A special menu was provided for my guests to make personal selections that included appetizers, main meal, salads and desert selections. The main meal had a selection of steaks, salmon, chicken and everybodys favorite - chicken fried steak. Each meal came with a protien selection, starch and vegetable. Every meal was prepared to perfection. The desert selection of a layered chocolate cake or cheesecake topped off the experience. Our server worked hard and efficiently to make everyone happy. Bravo!!
