Mixed review: Good, bad and suggestion…read more Good: Food is always hot, a good quick bite when you're on the go and good prices! Bad: This evening my husband and I decided to purchase food from cookout and the elderly lady (mostly Grey hair and aged) had a crappy attitude! Her reason? Maybe because i had her repeat herself but that's not an excuse in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Suggestion: to avoid miscommunication and/or employees having to repeat themselves, get a better speaker or fix the speaker you have and Have someone who's not rude. It was hard for myself and my husband to hear/understand what she was saying.

If you love Korean fried chicken, stop what you're doing and come here immediately. This place is…read morean absolute gem! I walked in expecting a quick bite and left completely obsessed. The chicken is on a whole different level--perfectly crispy on the outside, crazy juicy inside, and coated in sauces that taste like they were crafted by someone who takes flavor very seriously. The soy garlic? Addictive. The spicy? Just the right kick without overpowering the flavor. I honestly couldn't pick a favorite if I tried. The sides are just as impressive. The fries were ok, need more flavor or crunch. The coleslaw had this tangy, slightly sweet twist that paired perfectly with the chicken. Service was friendly, fast, and attentive. The staff offered samples of the different sauces prior to placing our order which was appreciative so you knew what you were getting and wouldn't be disappointed. Clean space, great vibe, incredible food. I've already decided I'm going back for the Ramen! If you're anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and order the combo--you'll thank me later. Highly, highly recommend!
