McDonald's. Great American establishment. What they lack in quality they replace with wet, hot American speed baby. You want a sandwich? BOOM. You want some soggy potato straws? KACHOW. You want ice cream? MACHINES BROKEN. Am I mad? No. Because it's McDonald's. I expect it to be broken. Frankly, I'd be upset and say this wasn't the real deal if it was working. I go there when I'm feeling bad about myself and want to wallow in self pity and continue down the path to heart disease. USA #1. 5 Red, White, & Blue Stars read more

Messed up my order after I repeated it 3 times. The guy at the window told me to just pull ahead and they'd fix it but the guy at the second window told me I had to drive around and go through again even though there were now 8 cars behind me. I finally got the manager who fixed it. These employees need A LOT of training! Worst McDonalds I've ever been too. read more

I don't know what happened, but this location has become completely worthless. I waited 45 minutes for my curbside order today while they served everyone else that arrived after me. Then it took them 3 trips to the car because they kept forgetting things and STILL got it wrong. I finally just left. It is all on the receipt they print out and they still can't figure it out. How dumb do you have to be? I'm done with this location. Go ANYWHERE else but here! read more

wouldn't serve us because we were teenagers and there was other teenagers there earlier that day and they thought we were them just because we were teenagers and refused to serve us and called the cops and tried to trespass us just because we wanted food and wouldn't serve us just because we were also teenagers read more

Went in with no cars in drivw thru. Put order into kiosk and waited. They served 8 cars and 3 walk ins before we got some our order. Had to ask for the third drink, then the third order of fries. As I stood waiting dor fries, theee other customers came up to get their missing items. Zero excuses. read more

So we ordered 5 $5 meal deals and only got 3 and my burger buns where burnt .And it took awhile to get out food, but food was good so that is a plus read more

I went through the drive through and ordered a number 9 breakfast meal at 10:16 am on Sunday February 2nd. I pulled up to the first windiw and the worker said "we don't have a bagel" WHY WOULD YOU LET ME ORDER A BAGEL IF YOU HAVE NO BAGELS!!!! Then we pulled up to the other window and they said they had no McGriddles. We waited roughly 10-15 minutes and got barely half of our food. This McDonald's needs new workers and he didn't even know if it was our food. This McDonald's sucks. I went inside and was treated with the utmost disrespect by what I assume is their "manager" he was very rude and did not give me my food. This deserves 0 stars but that's not possible so I give you a 1 star review. do better. read more

Power went out, granted, power was back on when I got there. I asked do I wait here or go to a parking spot. I was told to "leave" and "go somewhere else". I was willing to wait guys. What the heck! Every time I come here it's something else. read more

It's supposed to be fast food, but even if you order 1 thing they make you pull around and wait 10 minutes

Waited at drive thru having to say hello hello hello then honked horn they FINALLY responded now we have been waiting for over 15 minutes for two ice Carmel macchiato coffees. 3 other cars are still waiting prior to us and now two cars behind us have gone through. And we are still waiting. Apparently five people working isn't enough for these midwesterner's. They are SAF read more

I think this McD's got a facelift since some of these reviews. It is very clean and new. We have eaten here twice in the last year or so when we are in the area. Sandwiches and fries are hot and fresh tasting. Nice employees and clean. Bathrooms are clean too. I like the new order yourself kiosks. read more

This McDonalds must make the fry's for the day when they open. Have never had decent fries from this location ever. Go to a different location if you care about the quality of your food. read more

It's McDonald's. And it's a guarantee that no matter what location you go in, something will be screwed up. I ordered a McDouble, Large Fry, Large Drink. I received a McDouble, Medium Fry, Large Drink. *sigh* I verified with my receipt that I was only charged for a Medium Fry, so I didn't say anything. But dang .... is it really that difficult? read more

I am outraged!!! I am 18, male, and I ordered a happy meal in hopes to get one of the Pokémon toy/cards included in the meal. However, this place decided to give me the female toy!! A hello kitty toy!!! I will never spend my money at this establishment again!!! read more

Out of all the fast food restaurants I visit. McDonald's is my least favorite. The fries are terrible and the burgers aren't much better. Unfortunately DeWitt has few fast food options for lunch. On the positive side I do like the fish sandwiches. And the chicken is okay. You're better off coming here for breakfast. Taking the drive thru is the best idea. Otherwise if you walk in, get it to go. Because every morning there's a group of old people who like to hang around. Thinking they own the place. If you sit down they will glare at you! The employees are very friendly. They do an excellent job of keeping the store clean. For those reasons I'm giving four not three stars. read more

This place is horrible. Out of all the McDonalds I've been to this is the paso life worst. They mess up orders all of the time, and the food is shit. At a regular McDonalds such as Clinton when You ask for something they load the sandwich. Asked for a double cheeseburger here and they out one pickle on it very little ketchup and mustard.... The buns are so smushed and just bla and also they put no salt in the damn fries like wtf is wrong with this place who owns it read more
