And because I needed more fried food, I ordered a side of fried pickles. Yum with ranch! My sister had the ribeye sandwich and wouldn't stop talking about how awesome it was. She loved everything about it. Made each of us try it. Talked about the marinade, the fresh mushrooms that were sauted and all the things. And the onion rings were so good she gushed. My brother-in-law had a brisket pastrami that he loved. We had a great server who was friendly, quick and knew the place inside and out! However, I received neither and was NOT notified about the change at all. I also did not receive the water either. This is an occurring issue as the last time I ordered pickup they did not have my shake and when I asked about it he told me to call customer service to get another one at another time for free but I know how that goes (bs) then another time I ordered through the drive through and specifically asked for a CUP of water and was charged 2.99 for a BOTTLE of water that I did not ask for, when I tried to address the issue he had an attitude and did not attempt to correct the issue at all.
