks from it but finally gave up and will drive miles to any other location just to avoid the aggravation!! Its not just the fact that they run out or machine is broken who knows but that they dont post a sugn outside letting you know before you spend 30 minutes in line!! Either that or just take it off the menu since you never have any please!!!! read more

Don't know what is up with McDonald's lately. I stopped eating here because of the stale fries but today due to a time issue I figured I could count on McDonald's for a quick breakfast through the drive thru. I was wrong. The wait was long and I ended up with cold coffee and oatmeal with raisins and no fruit. The worst part is that the lobby was closed and I could see a handful of people inside and yet my coffee was cold and no fruit in my oatmeal and of course I was late for work. Ugh! read more

Your app is pointless. Why make an app that only allows you to order when you're there. The whole point of ordering online is for when your arrive for it to be ready. The cashier was rude after I asked nicely if I can order because the app was not working read more

My son liked the play place, but it was a bizarre experience at best. My Big Mac was dry and missing cheese. A staff member came to our table with two orders of fries that were not ours, and when I told her so she shrugged and walked away, leaving us with the fries. There was a woman complaining to the manager when I walked in, but I didn't hear what she said. Not even good at being a lousy McDonalds. We'll go down the block to Chick fil a next time. read more

I have been waiting 16 minutes for two apple pies. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Meanwhile I'm watching car after car line up behind me. We are now at 20 minutes and 7 cars deep. You can keep the apple pies and my money. Great job.. read more
