It is one of the vintage-looking buildings, painted blue with green striped awnings. It has great curb appeal and feels very welcoming. There are outside café tables and plenty of seating inside for different size groups. Not only are they a coffee house, but they serve a wide-ranging menu of foods, and there are grocery items you can purchase, including dairy, eggs, and meats. They also carry many other items that make great gifts. I got a very friendly greeting from the cashier. I ordered a London Fog Tea Latte (little lavender, little vanilla, and extra foam) in a mug. The blueberry scones looked amazing, so I got one of those as well. They make all their bakery on-site. Everything was excellent, with lots of microbubbles in the latte. Plenty of blueberries in the scone, and it had the right texture (dry and a little crumbly). I forgot to bring my book along, but they have a very eclectic selection, so I was able to peruse some titles I had not seen before. Overall, another great experience. One of my favorite places in Walworth County.

There is a drive thru option as well. There is also half priced lattes 2-4 on weekdays when we visited. Tons of options on the menu. I went with the Carmel frap & Rasta smoothie. There is seating available for small groups 2-6 people. There is also another adjacent room for additional seating. There is plenty of natural light coming in from the windows. They sell other merchandise at/near the counter. It's a bit cluttered (IMHO). There are lots of regulars that show up here. On most Fridays, during lunch there is a musician playing guitar, and taking requests. It's a relaxing and joyful atmosphere. They offer lots of different lattes, teas, and baked goods. They also make soups and sandwiches. On this day I ordered my usual London Fog (little vanilla, little lavender, and extra foam). I wasn't going to get anything to eat, but they had some freshly baked cinnamon rolls on the counter. The smell was irresistible, so I also got one of those. Both the latte and the roll were excellent. The cinnamon roll was slathered with cream cheese frosting. Yummy, but way to much for me. It's a nice place, with friendly people, and good food offerings.

The building is essentially stand alone, with an attached "Take 5" oil change business (I'd want to grab a coffee while waiting for an oil change). In the front, there are a few outside café tables. Inside is large, with plenty of tables and seating for different size groups. There are design and decoration elements that are religious in nature, but I don't find them overpowering. The place was mostly empty when I arrived. There were a few cars using the drive thru. Got a nice greeting from the cashier. Placed my order for a London Fog Tea Latte (little lavender, little vanilla, extra foam), and got it in a mug. I would have ordered a scone, but all they had in the case were muffins. Since I couldn't get a scone, I found the most decadent muffin, which was a Caramel Apple Pecan. It took a few minutes to make the London Fog (which is a good sign that they are giving it a good steep). They also left the bag in the mug, which I prefer. The beverage was excellent, the right temperature, good flavor, and the texture was right. The muffin was also very good. It was a very good experience and would make me come back again. Maybe next time they'll offer a scone or two.

This time came with a friend on a Wednesday morning. The place is cute with plenty of character. It's a converted bank and still has a vintage/old-time feel to it. Big windows in the front. There are doors in front, or the rear, with an outside patio area. Inside there are plenty of places to sit, ideally for groups of 2-4. Parking on the street, or they have their own lot in the rear. Got a super nice, genuine smile and greeting from the barista. Ordered a London Fog (little lavender, little vanilla, and extra foam). They didn't have any scones, so I ordered an amazing looking Morning Bun. Got the drink in a china mug, and the morning bun warmed up. Both of these items were made perfectly (maybe I am being to hard on this whole scone thing !) The place was busy, and there were people coming/going the entire morning (we were there for nearly 3 hours). Everybody was having quiet conversations, so it was easy for us to talk. And even though it was rainy/overcast, the big windows brought in plenty of sunlight. Definitely a place that I would recommend and return to. Now if they served a "real" scone that would be simply incredible ;)

Lettuce, tomato and onion great! No pickle and no pickle on the plate? This is Wisconsin and pickles and hamburgers are one and one together! I asked for my hamburger medium, and I got a medium cooked burger. However, the waitress said that the kitchen screwed up our burger orders. I got the brewery burger which I think I got the right burger, but I'm not sure. My son-in-law got the smokehouse burger and I don't believe there was any pickles or jalapeño peppers slices on it which should've been there. And It was easy for the waitress to blame the kitchen for her screwup. French fries were average and good! Chicken tenders are nice size very well breaded if you like a lot of breading and cook to perfection. We had two appetizers. The cheese curds were nice size and breaded well. We also had the chips and it had pico for a dip and a cheese sauce that was totally out of this world. Amazing. We asked for a drink menus and she brought out two pieces of paper that looked like they were handled by 1000 different people. We ordered one of their craft beers and they were totally out at two in the afternoon on a Sunday. Their soft drinks are served in clear plastic throwaway cups. The restaurant and bathroom were clean and the ambience is great for a pub restaurant atmosphere. It all goes downhill from here. It took 10 minutes for our waitress to take our drink orders and bring them out to us. She didn't have any excuse like we're understaffed or whatever except she did blame the kitchen for the screwup that she made. The prices of their food is very high for a pub.$18 for a burger and fries. Service was slower than molasses! The place was busy, but not packed! I'm guessing if you come here on a Friday or Saturday night good luck! We got the bill and we weren't gonna wait 10 minutes for the waitress to show up to run our card so we could get out so I took it up to the bar and had one of the bartenders run it through. Yes, I left a 20% tip, but I don't feel it was deserved. Not a front access has very tall steps for elderly people to navigate! They probably have a back entrance or maybe side entrance as they are on the corner. Honestly, I would avoid this place.
