if I could leave, no stars, I ordered McDonald's on DoorDash and I ordered two sodas and two fish fillets. I got one soda and two fish fillets when I called my DoorDash or she was willing to go back and get the second soda, but when I call McDonald's, they were rude and told me they were not gonna do that and wasted me and my DoorDash time I would not recommend going here and I think they need someone new to answer the phone. I've emailed or called the franchise owner at last 4 times within the past 5 years and they never respond. I ordered 4 apple pies for my family and received strawberry pies. The drive-thru worker greeted us, but her tone through the order sounded like we were going to get bad service... It took a long time to get the order placed, but it was correct. When we pulled up to the payment window, we could hear the workers complaining to each other through the window. Not about us, but in general. When we pulled up to get our items, they didn't have enough salad dressing for the salads, which is kind of the point of a southwest salad. They gave us some other dressings, but it seems like they were out of other types too. It just wasn't a pleasant experience. I would go back if I was feeling adventurous and wanted to test the bad attitudes. I definitely wouldn't go there if I was trying to bring home dinner for family. Receipt # 1460..... So hadn't been to this place in years for multiple reasons. If you want it your way, make it at home or go to Burger King because they are too lazy to make you something fresh . Ordered a buttermilk chick sandwich combo without tomato and dry and got tomatoes and a buttload of mayonnaise and the fries were cold and soggy. I about drove off without the honey mustard I just asked for too. This place is awful and they don't even care. If it was once, that would be one thing, but its every single time. They don't even try. It wasn't a communication problem between us either because the receipt was right and there was only two of us in line. See y'all maybe again in 5 years or so. read more

I like going to McDonald's because they a classic menu I don't have to think about early in the morning and no matter where I am they are mostly reliable service. The one in Duncan however seems to have different standards. When I get the oatmeal I never know if I'm getting sliced or cubed apples or if it will be 1/4 or 1/2 full. Then their McMuffins must be microwaved because they are too tough to bite most days. It has also become a habit to chat with friends for several minutes in the drive thru window. This has happened more than once keeping me waiting sometimes 15 minutes. I also know our standards as a society have changed and will always evolve, but please OMG please can we raise our standards so I don't have to look at an overly pierced teenager. If I want to see something hanging from your nose I would go back to elementary school where your still learning to wipe you nose. read more

Seen they had a after midnight breakfast menu. they popped off a bit of attitude with me and argued at me that breakfast wasn't available when their own menu says otherwise. My wife and I were visiting my mom for Christmas and we decided that we wanted salads for dinner and this was the only place we could think of that had salads. The drive thru was out of the parking lot so we decided to go in to get it to go. When we got up to the counter, my wife was indecisive about which salad she wanted and asked the lady taking our order what came on the southwest salad, since she can't have certain things. The lady said it comes with lettuce and wasn't sure what else came on it. She asked the girl next to her what came on the salad, the girl next to her didn't know what came on the salad either. So both of the girls called for the manager on duty and asked her what came on the salad, much to our surprise, she didn't know what was on the salad either. My wife gave up and just told them she wanted a salad with just the lettuce and chicken. You would think that someone in mcDonald's would know what comes on a salad that they offer. We won't be going to this McDonald's anymore. read more

Don't eat the fries unless you don't mind the fry person's hand touching your fries. I have witnessed this the last two times that I have been there.
